Talia's pov.

After open all the gifts I can't help but let a few tears fall down my cheeks, I have never had a birthday celebration like this since I was taken away from my family by my mom.

I feel so blessed to have all these wonderful people in my life. And I feel so safe to let my two small miracles growing up with them all.

"I still have my gifts for you two but we have to head outside for those as well as it's one last gift for Talia. So if we all can make our way outside?" Leon said with a warm smile looking at me and my twin brother.

We all stood up or Theo stood up with me in his arms bridal style. Then we all headed out the front door.

When we got out we saw so many of our members of the different mafias standing their lined up in multiple lines behind each other.

It must be around 3 000 members of all the mafias here. To say I'm shocked at the sight is and understatement.

"Talia." Leon said with a smile looking at me still in Theo's arms.

Theo gently placed me down on the ground and Leon held out an arms motioned for me to come to him.

I walked up to my big brother and when I stood in front of him he smiled down at me with a big loving smile.

He then handed me a box. "Happy birthday Bambina." He then said before kissing my forehead.

I open the box and saw two car keys in it. I looked at the content of the box and felt tear streaming down my face.

"Leon this is too much." I said looking up at him still with tears down my face.

"Not at all, you deserve it. Do you wanna see them?" He then asked and nodded still in shock.

Some of the guards moved away and revealed my two new cars. And I felt my jaw drop to the ground.

One a 2025 Chevrolet corvette in crystal blue and the interior was ivy purple and black.

The other one was a Audi Q6 e-tron SUV in the same color as the Chevrolet.

I felt my news give in on me under me and Leon was quick to pull me close to him so I wouldn't fall to the ground.

"Oh my god Leon they are amazing... I can't... I can't believe they are mine." I was able to get out through my tears and light sobs.

"I'm happy you like them Bambina you deserve only the best." He said before pulling me up in his arms hugging me and I had my arms around his neck and legs around his waist crying into his neck.

He gave Theo a box as well and he got a Audi Q6 e-tron SUV as well just in black.

After I had been able to calm down Leon put me down on the ground and dried my tears away.

Then he moved us so we stood in front of all the members of the mafia, our families and friends have also lined up in front of them all.

The other Don's of the other mafia families stood next to us as well as Tommy from the Irish mafia, he had taken over that after Cillian and his minions had been taken care off.

Then Leon look down at me with his brotherly smile. And i don't know why but i have a feeling what's coming next will be overwhelming.

"Getting you back to us have been the biggest gift we could ever ask for, and today you gave us another one. You life have not been a easy one, but you have shown us all that you are a true mafia princess and leader." Leon started.

"You are not just the mafia princess to the American and Italian mafia anymore. But the princess to the British, Mexican, Russian, German and Irish mafia." Dominic continued.

"All these seven mafias are the highest ranked mafias in the world, there is other smaller ones but none of them have a chance to do us any harm." Victor said.

"The biggest threat to us was the Irish but now they have become our allies, and you Talia have made your way into all our hearts." Santiago said with a big smile.

"Talia you have more or less alone made all of us work as one unite, you have been the one driving us to be better, do better and you are the strongest one of us all on so many ways." Nathan said.

"When we got to hear about to being taken and wanted to help save you, when we first meet you properly you treated us with respect and kindness. You have included us and welcomed us with open arms." Emmet said with a big smile.

"Seeing the growth in you over the years and see how strong you have become, we are both proud and happy we that's left of the Irish mafia took the right decision on joining you instead of following Cillian to his demise." Tommy said also smiling.

"You Talia is the true leader of our Mafias, and from today these seven mafia families will work as one and it's only one person we all want to follow." Dominic said looking at me proudly.

"The truly leader of all these mafia is from today you Talia Bianchi. From today these seven mafias will join hands and be one big mafia. We will of course help you keep people in line and lighten your work. But you Talia is the one that have the final say! You are our queen! You are the boss of us all." Leon said before he and the other Don's went over and got in line with the rest of the members.

I just stood there with a shocked expression trying to process what's actually happening.

Then everyone, and I mean absolutely everyone bowed down and said in unison 'Long live our queen'.

Wait what... So now all of them is one big mafia and I'm the top leader? But I'm only 18 years old...

Then Papa walked up to me with a bok in his hand and looked at me with a proud smile on his face.

"Talia, please place your hand on this book." He said and I did as he told.

"Do you promise to rule fair, righteous, follow the underworlds rule and keep us safe?" He asked with a smile.

"I do." I said still in shock.

"Do you accept to watch over your new family and their families, make sure no harm will befall any of them?" He then asked.

"I do." I said looking between Papa and the sea of mafia members.

"Do you accept the position offered to you, rule over us and guide us to new highs?" He asked.

"I do." I answered seriously and when I did grandpa pulled me into a tight hug and the rest of the mafia members cheered chanting 'long live the queen' over and over.
