Chapter 232 You Help Me Undress
Seraphine immediately broke into a smile through her tears when she heard Hayden's promise. "You really mean it?"
She wasn't exactly stunning in appearance, but she really knew how to dress herself up. Her makeup skills were top-notch, and she always knew how to make the most of her best features.
At this moment, her eyes were slightly red, but underneath there was undisguised joy and adoration.
No man could resist such a look, and Hayden was no exception.
If they weren't still outside, he would definitely hold Seraphine and get intimate with her like he always did.
He cleared his throat and nodded. "Of course it's true. When have I ever lied to you?"
Seraphine was so excited she could barely speak through her tears. Where no one could see, she quietly reached out her hand and tightly grasped Hayden's.
Hayden noticed her movement and turned his head to look, meeting a pair of alluring and charming eyes. His heart immediately burned with passion.
This was exactly why he had been unable to forget Seraphine all these years.

Isabella's eyes were red and swollen, lifeless, filled with despair.
When she saw Hayden and Seraphine, her eyes immediately lit up. "Mom, Dad, you're finally here. Please get me out of here quickly. I don't want to stay in this place for another second."
Seraphine saw her daughter looking so miserable and tightly gripped Isabella's hand, tears streaming down her face.
"Isabella, you've suffered so much."
"Mom, I'm so glad you came to see me. Mom, I've missed you so much. If you had been by my side, I definitely wouldn't have suffered all this..."
Isabella hung her head, quietly wiping the tears from the corners of her eyes.
Seeing her looking so miserable and wronged, both Seraphine and Hayden felt uncomfortable.
Hayden steadied himself and asked, "Isabella, are those videos circulating online real? Did you really stab Benjamin?"
Isabella's eyes flickered, and she nervously pressed her lips together.
It was basically an admission.
Hayden suddenly stood up, his eyes full of anger. "Do you know how powerful Benjamin is? Now that you've offended him, our entire Brown family is going to suffer."
"Dad, I know I was wrong. I didn't mean to hurt him, but who told him to jump out to protect Sophia!"
A flash of vicious hatred crossed Isabella's eyes.
Hayden hadn't expected that Benjamin would actually take the knife for Sophia.
Originally, he had only seen Sophia as a tool to exchange for business benefits.
He never imagined that by some twist of fate, she would gain Benjamin's attention and favor.
"Isabella, just stay here for a few days. I'll figure something out."
With that, Hayden left with an unpleasant expression on his face.
Seraphine reluctantly held Isabella's hand and whispered, "Isabella, don't worry. Since your dad promised to get you out, he'll definitely do it."
"But I don't want to stay in this place for even one more second."
"Isabella, be good. Mom has to go now, but I'll come see you again in a few days." Seraphine glanced at Hayden walking away in the distance, immediately let go of Isabella's hand and hurried after him.
As soon as they got home, Sophia pulled Benjamin upstairs and into the bedroom.
"Take off your clothes," Sophia said.
Benjamin froze for a moment, then suddenly showed a meaningful smile.
"In broad daylight? Isn't that a bit much?"
Sophia looked up in confusion, and meeting Benjamin's teasing eyes, she immediately understood what he was thinking.
She laughed in exasperation, pulled Benjamin to sit on the sofa, then took out the medicine kit.
"What are you thinking? The medicine I applied earlier was just for pain relief. Now I need to apply it again."
The ointment Sophia had developed had excellent effects on wound healing.
Benjamin's injury wasn't too serious. If she applied her newly developed healing medicine directly, the wound probably wouldn't look that bad during the injury examination.
Earlier in the car, the medicine she had applied to Benjamin was to stop bleeding and relieve pain.
Benjamin sat up straight on the sofa and slowly spread his arms toward Sophia. "Mrs. White, help me take off my clothes."
"Don't you have hands?" Sophia glanced at him.
Benjamin laughed boldly, still holding his arms open. "I'm injured. Mrs. White, I can't move my hands."
Sophia helplessly rubbed her forehead, put down the ointment in her hand, and slowly leaned forward. Her fair, slender fingers gently touched the buttons of his shirt.
The white shirt wrapped around his perfect figure, giving off a somewhat restrained air.
Sophia's hand landed right on his first button, and her fingertips could easily touch his Adam's apple.
Benjamin could clearly feel her cool fingertips lightly brushing across his skin.
All of Sophia's movements seemed to slow down in Benjamin's eyes.
He looked up at Sophia, his deep eyes brimming with amusement.
When applying the medicine, Sophia looked at the wound on Benjamin's back, and her eyes immediately turned red.
Her fingers trembled. She wanted to touch his wound but didn't dare. Finally, she reached out and hugged him tightly from behind, pressing her cheek against his back.
"You can never be this foolish again."
Benjamin's body stiffened for a moment, then he chuckled softly. "I'm your husband. This is what I should do."
So how could I possibly just stand by and watch a knife go into your body?
He slowly turned around, his rough fingertips gently wiping away the tears at the corners of her eyes.
"Be good, don't cry anymore. It breaks my heart."
Benjamin's voice was low and gentle, which made Sophia feel even worse.
She couldn't help but feel guilty.
While applying medicine to Benjamin, looking at that bloody wound, she slowly leaned closer.
Benjamin had his back to Sophia when suddenly he felt a soft, warm sensation on his back.
His pupils contracted, and his spine suddenly stiffened.
He turned around, only to meet Sophia's clean, clear eyes.
She tilted her head, blinking, her eyelashes trembling lightly, looking innocent and naive.
"What's wrong?"
"What did you just do?" Benjamin's gaze fell on Sophia's rosy lips.
Because they had taken on some color from the blood, her lips looked even more red.
But she herself was completely unaware, still acting as if nothing had happened.
How could Sophia be so adorable?
Benjamin chuckled softly, clasped both her hands, raised them above her head, leaned down directly, and kissed those soft lips.
Sophia hadn't expected Benjamin to suddenly kiss her.
She wanted to push him away and remind him to be careful of his wound, or it would split open.
But Benjamin didn't give her any chance to speak, holding her and kissing her.
