Nico's pov.

I can't believe it. The day is finally here. The day we will finally meet our sons. I lifted Elina's hand up to my lips and kissed her fingers.

Theresa told us to use these few minutes to get ready. We helped Elina get out the sundress and then the bra before she gotten the hospital gown on her.

First day I got to meet her I fell in love, she was shining brightly, the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. The more I got to know her, I couldn't help falling deeper for her. Just feeling her lovely presence. When I started to become one of her comfort people I was overjoyed.

When I became one of her boyfriends, my heart is now beating for her and for alone. I can't help but wanting to give her the world. I have known Elina for 11 months now, and it has been the best 11 months of my life.

She will always be my most important and precious person, the person that means absolutely everything to me. And nothing will ever change that. Even our kids. Elina will always be most important to me.

But I will treasure our kids just as much. Because they are a part of her. I will make sure they are all always happy. These kids as well as the future kids we all will have, even if I'm not the biological father. Because they will be a part of Elina.

I kissed her lips gently. "I love you Babe." She said smiling up at me with a loving smile. "I love you too more than life itself Baby." I said giving her a smile as well caressing her cheeks.

After that the other gave her a kiss and told her they loved her as well.

We all told her we are here for her. But I think we all are shocked she is handle this so well.

I remember Kayden told me that even though Talia handled the pain so well and she wasn't cussing them out. But she still fractured their fingers.

If she has to hold my hand and give it all she has to get through this I will gladly take it. She is going through this because of me.

"Okay Donna, you are now fully dilated and ready to push." Theresa said smiling up at Elina.

Elina smiled up at me first and hold out her hand. I grabbed it then she smiled up at Ian and held her hand up for him as well. He kissed her forehead and grabbed her hand.

"We all got you Baby girl, and we all look forward to meet the little bundles of joy really soon." Ian said caressing her hand and we all voiced our eagerness to meet our babies.

"You can do this Honey, and I can't wait to meet my two new nephews." Calvin said also kissing her forehead caressing her shoulder.

"Okay Donna, when you feel the next contraption, you have to start pushing." Theresa said and Elina nodded.

She took a deep breath then she started to push. And when she did, it felt like my hand was being crushed. Both me and Ian kept our pain and discomfort hidden. She need this right now. She is pushing out a living being at the size of a watermelon through her virgina it must be hell.

I see Ian is truly feeling the pain Elina is in. He is sweating bullets and he is breathing uneven. Calvin is trying to help him through this.

Elina is only screaming because she is pushing so hard. Other then that she is absolutely calm. Ian almost seem to be the one giving birth here.

Oh holy shit I feel for him. I'm pretty sure these won't be the only kids we will have.

All nine of us kept giving Elina encouragement throughout. I can see it on Elina's other boyfriends they are just as excited to meet our sons.

After 20 minutes Theresa looked up at Elina with a big smile. "One more push Donna. Give it one big last push." Theresa said. Elina gave one last big push and shortly after we heard a baby cry.

Theresa handed the baby to uncle Derick for him to make sure the baby is good and healthy. And Elina fell asleep still holding mine and Ian's hands.

I caressed her cheek with my free hand. "Get some rest Baby, you have done absolutely amazing." I whispered leaning down and kissed her forehead.

I felt tears running down my cheeks and I saw the other 8 had tears as well. The rest also said some sweet things to Elina who is sleeping soundly for a moment. To gather strength for the next baby to come.

We all looked over at uncle Derick and Theresa who looked over our first born. Then uncle Derick turned around with our firstborn son in his arms.

"Congratulations you have all become parents to a beautiful and healthy baby boy. Who wants to be the first to hold him?" He said smiling at us all happily.

Everyone looked at me with a bright smile. "Nico should be the first since Elina is sleeping." Dav said and the other nodded. "Are you all sure?" I asked them surprised and they all nodded.

I carefully released my hand from Elina and then uncle Derick placed our son in my arm. I can't believe it, I'm holding my son in my arms.

"Welcome to the world little one. We are all so happy to finally meet you." I said softly caressing our son in my arms. He has a hint of sun blond hair like Elina. When he looked up I could see he has my ivy purple eye color.

I handed him to Luke so the rest got to say hello to our son. Then uncle Derick came and check my hand.

"Damn, our Donna seriously has some strength in her tiny hands. I will have to x-ray it after to make sure nothing is broken." He said in a light chuckle.

"That's okay, our girl is doing an amazing and an important job. So as long as she can focus on doing that, I don't mind my hand gets injured." I said smiling at Elina still sleeping.

I saw Makoto was holding her hand I held and caressed it gently.

"She is truly remarkable and I can't be more proud of her." Makoto said smiling down at her.

"How is you hand Ian, do you need to switch out as well?" Dav asked with a mix of amusement and worry.

"No I'm good, honestly I'm shocked that girls have to endure so much pain giving birth. Having Elina squeezing my hand helps me focus on my hand instead of the other pain I feel from her." He said caressing Elina's hair gently with his free hand.

"I honestly feel for you Ian, and I guess it's not many guys that can say they know how it feel giving birth. And I'm sure these are not the only two Elina will have." Uncle Derick said in a light chuckle.
