The Forgotten Veins

Detective Mara Quinn fled the fire that destroyed her family, her home, and the truth fifteen years ago. She vowed never to go back. However, Mara is pulled back into the nightmare when her hometown is rocked by a string of ritualistic killings, leaving burned feathers and bodies marked with odd symbols. The symbols are the same as those from her childhood home. The Ashen Circle, the cult she believed had vanished in the fire, has reappeared.
