Chapter 73 Chapter 73

Chapter 73 Chapter 73
Vamica’s POV

Knight’s eyes peered down at me before he dropped his head down to mine, his lips claiming mine as he pushed his cock into me with one sharp thrust.

I gasped out, my fingers biting into his shoulders at the way he stretched me open, my mind emptying blissfully.

He swallowed my gasp into his mouth, his hands pushing my legs against my thighs. I let out a loud moan, the tip of his cock hitting my G spot.

I felt my orgasm tingling through me, the feeling mounting as he hit my G spot over and over again. “Oh God” I let out as my pussy fluttered around his length.

“God isn’t here bunny, just me” He gritted out, just as my orgasm exploded through me. My eyes rolled to the back of my head, my body shuddering as I reached the climax of my orgasm.

He roared out his release, his teeth nipping at a patch of skin on my neck. I panted out, my heart thudding lightly against my chest.

Knight fell into the bed, his hands drawing me into his body. My eyes fluttered shut before I flickered them open once more.

I wasn't going to sleep yet. I had to look through the flash today and return it to his desk by tomorrow. “What else happened apart from your grandma collapsing?” He asked, his breath warm against my moist skin.

I swallowed, goosebumps breaking out on my skin as I remembered the woman who had stopped me as I entered into the hospital.

Her words had been forebrooding, my insides quivering in dread. A nurse had come to drag the woman into her room.

Apparently, she was a dementia patient. It had not eased my mind completely, her words still ringing in my head.

Which was the reason I need Knight to distract me. “Nothing happened” I replied to him, my body shifting closer into him.

After a while, his hands loosened around him. He had fallen asleep, I tried to peel his hands off me.

His hands tightened around me even more, his warm body pressing against mine. This wasn't going according to plan.

The more I struggled to get free, the more his hands tightened around me. I would wait it out then.

I didn't know when I fell asleep, the next thing I knew it was almost day break. I sat up in bed, my body had shifted away from Knight while I had been asleep.

I slipped out of bed, trying to make as little noise as possible. Wolves had enhanced hearing, that should also apply to Knight too.

I stepped into the bathroom with my laptop and the flash drive. I switched on my laptop, slipping my glasses on.

I clicked on the file, opening it once more. A trembling hand covered my mouth as I read the content of the file. I copied it into my laptop, tears blurring my vision.

I closed my laptop, wiping at my cheeks. I stepped out of the bathroom, searching for my clothes.

I shuffled them in, packing my stuffs. I wore my shoes, stepping out of the room. I sniffled, my eyes getting even more blurry as I took the steps.

Someone stepped out of the underneath of the stairs as I got to the end of the staircase.

It was Serena. What was she doing here? “It is because of you he is treating me this way” she whispered harshly, her eyes narrowing at me.

“I am not in the mood for your antics this morning, move” I gritted out, wiping at my cheeks furiously.

“Of course you aren't, you found out the truth didn't you?” She questioned, an indifferent look on her face.

Could that mean she already knew about it? How was that possible? Unless…everyone of them were in on it.

“How did you know about it?” I asked, stepping closer to her, my eyes narrowed at her with anger.

Her eyes flashed with fear before she pushed me slightly with a shove, her strength pushing me a few steps away from her.

Relief swarm in her eyes before something else covered it. Something that looked like cruel amusement.

“I wasn't married to Lucas when I discovered that file. I tried to tell you when I saw you with him but he was too protective of you” she gritted out.

“He knows too, just in case you were wondering, he covered it up initial, hence why you were unable to find out on time.” She added, picking her cuticle.

“But now you have found the first hint, he knows sooner or later you would discover the entire truth that is why you are able to find this remaining piece” she continued, her eyes gleaming with triumph.

My mind ran through what she had just said. What if she was right and Knight had known all along like I suspected?

“Why should I believe you?” I questioned, my eyes looking at her skeptically. She scoffed, her hands crossing against her ample chest.

“You already know why, I was here before you after all. You aren't curious to why Alpha Magnus wanted to see your face?” She questioned.

Alpha Magnus? Would that be the chairman? It was. How did she know about that? She must have seen the questioning look in my eyes as she answered my question.

“Most of the workers in the firm are werewolves, gossip spreads around fast here” she answered my unasked question, her smile on her face.

My head felt swollen with too much information, from me discovering the chairman had killed my parents to Knight knowing all along.

I wanted out of his house. I sidestepped Serena, tears pool in my eyes once more. “If I were you, I would run fast and far. The chairman already has wolves on you but it is not too late to run” she said as I moved to leave the mansion.

I didn't reply, stepping out of the mansion. I didn't want to see any of them for the foreseeable future.
