Chapter 73: Wisdom
" I sensed death, tears, and chaos", she said panicking.
" don't panic, it's just a dream", he said and pulled her closer. She felt a little bit relaxed in his arms but that wasn't enough to put her mind at rest. He slept with her overnight, she wasn't clutching his shirt tight as she slept, looking like a scared baby. He kept on patting her, making her feel protected till he also fell asleep alongside her.

(Akarsto kingdom)
The king sat dejectedly opposite the wise angel, the feeling of guilt overwhelmed him that he couldn't look at the wise angel himself.
" How many angels have I wronged? how many angels have I turned deaf ears to their pleads, her look that afternoon kept tormenting me, she cried, she pleaded, but I didn't listen. There's now clear evidence that Prince Allan was murdered, same as Princess Tania, they were both murdered under my nose and instead of looking deeply at it, I made a big mistake by killing my daughter",
" I thought the grim Reaper said she's still alive",
" yes she told me and I'm very glad about that but I'm too guilty to be happy",
" I understand you, your majesty, but you can always seek forgiveness from the divinity and your daughter, and one way to do that is to bring justice to the beloved ones and save the kingdom",
" Yeah I know that, but I don't want to make the same mistake twice, I don't want to involve the queen, I lost one of my queens in a war I don't want to lose the other".
The wise angel smiled and looked up at the king, " Are you sure Your Majesty, that, that's your reason?",
" What did you mean wisdom",
" Right now you are on the verge whereby you don't trust anybody, did you not trust the queen".
The king sighed deeply, " To be sincere Wisdom, I'm not sure",
" I know",
" Am I making another mistake?",
" No Your Majesty, it's only normal, you can't trust anybody right now cause one thing is for sure, whoever killed Prince Allan and Princess Tania is no doubt in the palace, but who could it be?",
" That's exactly what I thought, it's going to be someone close. What did you suggest I do right now?",
" First of all Your Majesty, we need to tighten the security between the two kingdoms, there have been some interactions going on at the border",
" I'll do that immediately",
" And after that, we need to know who is who",
" How were they able to disguise themselves so well, if Amelia is innocent, who manipulated her mirror, and how?",
" The answer starts right before she was brought to the palace, where was she taken to",
" The dungeon" " the king said, " I need to summon those who arrested her, and I need to find out what happened to her while she was there, but how would I know that when she's not here",
" Nobody is innocent until they are proven to be, and after her, was anybody imprisoned?",

The wise angel smiled and said, " That just makes it easier".
Nora and Chief Luke finally succeeded in sneaking out and into the dark kingdom, they had an agreement to meet with Rafal that day but they'd been waiting for him for some time now but no sign of him.
" What did you think is delaying him?",
" I'm not sure, Your Highness, I suggest we wait a little bit more for him",
" okay", she agreed but after waiting for some time but still no sign of him anywhere, Nora grew impatient and said,
" How about I just changed into my real form and proceed to the palace to see if he's there",
" No, Your Highness, we can't do that",
" why",
" ...", Chief Luke was about to say something when they heard some steps approaching, it was a weak and unsteady approach and when the being came into view, Luke recognized him immediately but was shocked at the state he met him. It was the king's messenger, his Shadow whom he had sent on an errand but ended up knocked off by Rafal.
" Gregor?",
" Luke?", he called out and sighed in relief but soon turned to frown when he saw Nora. Luke understood the gaze and quickly said,
" Don't get pissed yet cause she's just in disguise as I am",
" but she's also dressed like a princess",
" that's because she is",
" Interesting!", he said looking amazed,
" but what's wrong, why are you looking like a zombie?",
" That's because Prince Rafal nearly made me one",
" why?",
" I honestly don't know Luke, he's just overwhelmingly interested in knowing about something",
" About what?",
" The king ordered me to enquire about the princess that got deserted and he just seems too interested in it",
" If I'm not mistaken, you made an inquiry about Amelia?",
" yes",
" Why would Rafal be interested in her?",
" there's one thing I learned before I passed out, and that is, he was talking about going to the human world and making her his bride",
" that's ridiculous", Nora laughed, " that's not even possible",
" Never underestimate Rafal, he's dangerous and daring",
" Ummm maybe Gregor is right, I think Rafal invaded the Grim Reapers World",
" What?!", Gregor and Nora exclaimed,
" How did you know that?", Nora asked,
"We have a very strong backup back at home you know", Luke said but Nora was only confused and curious but now was not the time to think deeply, she was too furious, to think her man invaded a grim Reaper World for another angel, the thought alone is making her go crazy.
" I'm sure Lucifer is aware, why is he not stopping him, what is he not doing anything?", she asked angrily,
" if anything, Lucifer is up on his throne, sipping his dark drinks and laughing cause he loves shows",
" he loves shows?",
" yes, he is aware but the only thing that can make him interfere is if a hair on his son gets dropped which is not possible, cause Rafal can be more brutal and cruel than Lucifer, and cunning".
What he said pissed Nora off, she screamed out in anger and broke the pot they had brought for him. She was panting and grunting but then she remembered, if Rafal invaded the Grim Reapers World, for sure, Lora must know something probably she could get some word from her, any word to tell her that Rafal's plan wasn't successful and that he's still in the grim reapers world.
