FRANTIC running of doctors and nurses heading to the ICU startled Duchess Sorilit, she's the biological mother of Kanawut, because of the political feud of cadet houses* in the Chakri Dynasty in Thailand, she and her deceased husband lost Kanawut at that time, and when the sudden explosion happened in Afghanistan, the news shocked Duchess Sorilit when he saw the Lockett necklace that Kanawut wore at that time it was shown in the news for his relatives to see because his officials knew that Kanawut grew up in orphanage before he entered Thai Royal Armed Force.

She's watching his son on the window when she saw them get in.

Then she noticed that her son is being revived!

"The patient is losing his heartbeat!"

"Everyone get ready!" The doctor ordered as the nurses turn to do their best on their task, the doctor pressed a defibrillator on Kana's chest.

"Clear?"

"Clear!"

His body was pulled up and slump back in the bed, again and again the doctor repeatedly did that, until his heart beat is back.

Duchess Sorilit covered her mouth to stop a sob, seeing her son lying on the bed, looking lifeless and has been revived making her almost lost her consciousness.

"The patient is back!" The doctor announced, making Duchess Sorilit breath in relief.

"Brigade General Kanawut is indeed brave, I hope he will wake up soon, the team misses him." A subordinate said as they flocked outside the ICU.

ON THE DARK SPACE, Kanawut keep on walking, he saw a blinding light from a far.

"Kana!" a cold voice stopped him.

"Oh, It's you, Han Kana." Kanawut looked at the person who resembles him.

"Thank you for making the revenge I desired a successful one, If it was me, The whole Han family will be in danger."

Kana smiled a bit, "Will you take over your body now?"

Though Kanawut is reluctant, he cannot do anything if the real Kana wanted to take over, it was his body after all, while his real body was still on the modern world.

Han Kana smiled, "I am already dead, no matter what I do, I cannot go back, I just need you to promise me that you will continue to take care of my family and love them the way I love them."

Han Kana felt bad and sad but it was this twisted fate's fault, no one is to be blame.

"You should go back." Han Kana push Kanawut back to where he came from while he walk to the place where the blinding light came from.

Emperor Sunwoo pace to and from while watching Kana on their bed.

He later on stopped and sat beside him, holding his hand."Are you back in your world? You promise me you won't leave me, Why are you still sleeping? Honey please wake up!"

Everyone was startles including the newly recovered Seok Jin.

"What world?" He didn't stop himself from asking, does the Empress doesn't from this world?

"Shut up." RM warned him, earning a glare from Seokjin.

RM was startled, after Seokjin was burnt on the fire, he was different, he act like a different person!

Emperor Sunwoo continued to talk to Kana and didn't listen to everyone in the room.

"My Empress please open your eyes, you promise me... Please," He keep on begging until he felt Kana moved his finger.

"RM! his finger moved!"

RM hurriedly check Kana's pulse.

"He's waking up."

Seokjin rolled his eyes.

"You ancient people predict something like life and earth by just checking the pulse! So impulsive!"

Emperor Sunwoo was stunned, "What did you say?"

RM was scared that Seokjin might be in trouble so he covered his mouth, "Please forgive him Your Majesty, he's just not good in the head since the incident in Jade Pavilion."

"Take him to rest then," Emperor Sunwoo couldn't care about anything else but Kana.

Everyone disperse and a moment later, Kana slowly open his eyes, the sight welcome him was the Emperor, who looked really haggard, stubbles are visible in his face and dark circles in his eyes.

"M-my Liege.."

"Is it you? Are you really back?" Emperor Sunwoo asked, his voice breaking on too much emotion, "Is this you honey?"

Kana smiled warmly, "Yes... This is me."

Emperor Sunwoo hugged him tight, "I thought you were back in your world, I am so sacred that you left me."

"I promise you that I will not leave, so I won't... How are our babies?" Kana lean his head on the Emperor's shoulder as they both lay on the bed.

Emperor Sunwoo held his stomach, "RM said they were fine and healthy."

"I'm relieved."

"Do you want to eat something?" Emperor Sunwoo asked him in concern.

"Yes, I'm quite hungry." Kana said which is true, he felt drained from walking on that dark space.

"Do you have work? What about the mess cause by the third prince?" Kana asked in concern.

"It was all settled, you are unconscious for two days, Lady Pleng died, she killed herself. Consort Lin also asked about her punishment but after knowing that you are unwell, she obediently said she will wait, also I planned to remove my harem, those wallflower girls does not deserve a cruel life. I will let you handle it."

Kana was thrilled,"Are you rely willing to remove your harem? What if those officials won't allow it?"

Emperor Sunwoo snorted," Then they will disappear in this world. It's not up to them, if they want connections, I can provide it to them, if they want an heir for the throne, you are already pregnant, if they want an Empress with powerful background, Han family is enough, what will I do having such a useless harem? So, I thought of removing it to have a peaceful life. Too much women is problematic! See what happen to Imperial Father? I don't want that to happen to me as well!"

Kana nodded, seems like the Emperor is really determined on removing his harem then Kana is more than pleased, this is what he wanted from the start, the he won't be shy on allowing the Emperor to do so.

At last, the Emperor will be his, and his ALONE.
