POV: Raphael
I must confess, I was so pissed when she came into my office and demanded money from me like a whore. I thought she was different from all the other girls that won't stop throwing themselves at me. When she turned down my check, I thought she was different from all the gold diggers around me. But if she is here for my money too, then she is no different from the others, she's a gold digger like the rest of them.
I don't understand how she was able to fool me into thinking that she is a good girl. I guess it's because I stole her innocence and she didn't take a dime for compensation. Who would have thought that she would come back to get the money. The truth is that she is not just one of a kind, she's exceptional. I've been with many girls, but none like her. Sex with her was so amazing, she just succeeded in setting a standard that no girl can beat. I can't believe I'd dreamed about her several times after that night, no girl has ever made me feel this way, not even close. I'm such a fool to think that she is perfect, I'm so stupid to think that she could be different from other girls.
But now it is all over. It was just a stupid mistake, I should have controlled my feeling instead of fantasizing about her. But I'm over it now and I've corrected that mistake by sending her away with a strict warning. I'm sure she would never try to see me again, she would never play games with me ever again. So I thought, until a week later when Carl barged into my office, looking so furious,
"Boss, you need to see these pictures of you on the internet. It's gone viral and a lot of people are asking questions. Our investors do not want a scandal, we need to do something about it before people start believing the lies on the internet." He let out breathlessly as he came to stand next to me, showing me some pictures on his tablet.
"Shit!" I exclaimed in shock as I saw edited pictures of Victoria and I that suggests that I was having an affair with her. Some of the loved up pictures were edited of course, but they looked so real. There was a short clip of us in the hotel room the moment I walked in and saw her in my room. She was drunk and horny, and so was I. The video just showed us in the hotel room, starting at each other lustfully.
I was smart enough to notice the hidden cameras in the room, and I took it down before it recorded anything nasty that could be used against me. But it had recorded us in the room for some minutes and when it is put side by side with these loved up photos of us, it's enough to suggest that we are in a relationship. The caption of the post reads,
"The weird CEO has a secret lover. Who could she be?" it's like a prompt for bloggers to dig deeper and find out everything about her and why we chose to keep our relationship a secret. Some blogs already mentioned a secret between us, suggesting that I bullied and forced her to be with me. Others think I'm using this scandal as a business strategy and they are dragging the company for supporting me in bullying a poor innocent girl. They won't believe that I'm the victim here, they won't believe that a gold digger is just trying to get more money from me.
"That gold digging bitch!" I yelled in anger, banging my fists on the table.
"You think she did this?" Carl asked me, sounding doubtful.
"Of course, it's her!
It's got to be that two timing gold digger. Who else stands to gain more from this scandal?
She's going to gain popularity and fame from this, and probably more money from me.
Damn her!" I cursed in anger, banging my fist one more time on the table.
"This scandal has to go away, we need to come up with an explanation to our investors before our contract with the government is affected by this. How do you want to handle this?" be asks me, ready to swing into action the moment I give my orders. Before I could answer, my phone rand and distracted me from his question. My heart skipped a beat when I saw that the call was from my Gramps.
"Hello giggle boo," he spoke into the receiver, using his favorite nickname for me.
"Opa," I responded, sounding a bit guilty and disappointed about this scandal.
"You little rascal!
You have a lover and you kept her away from me for so long?
Why did you hide her from us, don't you know I want to see more giggling babies running around the villa?
Where is she, what is her background?
You must bring her for my blessing soon, I must meet her this weekend, no more hiding!" he told me jokingly, yet strictly. There was no way out of this, I would have to visit the villa this weekend with a girl that wants to blackmail me for more money. I received a message on my phone the moment he hung up on me. It says he'll be expecting to meet his daughter in law on Friday and he expects us to spend the weekend with him in his villa. I don't even have words to express my anger right now, I just put my hand on the table and leaned my head on my hands, willing myself to can down.
"How do you want me to handle this?" Carl asked again, his voice calm and determined.
"Find Victoria and bring her to me before I kill someone. Find her!" I ordered angrily. I will teach her a lesson, I would let her know the consequences of threatening him. She would never try to blackmail anyone else after I'm done with her.
