"I have come for beer and with news from Titan." I said drinking some of my beer.
"Well out with it, son what are we celebrating?" Tom asked.
"They had twin daughters, no names yet they were born yesterday after the dinner hour," I told them.
"Raven and pups are doing good?" He asked.
"Yes, they are doing good, Raven had a complicated birth, but they are all doing great." I told them.
"Then we celebrate tonight, they will be home soon?" He asked.
"Yes, they are staying for Alpha Calvin's mating ceremony then will be returning." I said.
"It is about time Calvin found his mate, who is she?" He asked.
"One of the girls we sent to train her abilities, Ella." I said.
"Our little Ella, she will make a fine Luna." Tom said. You will pass along our congratulations to Ella and Calvin for us?" He asked.
"I will," I told him drinking more of my beer. I stayed with them well past dinner I would have to beg forgiveness, but the night was to nice to go in yet. It had been a while since I sat and listened to the elder’s tales from long ago.
CALVIN'S POV
Ella and I sat waiting for everyone to arrive, I could tell she was super nervous. I held her hand letting my scent calm her.
"This is a beautiful night for such a wonderful occasion," my mother said coming over to us with Lilly. Titan and Raven were not far behind with Valen and Deisel. Ella's parents had not arrive yet.
"Yes, mother it will be perfect for Storms first run." I said. Celestia came running ahead of her parents.
"I'm so excited for you Ella, " Celestia said giving her a hug.
"Ella, where are your parents?" Mother asked.
"I don't know, they should have been here by now." Ella said embarrassed her parents were not there yet. They should have been the first to have been here.
"Here comes your mom Ella," Celestia said with excitement.
"I'm sorry to be late Ella, your father is not coming. If everyone is here we should begin." Maggie said. I was trying to stay calm why would her father not be here. He was supposed to give a special speech about Ella. I was enraged but pushed it down. Titan stepped forward.
"Ella, this is a special night for you, tonight you will have your first shift your right of passage from a pup to adult. Tonight we are here to witness this special event and run with you and your wolf for the first time. I'm honored as your Alpha to be present on this special occasion." Titan said. Then stood back. Raven came over to Ella with Titan guidance and kissed her cheek.
"You can do this Ella; you are strong and brave." Raven said then Titan took her back to where they were standing. I waited almost five minutes to see if Maggie was going to say anything. But she just stood there waiting for it to be done.
"Whenever you and Shadow are ready Ella, remember to listen to my voice to breath and not to fight it. I love you, beautiful." I said to her. She nodded her head and took a deep breath I could tell she was listening to shadow. Then came the scream I will forever have etched into my memory. Ella fell to the ground. I knelt beside her as I listened to her bones breaking and reforming I talked to her.
" Breath, my love, don't fight it. Your doing so well, It is almost over. I'm right here my love." I told her. I stood up, standing before me was the purist white wolf I had ever seen. I reach my hand out to her touching her snout as she began to rub her head against me. She stood over six foot tall. Everyone was in awes at her beauty. Her head snapped to her mother with a snarl. Then she turned her back to her. Titan had told Raven that Shadow was a pure white wolf. Raven shifted her wolf was the size of Shadow she came forward, and they laid their heads on each others neck. Something I had never seen before. Titan saw my face and said he would tell me later.
"Everyone shift lets run," I said. As we all shifted I noticed Maggie walk back to her cottage.
"Let it go," Shadow said to Ace. Then nipped at Ace heals before running off, Ace gave chase. Everyone followed. After an hour we were back at the spot we started. Pack members had left shorts and robes for us to dress in when for when we got back. I stood with Ella, watching her change back. I wrapped her in a red robe. As she laid her head on my chest and cried. I knew it was because of her mother. I was done with them. They dishonored their only child. In turn dishonoring me as Alpha.
"Would you like to stay in the pack house tonight my love?" I asked Ella. She nodded her head.
"Come everyone, we have some food and beverages to celebrate in the dinning room." I said. Titan brought Raven over to Ella.
"I have to get back to the pups come tomorrow to see them and have coffee with me when you wake up," Raven said. Titan told Valen and Deisel to go celebrate with Ella. Then he kissed Ella on the cheek and gave me a knowing look before taking Raven back to their cottage.
We all went inside; mother took Ella upstairs to dress with the other ladies. It was not long when they were back down. Everyone was telling Ella what a beautiful and special wolf she had. I stood back and let her have her time with everyone. Valen came over to talk with me.
"That woman should be shot and her father too how disrespectful to Ella." He said.
"I have to agree with you; I want have a word with Titan about them." I told him.
"What do you want to know, I can probably answer your questions." Valen said.
"Let me tell Ella, we are going for a walk I want to get her present and bring it up to the front of the pack house." I said. We walked over to Ella and waited for a break in her conversation with Lilly.
"Ella, Valen and I are going to go for a walk and get the present I have for you," I told her.
"You got me a present?" She asked.
"Of course I did, this is a very special occasion. We will not be long." I told her then kissed her on the forehead.
When we got outside the pack house we headed for the garage.
"Remind me to stay off the streets until she can drive." Valen laughed.
"How did Ella's parent come to the pack?" I asked him.
