Chapter 33: Preparing for the Ceremony
After we all get our fill of dinner we all head to bed adn plan on meeting in teh morningto prepare for the day adn the Alpha Ceremony that will take place tonight. We will have severeal different dragon clans from all over the dragoin kingdom and i will be appointing my brother Durrick adn Dennim as the Dragon Alpha of the clan while im still the King they will be Alpha of the clan to be able to handle clan business while im at the Capitol. They are not aware that this is the decision that myself and Vanessa had come up with once we left the Palace last week. After getting up and getting dressed for the day we head to the mess hall for breakfast and there are several people who are trying get towards our table please i will announce everyone in a min please settle down. To my left starting with bMy beutiful mate Vanessa who is our Queen adn Alpha of Alphas then we have the rest of our mates and kings Xavier, Mark Luke , Alric then we have Alpha Roberts and his Luna Sarah who are holding two of the three pups Valor adn VAnder then we have Samantha Who is holding Vera these pups are your crowned princess and pirnces please give us the respect of not crowding around we will hold a socail gathering before the ceremony tonight 2 hrs before for you to get know everyone please be ready for us and be considerate to not bombard us with alot of questions while trying to have breakfast thanks adn enjoy your breakfast. if there is anything urgent please let Beta Bennett know and he will deal with it or address us if needed also you can give your issues to my brothers Durrick and Dennim. Thanks lets eat. After breakfast Brothers meet us in the office we have something to dicuss with you. After we finish eating we head to the office and trying to get some work done then i hear a knock on the door Come in brothers please have a seat on the couch we want to discuss the idea of you two taking over as Alpha of the Clan all major changes would still go through me but it would leave me free to remain at the capitol while you guys run the clans day to day activities as we will be setting up a counsel of elders from each species adn and each species will have 5 sub counsel members each so they can vote on issues within each species as well as the main counsel mmeber who will be able to come to the capitol and report issues as well as have a representive that is not one of us for each group.
Durrick: I for one and very happy with this idea and it makes me feel that i have some usefulness instead of sitting on the sidelines adn watching from behind everything alos i feel that it would be better if a non family member was on the counsel than for one of us to be but i like your plans Dennim what about you.
Dennim: i think it sounds great lets do it and we will have furture meetings to prepare for when we need to discuss mattersa that are serious.
Perfect sounds good guys lets go grab lunch and then we have a ceremony to prepare for lets go. for lunch today the omegas have prepared flatbread pizzas loaded with peperroni and sausage and bacon lots of bacon.Honey can you see if they have creamcheese and sourcream and pickles please im having a craving for them at them moment and i want two of those pizzas. After we eat the omegas clean the mess hall and convert it in the banquet hall open up the divider to make it larger adn then all the tables will be set up around the sides of the room adn back of the room leaving the front stage area open and then the center is set up for a dance floor also the buffet table is set up on the back wall and people can help them selves to the food as they want it that way we dont require severs just a few people to bring out the trays of food and refill as needed. After everything is done me and the guys head upp to get ready as the women have aleady headed up stairs i head to the nursery first to see if the pups are ready they are dressed in their finest clothes and waitng with there guards Hey samantha i take it the ladies are finishing getting ready adn have left you guys incharge of the pups untill everyone is ready. Yes she said they would be in here to grab them when they were dressed for the evening and dont forget that you have to be there at 5 instead of 7 since you told everyone that you would be there 2hrs ealry.
