COLD PALACE
"Your Majesty! Second Miss is here!" Lulu shouted in glee, waking up Empress Park who's lazily lying on the hard bed.
Empress Park opened her sunken eyes, looked around the room and once again she dreamed to leave in this hell cold place.
In the past two months of being detained here in Cold Palace, Empress Park's previous spoiled and bratty demeanor were gone and replaced by an utterly ugly and dry appearance.
Her once beautiful and tantalizing eyes has sunken, her once rosy cheeks turns extra pale, there's no nutritions at all, everyday she's forced to gnaw an overly hard buns and some beef jerky.
Empress Park caress her stomach, gladly the child she's bearing survives.
"Why second miss is here? Let her in!" Empress Park said while she sat on the bed.
The place is so cold that it seeps on her bones and yet she only have a few thick clothes to protect her from the cold.
Living in this place is a real torture and all this happens because of that slut in the palace, Han Kana.
"Big Sister!" Lady Park Molan exclaimed after she saw the appearance of the Empress.
"Don't pity me, what are you doing here?" Empress Park looked away.
"You need to come with me, the guards were already taken cared of, let's go home. Tonight, the second prince will claim the throne, you will be free." Lady Park Molan handed Empress Park a fur shawl and wrap it on her neck.
Empress Park jolted when she heard her,"Where is His Majesty?"
Lady Park Molan shrugged, "He had a bad luck, he's dead."
"What?!" Empress Park exclaimed.
"Yes, He's dead so let's get moving, a newly established empire needs an Empress, once you get back your position, I ask Big Sister to grant my marriage to Minister Kim." Lady Park Molan grinned widely.
Empress Park absorbed the sudden news and a moment later, she smiled.
"Of course, I'll ask the second prince to leave Han Kana for me. I will torture her and let her pay for my sufferings."
Lady Park Molan agreed and they head to the Park Manor to prepare for the palace invasion.

PHOENIX PALACE
"Master, all the troops has been neutralized and deployed to the entire nook and cranny of the Capital, Jimin also said that he already found a way to contact the Former Emperor." Lady Sheen reported.
"Good, Call all the member of the Special Female Force, we will head to the Heavenly Hall. Call Xiao Mei here first." Kana reach a porcelain bottle and prepare a pill.
"Your Majesty," Xiao Mei kneeled at his feet.
"Take this," Kana offered her the pill.
"What is this, Your Majesty?"
What might His Majesty wanted? Does she found out that I am a mole amongst her people?
"It's the new medicine I refine, all of the members of Female Special Force already took their own pill, it's your turn." Kana nonchalantly explain.
Xiao Mei knows well how good in medicine she is thus she grab the pill and stuff it in her own mouth, but moments later, she felt that millions of ants are gnawing her bones and muscles.
Xiao Mei rolled on the floor in too much pain.
She look at Kana and pleaded, "Your Majesty, Does Xiao Mei has made a mistake? please enlighten me."
"The nerve of you asking such question? You really has guts!" Sheen slapped Xiao Mei.
Xiao Mei looked very pitiful as she glance at Kana with pleading eyes but Kana didn't pay any heed. Like he is looking at a dead person.
"Who is your master? To whom you are relying your reports?" Kana asked as he gripped the chin of Xiao Mei who's sprawled in the floor.
"This servant does not know what Her Majesty is talking about." Xiao Mei shook her head repeatedly, acting innocent.
"Don't make me repeat my question, the pill I fed you has an effect that it can accelerate the pain the moment you will not take the antidote at the given span of time." Kana reminded her.
Xiao Mei's eyes widened but she close her mouth tightly, unwilling to talk.
Kana didn't force her but Xiao Mei rolled on the floor again, feeling the pain in her nerves, muscles and bones intensified.
"Ahh! Just kill me! Kill me now!" She roared like a mad woman, she run to the nearest pillar to kill herself by smashing her own head to death but Sheen and Xiao Yue held her tight.
Kana stood up and gripped her chin,
"Who is your master?"
Xiao Mei cried in pain, her saliva, tears and snot mixed together.
"It was Concubine Bai who sent me from the start, she has been guiding me to get your trust since when I join the Special Female Force. She said that I will follow what ever Her Grace will tell me to do. Concubine Bai held my mother her captive and I don't know where did they hid her, Your Majesty please be benevolent! This servant doesn't have a choice!"Xiao Mei kowtowed repeatedly, her forehead hit on the floor near the feet of Kana.
Kana handed another bottle to Sheen,
"Let her take this antidote every time the effect of poison will emerge, Xiao Yue call someone from Dark Knights to investigate and look for Xiao Mei's mother."
After hearing this, Xiao Mei cried even more, he didn't expect Empress Regent Han to let her off.
Kana felt her grateful eyes.
"Don't rejoice, continue what you are supposed to do. Keep on reporting to the Imperial Concubine."
Sheen frowned when she heard it, "Why is that, Your Majesty?"
"I want Lili to think that she already won on this imaginary battle that she and Noble Consort Song orchestrated."
"I understand."
Kana nodded again, leaving Xiao Mei and the rest to head towards the Heavenly Hall.
Kana froze when he saw the second prince sitting in the dragon throne, a sarcastic smile flashed on his bloody red lips.
"Second Prince is really shameless."
