I sighed and held my head in my hand briefly.

She stamped her feet, and stormed away.
Smacking my lips, I hissed at her.

I called out to her, but she had ignored.
“ Kayla I'm talking to you!”
She didn't look back, as she walked in high strides out of the restaurant.
“ Jonathan, time is ticking tock!
I hissed as I turned to face my mother.
“ Mother why?! Why did you do this? Do you have any idea how many months if took me to get this shot at her?! You did have to ruin it in this manner.”
She burst out laughing.
“ Oh that is so funny to hear actually.
You know I also wasn't present when you were having a good time with Miriam.
I bet you had a lot of fun.

My eyes widened in disbelief.

She interrupted immediately.

I could not bear any bit of the conversation anymore, and I interrupted.
“ Hello Ma'am, I guess I failed to understand what it is you tried to say.

She nodded at my question, and I scofffed.

I smacked my lips in pain and I walked out of the restaurant.

She didn't flinch as she lay belly flat on the bed.

I kicked the stool beside the bed, and hissed myself out of the room.

I took a shower and headed to the balcony.

I hissed and attempted to walk out, but she held me by the arm, and drew me back.

Choose a date from next Monday to the 4th of July, that's in two months time.
None of my grandchildren will be born out of wedlock.”
I chuckled.
“ Wow so I am being coerced into a union? Because of your selfish standards?”
She immediately turned and snapped. “ Are you a dog who guess about impregnating females and birthing kids without accountability? I guess not.

Choose a date from now till morning. Lest I choose one for you, then you force yourself to love her.”
