Alpha Dorian pov

As I prepared to turn around I immediately noticed that the voice wasn’t coming from Alpha Alder pack but from my own pack direction or should I just say from the opposite direction.

I became a bit hesitant and also confused because I still had that hunger to fight as my blood was still boiling anger….I had driven All the way to this place only for her voice to stop me….I am not going let that happen.

I was about to drive into the pack territory when my phone began to ring and I had to pick it up because it was my beta and he must have good news for me.

“Did you find her?” I asked him and I could still hear him yelling at the background that Aurelia must be found.

“Talk to me!!” I said on the phone being a big impatient.

“Alpha, we have searched everywhere possible but she isn’t there, no traces and even after transforming and connecting with one of her items I could still not find her…what are we going to do and I also want to know where you are…you have hid been answering any of us and instead just walked out like it’s nothing and it isn’t right at all.” He said to me while I continue to think of a way to get what i want but it was being a bit impossible.

“I…I went to Alpha Alder pack.” I muttered and I could sense that he was a bit taken aback.

“How would you take such a drastic step just because of a woman who can’t make you happy in any way.” He said and I could help but be shaken by what he just said.

“You all are just the same,you are claiming she is of no use to me!! Do you even know how it feels to have you mates dying on you and after the priest had prophesied that I won’t have another mate, the moon goddess still blessed me with another and now that same person is still trying to make life a living hell for me.” I said but it hurts even more than the way I sounded but I still wanted to say if.

“Alpha Dorian, we know about it and how it happened but we want you to know that it can’t possibly be Alpha Alder.” He said and I couldn’t help but wonder why he just said that.

“And why did you say so?” I asked out if curiosity.

“We went to Aurelia room to find any hint on where she was taken or if she had even ran away away but it was empty except on her dressing mirror we found a letter.” He said and then stopped while u pulled my car to a corner.

“Are you saying he didn’t take her?” I asked out of curiosity.

“Yes, he didn’t take her and instead in the letter he was asking her to leave you and come be his bride as he also promised her lots of riches.” He said and even though he wasn’t guilty, I couldn’t help but now finally understand what he wanted when he came to mock her. I couldn’t even understand what made him so interested in seeing her face that night…it was because he wants her for himself and that was obvious of the fact that he was really envious.

“So you are telling me that he knows nothing about her whereabouts but yet he left the palace early!! If she is not there then where could she possibly be.” I said to my beta and more to myself.

“Alpha, I know how painful it would be to lose her but I think trying to find her would just make the killer faster…if you remembered when amma died it all happened because you were very angry and went out and in just to find her but yet you didn’t and instead the killer killed her and dumped her body for you because you were being too impatient with him.” He says and j in couldn’t help but reason it all and he was very much right.

“And Abigail, she was killed two days after because you were angry but because you did not love her, your search for her was a bit slow and the news spread around that you found her to dirty for you to seal the bond and so he did not just kill her but made sure to rape her every minute and second till her last breath.” I felt hurt as he said it and I couldn’t help but feel so vengeful towards whoever was doing it.

“So now, if I am to be patient what do you think would be his reason to kill Aurelia and what do you think he might do to her?” I asked my beta who was silent for a while.

“What was the one major thing everyone used to describe your mate?” He asked himself and still continued to thing about it.

“Her face!!!!! He would make a huge mess of her face before killing her.” He said abd I also realize that and started the engine and then I turned the car around.

“I am on my way…this killer has to pay for this, his time is up already.” I said and ended the call.

I dialed a priestess number and she picked up.

“Did another mate go missing again?” She asked me in a very calm voice.

“You told me no one was attacking me spiritually but yet I keep losing ball my mates and all the things link to one person who always makes their death miserable!” I yelled at her while driving back to the pack,

“You have to be calm about it and I also won’t lie to you that you are at fault, why do you always let the world know you have a mate when it is meant to be silent.” She said and the frown got even deeper.
