Chapter 100 Chapter 100 Sarah POV
It's been two weeks since the appointment and I still have not come to terms. There is no way, even after seeing the ultrasound, I don't believe it. At first I was in shock, then I was scared, then I was mad. Doctor Moreno confirmed, four pups and they are growing at a steady pace for me to deliver in three months. I looked at Jackson in shock but I didn't say anything. Werewolf pregnancies are only three months long. I lied when they asked about the twins pregnancy. It was eight months, closer to human term. Later we determined that it was the fact that last time he didn't have his wolf yet. I am having these pups here not in New York.

We are having the twins birthday tomorrow. Jackson has been running around getting everything ready. Lauren and my guys are coming later today, we are having dinner tonight, they will be staying in town. I was worried about Lauren flying with a baby and Roan but she said her and Travis can handle it. Brody is leaving Ekaterina and their son home, her mother is in New York and he said he needs a break from her. Enzo, Rocco and Romeo will be here too. Finally my two packs of boys will be in the same space.

Alex is still not speaking. She is dating both of Andrew's sons, Jackson talked to Andrew, we are all on the same page. None of us want to be grandparents right now. The kids are infatuated with each other, Blaze and River look at Alex like she is the only she-wolf left on the planet. I wonder if she is talking to them. I know they text but does she speak with them. I rub my now large belly and hope all four are boys. Two more weeks and they can tell us.

I have already had to buy bigger clothes. Jackson says I look beautiful but I feel like a damn whale. These babies are coming via c-section, great just great I thought. The scar is going to be massive and disgusting. Thankfully because of supernaturals multiple births, all hospitals are equipped to handle premature babies. Doctor Moreno delivered octuplets recently, I had the pleasure of speaking with the ogre mom in the waiting room before my appointment. Her office was calming and it looks like her staff and patients love her.

"All done!" says Jackson. "The crib is together, the dresser. Clothes are in the dryer. I haven't washed the bedding yet but there is time. I am going to order all the bottles and shit...what else do we need?"

"Calm down! We have time! I will make a list!" I stood up from the couch to grab some water.

Jackson ran across the living room to hold my hand. Doctor's orders, I am supposed to be on bed rest. I haven't been able to work out. I am not helpless, I can grab myself a few things. I roll my eyes at him.

"I saw that!" he smiles. "I don't care what you say. Stop trying to do things without me."

Zack is handling Jackson's responsibilities at the camp. He refuses to leave me alone. Even when Kelly, Kat and Mina come over. He hovers! Every night he reads to the babies, it's kind of cute in an annoying way. Sometimes when I think about my first pregnancy I get sad, I wish he was there. I wonder what our life would look like if we were together back then. I shake those thoughts out, it's idiotic to think about that. What's done is done.

Alex woke me up from my afternoon nap. I am forced to take those, Jackson puts me to bed and rubs my back until I fall asleep. Which is always really fast because of those big, warm hands of his.

"I wish you would start talking. You can't still be mad!" I look at my daughter and she flashes that same smirk her father has. "I see! Trying to break your personal best. I just hope you realize what you miss out on, not talking to your little boyfriends!"

She rolls her eyes at me. Alex hates it when I call them that. I guess she has reached her no labels stage. They are sixteen, my babies, how fast time goes. "Don't blink!" I say to myself.

I take my time slowly walking out of our bedroom and down the short hallway before I come out to the sitting room. Then around the corner to the kitchen. Everyone is seated at the dining room table. Jackson is in the kitchen, towel over his shoulder. I scan over my friends, looks like I pushed Kelly, Kat and Mina back with their wolves. A smile spreads across my face no matter how hard I try to hold it back. Brody and Enzo are looking at one of their phones and laughing. Rocco and Romeo are in a slap fight, they are so childish. Travis has Roan in his lap, Lauren holds little Rogue, he is a cutie pie. My eyes land on Matteo, he is looking at me. His eyes leave mine and fall on my baby bump, something flashes over his face but I choose to ignore it. Next to him is a beautiful redhead, she tucks a loose strand of hair behind her ear. She is wearing a low cut dress, she looks young.

"Mom! Should you be walking around alone?" yells Aidan from behind me.

Everyone in the dining room looks over at me. Jackson drops the towel on the counter and comes toward me in a hurry. Lauren gets up and helps Jackson get me to a chair. I can't help but roll my eyes.

"I am fine! I can manage to get around. If I have to suffer another two months of this I will pull my hair out."

Laughter breaks out. I roll my eyes again. Jackson kisses my forehead and goes back in the kitchen, managing to boss around his boys to help him again.

"Twins again?" asks Lauren. I make eye contact with Matteo again.

"Quadruplets!" Jackson's voice echoes in the house.

Matteo stands up and goes steps into the backyard, his fiance smiles but looks embarrassed.
