Seven Months Later

We finally reach the hospital and were ushered into the delivery room in minutes, I was pushing in no time, the doctor was pleased with how far along I was. Must be all the sex that we have been having.

I looked at Walt as he was obviously thinking the same way, making me let out a small laugh that lasted seconds. But it was not until three hours later, that I was giving up on my push.

The doctor told me to do one last push, I finally did and then I heard the most beautiful voice as the baby scream and announced his arrival.

My tears fall, I was tired and happy and at the same time, Walt was hugging me and kissing me while the nurses were cleaning the baby after the doctor was done checking his vitals.

"I love you Florence, thank you... thank you for giving me a chance..."

"I love you too Walter... we are doing this, we're having the dogs and the kids... and the ever after..."
