"I will talk to you later Ella, see you soon Ella." Definitely creeper. I said.
"No he was being polite. Mom talked with other ladies in the pack today. He is always kind and Curtis to everyone." Celestia said.
I looked at the time I have to go home for dinner. Want to go for a walk tonight with me?" I asked.
"I will ask mom and let you know, if I can." She said as I went out the door. I wanted to go back to the beach and put my feet in the water.
When I got home mom asked me to set the table. I was glad not to be late I was hungry.
As we sat eating dinner mom asked me how my visit was with Celestia.
"It was ok?" I told her. She put down her fork and folded her napkin. When she did this I was in trouble for something.
"Did you and Celestia go anywhere other then her house?" Mom asked. How did she know did Celestia's mom call her.
"Alpha Calvin took Celestia and I to lunch. He does it with all the new kids to get to know us better." I told her not looking at her.
She picked up her napkin and fork. I sigh with relief.
"Alpha Calvin dropped a gift off for you this afternoon." She said looking at me to see my reaction.
"That is strange," I said to her. Taking another bite of my food.
"You don't seem very interested in it." She said. Still looking at me.
"I don't have a clue why he would, we talked about school and the rules and my attitude. As well as Celestia's stuff. He got called away but walked us back to Celestia's house first. Then her and I spent time in her room talking about all our restrictions." I told her.
"I put it up in your room for you. I will come up when you open it. You better be on your best behavior around the Alpha " mom said.
Ok that was enough of her singing his praises.
"Mom it feels like he is a creeper." I said.
"Ella, that is rude, did he do something to make you think that?" She asked angrily.
"No, mother, he did not. He if anything overly nice to everyone." I said.
"Because that is who he is, this pack is different you will see."
After dinner I did the dishes then told mom I was going to my room before I went for a walk. She came upstairs with me. Sitting on my bed was a box wrapped in pink heart paper. The tag just said. ELLA.
I opened the paper carefully I did not want to rip it. Then I opened the box. Pulling out the wooden box inside it was a music box. I lifted the lid and it played. Save a dance for me.
"That is beautiful Ella. I have a feeling you have caught our new Alpha's eye." She said.
"Yah, creeper mom." I said.
She smiled and left my room. I loved the music box it was so beautiful the hand carving on it were exquisite. I would have to thank him. Leave it to my mom my phone rang ten minutes after she went downstairs.
"Hi Celestia, can you go with me.?" I asked "Yah., and I want to hear about this music box you got from Alpha." She said.
"I'm on my way over, we are going to the beach." I told her. I hope there was no more gifts.
CALVIN'S POV
It was Wednesday morning the new students would be starting classes today. I stood as they all entered Building D. Wishing each of them a good day and handing them special sack lunches. Celestia and Ella were at the end of the line. I wished them both a good day and passed them their sack lunches Ella looked at me.
"I don't need your gifts thank you," she said. Then refused to take her lunch. I passed it to Celestia who nodded to me with a knowing smile. The door closed and I went to meet Eric at the coffee shop to have breakfast.
"Brother, why are you always smiling around that girl Ella?" He asked the he answered his own question.
"She is your mate?" He said a little to loud people looked in our direction.
"Can you keep it down; she is only in her sixteenth year and does not have her wolf yet. I can't act on anything until she is in her eighteenth year." I told him.
"How do you know for sure then brother?" Eric asked.
"That night we came home drunk, and I went to where her family was just unpacking their car. I don't remember what she said to me, but I grabbed her arm. My whole life changed. She felt it too. But I'm sure she has no idea what it is. Just the sound of her name makes me smile." I told him.
"You can not play favorites, Calvin. You have to treat her the same as all the others." Eric reminded me.
"Yes, I know, you keep this to your self don't be telling Cloie about this. She is one of the biggest gossipers going." I told him.
"That is my future wife your talking about," Eric said.
"She is not your true mate, why are you in such a rush, that you can not wait?" I asked him.
"One of us needs to produce an heir Calvin. Titan already had a son." Eric said. I laughed.
"Eric you can't compete with Titan he is the True Alpha of all this no matter what his father and grandfather did. We are Alpha and Beta in name only. I will not stand behind you if you try to overthrow Titan. So don't even think about it. He has given us a good life here." I said to Eric.
"I'm tired of this, if you will not take Alpha then I just may have to. He married and mated an imperfect Fire Sky child." Eric said.
"What blackness is growing in you my brother. You better be on best behavior when they come for the summer. I'm warning you now." I told him getting up and left the coffee shop. I needed to have a conversation with mother. We had to put Eric in his place. We had come to far worked to hard. As I walked to the pack house I got a link from Carrie.
"Alpha Calvin, just informing you that Ella was just put into meditation."
"It is not even eight am." I replied.
"I know Alpha she was given three warnings " Carrie said and closed the link. I smiled
I was going to have fun taming my beautiful mate. I went up to my office and called Titan.
"Hello Calvin hang on let me put you on speaker Raven is here with me." Titan said.
"Luna Raven, the pleasure is all mine." I said.
"Just Raven please. Alpha Calvin." She said.
