Chapter 52 Wait until the 18th moon
After burning Manon and his father, Orion took his sword and other weapons that would help him in the fight, to get Esperanza from the cave of his death.
"Are you going to do this alone?" Felix asked.
"So do you want to come with me?" Orion let out a smirk.
" I really want to, let me see what they have brought to the kingdom in all these decades," Felix said.
"But rule no one, no mistakes," he said while pointing his sword at the middle of his neck.
"How could I make a mistake? You are here with me; you can control anyone's mind," Felix said while brooding over his chest.
"Stop doing this, you just killed your son like a horde," Orion said, and Felix looked away.
"That was also hard for me, if I did not then you would not be standing here," Felix said
"I am glad you did that, but now we do not have any human dragons left. The last one has been killed by you," Orion. Remind him.
"And you never let him explore his powers," Orion said about Manon.
" You want me to guide him so he could rule over me as you did," he let out, and Orion smirked.
"Let's go," Orion bestowed the sword on him, and they both moved towards the kingdom of dragons.
The night was falling profoundly, but not as profoundly as their closeness.
"Can I?" He asked before moving further, and she nodded and gave her whole control to him.
"Today, I want to make you mine, I want to get you into me so no one would separate us," he whispered into her ear, and she was flowing with the flow of his movements.
Esperanza was moving on his command and was closing her eyes.
Suddenly, her mind went bleak, and she stopped moving.
But Ezra did not sense what was going on with her. She was lying straight, and her body went still.
Again that fiery red room where she meets her mother.
There was something concerning her that she had come here.
"Mother? Why am I here?" She looked around and again nothing was there.
"I... I was....," she was flustered.
"Esperanza......," her mother's voice got all her attention.
"What are you doing?" She asked, and Esperanza's cheeks blushed because of embarrassment.
" I am not here to judge you, but guide you, my little flower, " her mother said, and she gulped her nervousness.
" I am here to tell you, your real worth, and that pureness is the thing that you should be scared of for yourself,"
"Only then can you get higher powers, when the heart and the body would be pure and untouched, my child," she guided her, and she understood everything.
"You are not wrong, and also he is not the wrong person, but you do not need to stray from your yearning, if you did then you would not be getting this again,"
"You should wait until the 18th moon arrives, when you will get your enormous vigor and ruling," she said, and her voice faded.
Orion and Felix entered the territory of the dragons, where the history and the real essence of being a dragon were still alive.
"This path is formidable," Orion let out and hid behind a cliff, and above that cliff, there was a force of troops assembled for protection.
"Then you should hide behind me," Felix replied, and Orion glared at him, and with a smirk, Felix changed the atmosphere.
"What are you saying, the king of darkness is hiding from those useless striplings?" Felix said, and one of the men heard him speaking.
"Hey, did you hear it?" He asked his other partner.
"It's from behind the cliff," he said, and they both decided to climb and look at who was watching them.
"You should shut your mouth," Orion retorted angrily.
They jumped from the cliff and just landed in front of Orion and Felix.
Felix instantly took his swords out and those troops were already pointing their swords at them.
" Who are you?" One of them asked.
"You should ask yourself, who are you?" Orion let out, and his eyes became dark, and those men were hypnotized.
"Who am I?" They started to ask themselves.
"You both are invaders, and you should behead your necks," Orion let out, and Felix turned his eyes on him with horror.
"We should kill ourselves," they said and they pointed their swords at them and beheaded themselves with their own hands.
Felix was shockingly watching the whole scene, and was stunned he asked him.
" Why would you let them kill themselves?" Felix asked because Orion had forgotten his benevolence.
"They are the people of the Kingdom, so no benevolence for them," Orion replied and Felix gulped his angst.
" Now we have to be careful," Orion guided him because they were moving towards the castle.
They started climbing the castle without catching sight of the troops.
They were climbing, and suddenly Felix's hand slipped as he was about to go down. Orion took his hand and pulled him upwards.
"I do not want to, but I have to," Orion said, and Felix's breath was out of his control.
"You are my savior," Felix let out and Orion smirked.
As they moved up, one of the troops found them, and as he was about to scream it loud he mistakenly took a glimpse of Orion's eyes, and got stuck there.
" Oh my! You are dead," Felix let out and that troop started to work on Orion's command.
"You should make yourself fall from here," Orion let out, and the troop nodded, and within another second, he made himself fall from the height.
"Your power is incredible, but where are we going to look for her?" Felix asked and Orion knew where exactly to go.
Felix followed him and they kept climbing.
Ezra and Esperanza were in bed, and now he wanted to take off her clothes. He moved his hands behind her and opened the securing of her dress.
As Esperanza opened her eyes and she predicted what he was going to do.
But she did not get a moment to stop him, and he was about to take her dress off.
And suddenly they both heard a powerful growl.
They both got off and saw that Orion was standing on the balcone.
Their eyes went wide and Esperanza's soul left her body.
