Elina's pov.
The next day when we woke up, we waited till everyone was having breakfast, we got the breakfast served in the hospital room on the medic wing.
When we were done we headed up to the bedroom, there Theresa was with us so she would show some of my boyfriends, how to bathe our babies. Then Makoto and Diego helped me in the shower.
When we got out I dried off and did my skincare routine, we brushed our teeth's and then got dressed. I just put on a bra suited to breastfeeding my babies, then a dress ment for breakfasting women. I put on a tiny bit of makeup, and Ian did my hair. He put it up in a side braid.
While we waited for everyone to be done getting ready, I was feeding our babies. Because everyone will most likely want to hold them when we get down there.
Dad and Daddy will be the first to get the opportunity. I know how much this means for them.
When we were gonna head down, Ben was carrying me, Tristan our first born and Dav our second born.
When we entered the living room where everyone was sitting, everyone just looked at us shocked and with big bright smiles.
"Oh my god, they are born." They all shouted happily. We all looked shocked over at uncle D, surprised he haven't said anything.
"Oh I just told them they needed to leave you guys alone, and that you needed to stay in the medic wing because the increased activity of the babies." Uncle D said with a sheepish smile and shrugged his shoulders.
That had the 10 of us laughing. "Slick uncle D." I laughed out.
Ben carried me over to Alex and placed me gentle on his lap. Alex hugged me tightly to his chest. "Bambina I have been so worried about you." He said into my neck.
"I promise, I'm fine big brother." I said hugging him back. Tristan handed our firstborn to Dad and Dav our second born to Daddy.
"Please meet the new additions to the family." I said happily smiling at everyone.
"I can't believe it, I'm a grandpa." All the men that is considered grandparents to our children said in unison. Like all my guys fathers, Dad and Daddy. That made us all laugh.
"They are so adorable." Talia said awestruck by the two new twins.
"Uncle Carlos is holding our firstborn, uncle Seb our second born." Makoto informed everyone proudly.
"Have you decided a name for them yet?" Freya asked curiously.
"Our first born is Aziel and our second born is Valerio." Nico answered with a proud smile on his handsome face. He was sitting next to Alex and he gently took one of my hands in his.
"I love the names, Sweetheart I'm so proud of you." Mom said with teary eyes. Ian was sitting on the opposite side of Alex, and he also took my hand in his holding it.
"Thank you but I think we all did great." I said smiling at Ian. "Oh my god, Ian how are you feeling? Since you can feel Elina's pain and all, yesterday must have been intense." Caleb said a little pale.
"Well I can say this, I think Ian is the only man that know how painful giving birth truly is." Calvin said in a chuckle which made all of us that was in the hospital room yesterday chuckle with him.
"But I would take any pain no matter what, because the end result truly is worth it." Ian said smiling at me caressing my hand.
I think I truly have the best twin brother ever. He is always so sweet, caring and supportive. He show time and again that I'm what matters the most, just like he does with me. He is my rock, he is my better half and soulmate. I really is the luckiest girl to have him in my life.
Calvin as well, I'm so glad my twin have found someone who accepts the twin bond for what it is and how strong it is. And all our boyfriends never want to come between that. Instead they all make sure we keep it strong and that just show how amazing all our boyfriends are.
"We have also decided that even though Ian is Elina's twin brother and Calvin his boyfriend, they will also be considered fathers to our children. We all know our relationship is kinda messy with how strong their twin bond is. Like it exceeds normal boundaries and we don't want it any other way." Luke said smiling at me and Ian and we nodded in sync.
"Wow that's honestly amazing." Damon said with a bright smile.
I just look at everyone present here while leaning up against Alex's chest. I can't help but smile at them all.
"Life truly turned out to be good for us after all, huh." Ian said smiling at me with teary eyes. And I couldn't help but tear up as well and nodded at him.
"We have come a long way from our time in that cell where we wish death would come for us." I said low and I felt a tear make it's way down my face.
"And we are all so proud of you for not giving up. That you have been able to make your way back to us. Life wouldn't be the same without you two." Alex said low pulling me tighter into his chest. Then he gently wiped my tear away and put a hand on Ian's arm.

It is now 10 years later, and life is still amazing and good. Our mafias and family is just stronger than ever before.
I would say we are done with kids, Shortly after our first twins were born, I got pregnant again where Makoto was the father. We got triplets then with one boy and two girls. We named the boy Yoshi after Makoto's late brother who died. And the two girls Natsumi and Sakura after his late mother and sister who also died that day we meet.
After that I got pregnant again, this time Ben was the father and we got twins. Two boys Alaric and Jarek.
Then it was triplets with Dav as the father. One boy name Sean and two girls, Mila and Elodie.
After that it was twins with Tristan as the father. Two boys Shane and Lance.
Then it was two twins one of each gender with Diego as the father. The boys name is Julian and the girl is Mabel.
Then it was two twin girls with Luke, their name is Aria and Hazel.
Then lastly and this was done by insemination where Calvin was the donor. It was a set of twins Ramon and Phoebe. Calvin and Ian asked if I maybe wanted to help them get children of their own. And it's nothing I wouldn't do for my twin so of course I said yes.
But now I have said we have enough. Man I can't carry anymore. And I'm not kidding, 18 kids should be more than enough.
