Study the Condition
Since they noticed the existenve of the president, Zen firstly shook the hand with the country's leader. Then, the action was followed by the other nemostellars. Some of them wondered how Zen could adapt so fast with the tradition held by humans on earth.
Zen being able to read their minds directly whispered to Storm, "When we are on the way to here, I spend some time to read the encyclopedia about earth and the humans' tradition, including the attitude. It will affect our reputation as the nemostellars."
Storm just nodded and replied, "Maybe, you can teach us once, when we have finished with the daily activities, can't you? Tonight?"
"Let's see if the time let us acknowledge about it." Zen responded with a little smile stroke on his full lips.
From there on, the president spoke once again to gather the nemostellars' attention. "All right. Before explaining the condition of the country, I would like to show the safety system working and applying around. If you have any questions, you may ask." He uttered as he stared at the nemostellars in turns and smiled lightly.
At the same time, Alaryc threw a joke through a whisper to Sirius, "Is he a president or a teacher? he reminds me of our homeschooling teacher in the castle."
Sirius then giggled a little bit. He replied, "Mr. Sagan, you mean? He is a very good teacher although he is too flexible sometimes."
Alaryc glanced a while at him and responded, "But, this president looks odd in his appearance, doesn't he?"
"What do you mean, Al?" Sirius frowned as he looked at the president carefully. He observed the odd appearance meant by Alaryc.
"Look at his right hand." Cassian unintentionally heard his siblings' conversation.
Then, both Alaryc and Sirius locked their eyes to the president's right hand. Through the white and hairy skin of the hand, there was some thick liquid appearing. Its texture was as sticky as the glue. In a second, there was a few tiny holes arose on the skin.
"What a disgusting skin it is!" Sirius whispered with the uncomfortable facial expression.
"I guess it is the skin of a reptile. It looks moist and wet at the same time." Alaryc concluded.
Without being noticed by them, the conversation was overheard by Calvin, the president. "Guys, after this, we will meet the leader of the safety council, so I need your cooperation and attention to listen to his explanation about our country's condition," added him cautiously.
Hereafter, those three nemostellars held their tongues. They were just smiling since they were caught red-handedly talking about Calvin. At the same moment, Calvin walked after them and led in front to the giant-size elevator where they could go to the next entire floors.
"TING!" The elevator doors were opened once Calvin pressed the button with upside down arrow symbol.
Calvin then gave the signal to the nemostellars to enter the elevator first. The nemostellars obeyed his signal directly since they wanted to save the time. Most of them already predicted that the explanation from the safety council leader would take some amount of time.

"Welcome to the safety council, everyone. My name is Jason. It is an honor to meet you, especially the president and the unknown warriors." Jason welcomed Calvin and the nemostellars in friendly way. He tried to be nice although he disliked Calvin bacause he actually knew the real identity of the president.
Calvin responded with a light smile, "Well, thank you for the warm welcome, Jason. My new friends here would like to know more about the country and earth condition so far. Maybe, you can start to explain to them briefly."
"All right." Jason replied shortly. He directly turned on his giant tab.
From the flat devices, it appeared the two holograms of earth and New York City. Through those simulating sketch, it was really obvious that the earth entire condition along with the country was in danger. It was no longer safe like it used to be in the previous hundred years. Even, some air crafts were flying on the top of New York City sky.
"Our earth may look normal from the top and outer space. However, it actually faces the huge troubles. As you all can see here, these air crafts are operated by aliens and monster-like creatures." Jason opened the explanation with serious facial expression.
Furthermore, he added, "Besides that, there were disasters that are coming around. It is really unpredictable."
At the same moment, the holograms of the earth cracked at the some parts. It followed by the sun that came closer to the earth. "The ozone layers of the earth become so thin until the heat of the sunlight really burn the skins," continued Jason vividly.
"Excuse me, May I interrupt?" Zen raised his hand and asked for the permission to add some statements.
"Yes, what do you want to say?" Jason responded with his curious stare towards Zen.
"Is the country recently seeing some kinds of monsters?" Zen asked.
"Yeah, sometimes, we meet them. Even, we have some difficulties to handle it. As the temporary solution, we just tame the monsters using the cerum developed by our safety express team." Jason explained with the worried glance. He was afraid if there would be another giant monster came around.
Hereafter, Jason continued his further explanation. Once he finished, he also discussed the solution with the nemostellars. Moreover, the nemostellars also signed the cooperative agreement letter.
When the time was around 12.30PM, the nemostellars were stepping out from the safety building. They wanted to find cafe or restaurant to have something to eat. Nevertheless, in the middle of their way, the brightening sky suddenly changed into dark. The clouds also gathered together.
"What will happen again? it is still afternoon actually." Cassian wondered.
"We must be more cautious. I'm afraid these are not ghe good signs." Zen reminded his partners as he stared at the clouds that started to form like giant-human-body-shape.
"It is the monster-like cotton candy, isn't it?" Storm made sure if he was correct.
"Another guest to greet on." Blaze was ready with his furious punched that was covered by flame and fire.
