Chapter 138 The Chaos to Ensue II
Isabella didn't care about how bad the men treated her.
How they showed her and made smart remarks about her!
All she cared about was Sofia!
She didn't want any bad thing to happen to Sofia.
Guiseppe had been carried like a sack to the trunk of the car.
Another upsetting activity that irked Isabella!
However, she knew not to act irrationally as she could be easily maneuvered.
Isabella blamed herself at that moment, for following Luciano, for leaving the peace in Umbria, and for letting love lead her for once.
She was oblivious to the fact that the same fate awaited her regardless of her location.

With a shocked face, Andreas approached Luciano, slightly tapping on his shoulder.
"What's going on?!", Luciano asked.
They had to be with their client at such a time, especially as they had just signed. Multi Million Euro deal.
"We have to go somewhere else!?", Andreas said.
Somewhere private was suitable, as he was about to divulge really important information.
It would be simply disastrous if the wrong people heard.
"One minute!", Luciano said as he turned to the dignitaries he was having a word with.
"Come on!", Luciano said as he led him to a separate room.
"Something had happened back at the mansion!", Andreas started, piquing Luciano's interest.
"Which is!?", Luciano asked, not even coming close to the situation with his guesses.
"Madam Paula called!
She said Isabella and Sofia went to get ice cream some hours before and they've not returned!", Andreas spoke rather calmly, explaining the situation.
"Is this a repeat of Umbria?!", Luciano asked, recalling her most recent act up.
"She doesn't think so!
They didn't argue before she left!", Andreas answered.
"Have you called the jet?!", Luciano asked, feeling the need to get to the mansion.
However, the next statement made him actually start panicking.
"Yes!
Should be ready in about thirty minutes.
Don!
They've been gone for approximately nine hours!", Andreas said.
"Who was with them when they left!?!", Luciano asked.
"Just Giuseppe!", Andreas replied.
"Did he return without them or...!",
"He hasn't returned at all!!", Andreas answered yet again.
"What of the tracker on the van?!", Luciano's does, covering all bases.
He had installed a tracker on the vans because of how she had disappeared the last time.
"I already called Aldo!
He should be getting back to me in about ten, twenty minutes!", Andreas said, glancing at his wristwatch.
"Let's go!", Luciano said.
In no time, he bid the hosts, telling them of the emergency he had to tend to.
And off to the airport they went, where the Jet was parked and ready.
The silence in the car had quickly been overruled by tension.
One which was quickly disturbed by Andreas' phone ringing.
"It's Aldo!", Andreas said as he picked the call.
Aldo had a report on the tracker from the van!
"Alright!
Got it!", Andreas said as he processed all that Aldo had reported.
"What'd he say!", Luciano asked curiously.
"They might have been kidnapped!", Andreas said after hearing what Aldo had to say.
"Get to it!", Luciano said with so much composure you would think he wasn't worried.
When in fact, he was!
It was his silence that was more lethal.
"The last stop was a supermarket quite close to the estate!
The van hasn't moved since...!", Andreas drawled.
"Get someone to move the van!", Luciano cut in.
"Yes Don!", Andreas replied, deeming like he wanted to add something.
"Is there any other thing!?", Luciano inquired.
"Yes!
Matteo tapped into the cameras while Aldo worked.
Some masked men kidnapped them!", Andreas reported.
Luciano's fury had definitely been provoked.
~~
"Are they going to be alright?" Madam Paula's voice trembled with worry as she stepped in front of Andreas, who was heading towards the bunker.
The mansion grounds were a flurry of activity as several vehicles were strategically positioned, and the men made final preparations for the imminent conflict.
"I cannot provide a definite answer to that, but we are doing everything we can to ensure their safe return," Andreas reassured her.
"Oh God! Is this my fault?" Madam Paula's distressed thoughts spilled out loud as she grappled with the overwhelming news.
The recent shocking revelation had left her in a state of profound disbelief and distress
Isabella and Sophia had been kidnapped.
"It isn't Madam Paula. We just weren't expecting a threat right outside of the mansion," Andreas replied, trying to calm the shaken woman down.
"Is the Don going to sack me?" Madam Paula asked as tears dropped from her eyes.
She knew just how much Luciano loved his little girl.
"Madam Paula you need to calm down!", Mia urged as she tried to help her from falling to the floor.
"No Madam Paula! You should get some rest! We're working on bringing them back.", Andreas answered as he brought Madam Paula to one of the chairs in the kitchen.
"I shouldn't have allowed them to leave without confirmation from you or The Don.", Madam Paula said, bringing her palms to her forehead.
"It's okay Madam Paula! I have to go now! The Don asked me to get something for him!", Andreas said.
Looking at Mia who stood silently beside Madam Paula, Andreas requested;
"Please give her a glass of water and make sure she gets some rest!"
"Okay!", Mia answered as she quickly went back to the kitchen to grab a glass of water.
The tension looming in the mansion was no joke.
"I have to go now!", Andreas said, patting Madam Paula's back before he headed to the basement.
Andreas climbed down the ladder, impressed by how fast the bunker had turned into a neat research center.
"Our aerial view still hasn't found an access point yet!", Andreas reported to Luciano, whose attention was drawn by the tech guys.
Compared to the suits he was always dappered in, Luciano looked very unorganized as his tie hung loosely on his neck.
The Mafia Don would have never expected to hear his lover and child had been kidnapped while he had left to sign a multi million Euro deal.
The situation quickly made him realize she meant more to him than he knew.
However, it didn't make sense...
Why would she be kidnapped if she was the traitor?
