The Duel of Blood
The Duel of Blood
Sylvia's POV
I couldn't stop thinking about Valen and what he had done to me as I tried to wrap my head around what had happened all night.
I had let him use me, using the punishment as an excuse, but it was true that I liked it and even wanted more.
I palmed my face while thinking about the question I had asked him. ‘How much trouble do I need to get into to earn your cock?’
That was surely stupid and shameless of me.
It was difficult sleeping through the whole night as I thought about how I was going to face Valen again. Now I would look nothing more than a slut in his face.
The next morning, I woke up to a knock on the door only to check my alarm and realize how much I had slept.
It was ten in the morning, and I knew I would have to deal with either Vivienne or the headmaid.
I grabbed a towel and headed to the door as I had slept naked after the brief intimate moment with Valen, a part of me wishing he'd come back to give me more punishment while I was asleep.
Creaking the door open, it was one of the numerous maids working at the penthouse.
Her face had twitched with discomfort because of how long I took to open the door.
“Good morning” I greeted, forcing a smile as I hoped she'd return the gesture, but she didn't. Instead, she just relayed the message with a stern gaze.
“The Alpha wants you at the entertainment centre now” she said and turned without any other words.
Now! But I haven't even taken my bath.
I quickly moved back inside, scampering around before I finally entered the bathroom while my thoughts were filled with the reason why Valen had called for me.
And not his room, not his hall, but the entertainment centre?
What's he up to again? Will he have me dance while he watches?
I shook my head, focusing on how to get out of the room quickly.
A few seconds later, I was already dressed, heading out of the room in a hurry but suddenly slowed my steps, not caring about Valen and his orders anymore.
“What would he do to me if I got there late? Will I get another punishment?” I thought, but decided not to dare him like he had said so I hurried over to the entertainment area.
When I got there, I thought it would only be Valen, but I was shocked to see another figure standing while Valen was seated.
“Alpha…..Damian?” I called and he turned, letting me confirm that it was him.
“What are you doing here?” I walked up to him, forgetting for a moment that Valen existed.
Before he could give a response to me, Valen spoke. “He said he's here to change your fate.” He paused, standing up from the golden chair he was sitting on.
“He said you're getting maltreated, said he needs to take you out of here” Valen walked towards us, a smirk on his face.
My gaze was snapped back to Alpha Damian who grabbed my arm as I blinked, still trying to process what was happening.
“Will you leave with me?” He asked, his face getting laced with concern.
He suddenly showed up here and was telling Valen he would leave with me?
“I….” I trailed off, not knowing what to say as I hadn't expected this one bit.
Valen got to me, extending his hand. “Or will you stay?”
My lips parted in disbelief as I found it hard to believe that they were doing this at the moment because of me.
My gaze darted between Alpha Damian who held my arm and Alpha Valen who stretched his hand out to me.
The hand that played with me last night, making electric jolt through my whole body.
The man at my right hand side was willing to save me from this penthouse that had always chased me with nothing but death. And the man at my left hand side had pleasured my body in a way no one had ever done.
I could have chosen to leave up until yesterday, but after what happened with Valen yesterday, even if I wanted to leave with Alpha Damian, my body would forever choose Valen.
Both of them saw that I was so confused that I couldn't make a decision, then Valen dropped his hand back to his side while Damian let go of me.
“How about we have a duel to decide if she goes with me or stays with you” Alpha Damian said, his gaze solely fixed on Valen.
“No, don't…” I wanted to object but Valen's voice rose before mine.
“Let's do it that way then” he said and I gasped.
The way they stared at each other, both gaze threatening to kill the other.
“No!” I yelled, jumping into their midst as they both dropped their gazes to look at me.
“Alpha, you don't need to do this!” I said to Valen with an awkward smile then turned to Damian. “Alpha, let's talk this out”
I tugged at Alpha Damian's arm, trying to drag him away from the place but Valen grabbed me, his rough hand on my arm, but his gaze was on Damian.
“Stay out of this, Sylvia. If he wins, he gets to take you out of here.” Valen paused. “But if he lose, he leave without getting to step his foot in here ever again”
“Deal!” Damian said.
I staggered backwards, not knowing what to do to stop them.
Both were confident about their skills, but only one person was going to win.
At the moment, they were deciding my life for me because if Valen wins, I get to stay with him, and if he doesn't, I get to leave with Damian.
Valen sent for his sword to be brought to him and when Rodrigo did, the both of them walked to the training ground, entering the training centre as they were ready to fight.
And the only question I could ask myself was; Who was going to attain victory between the two Alphas?
