Chapter 289.
Alex's pov.
This week with the twins in the hospital room have been hard for all of us. But it's so good to see Elina down here with us even just for a little.
And I have to say I'm proud of her, even though Aurora is the reason why Ian is laying in the hospital room, she still care about her and want her to stay healthy.
After we all are done eating, we head into the living room and we all sit down. Now Elina is on Makoto's lap who also sit next to me. I gently take a grip of her hands, and they feel so much thinner than before. It breaks me to see my baby sister like this.
After a while the triplets come running up to Elina with a smile. "Pretty can you sing a song for us? Uncle Nico said you have a voice like an Angel when you sing." Luka said with a pleading look on his face.
Elina looked at the kids a little before she gave them a small smile and a nod. She took off her hoodie then she stood up from Makoto's lap and walked over to the piano.
We all can see she is very unstable on her legs so I hurried next to her and put an arm around her waist to support her.
I help her to sit down and she looked up at me with a sad look on her face. "Alex can you please sit with me." She asked in a low voice.
"Of course Bambina." I said and kissed her forehead before I sat down next to her.
She looked on the other side of her with a broken look in her eyes. That's where Ian usually sit and I think she feel the emptiness a lot right now, this is something the twins usually does together.
She took a deep breath before she lifted up the lid but I had to help her. She gave me a grateful smile. She took another deep breath.

Then she started to play the piano, and when she started to sing we all could hear the pain in her voice. The brokenness, the struggle she is dealing with right now.
The song seriously gave me goosebumps and I see I'm not the only one. And everyone had tears running down their faces.
When she was done with that one song she took a deep breath again and started another one.

It's always hard to hear a raw song of Elina, and I can hear this is also one of Elina's originals, because when she sing her originals she use more emotions in her songs.
She truly miss Ian, and it's breaking her. Ian have to wake up soon, or I'm afraid we will lose Elina.
When Elina was done with the song I put an arm around her shoulders and hug her tightly to me. "You know we all need you, and Ian will wake up so don't give up Bambina." I said in a low voice kissing her temple.
"I try Alex, I truly do." She whispered and I wipe her tears.

She started to play another song and this is a song we all know. So after a little in the song we all started to sing along, even the members from the United Mafia.
It all brought a smile to our faces that she was singing a song we all know, we know Elina always do her best to lift us all up even if she is down herself. I just hope she don't take too much on her right now.
When she was done with this song she closed the lid of the piano and just leaned into me chest.
"Alex, I don't know how I can handle the loss of Ian in the twin bond, I feel so empty, so alone and lonely." Elina said in a very low voice.
I pick her up and place her on my lap, just holding around her. "None of us can truly understand how you feel right now, but we are all here for you. And we all believe that Ian will wake up. But please don't give up, when Ian wake up he will need you by his side." I said low back just holding around my baby sister.
"I want to go up to Ian." She said and I could hear she started to cry again. "Do you want me to carry you up?" I asked her with a soft voice and she just nodded into my chest.
"Okay Bambina. Thank you for singing for us today and that you came down to eat dinner with us." I said and she just nodded again and I could hear how she started to sniffle into my chest.
I lifted her up in my arms and she just kept hiding her face in my chest holding a good grip of my t-shirt.
I truly wish it's something I can do for my baby sister, she is hurting so badly.
I walked out of the living room and back up to the hospital room Ian is in. When I got up there, I gently placed Elina on the bed next to Ian and she quickly but carefully laid down next to him held around him before she broke down completely.
I kissed her forehead and we all have understood when she is like this now, she want to be left alone.
So I walked out and down to the living room and sat down next to Makoto again.
"The two first songs, they were her originals right?" Stanley asked with a sad voice and I nodded. "Yeah you hear she is singing with more emotion when it's her original songs." I said and he nodded back. "That's what I have picked up on too."
"She is hurting so much and I don't know how to help her. I'm afraid she will give up soon. She barely eat, she barely smiles, she don't want to be social with us." Tristan said wiping a tear away.
"It was good you two was able to get her to come down at least a little today." Mom said smiling a small smile to Luke and Dav. "Yeah, first she didn't want to, but I'm glad we got her to come around." Luke said looking down at the table in front of him.
"We all just have to keep trying, keep give her a reason to keep going." Ben said and we all nodded.
But that was easier said than done, for the next week she barely left the hospital room. She still barely eat, barely talk, she is pulling more and more away. And we all get more worried about her. She looked like she have given up on life without Ian.
