Bonus – The Billionaire’s Friends – Tiff and Samuel – Ten
Samuel’s POV
Tiff isn’t answering my calls, and she’s not responding to my texts. What the fuck did I do wrong? I don’t understand. The other night was basically the best night of my life. I know that it was hers, too, but here I am about to arrive at Carrington’s mansion for the rehearsal and dinner with no word from her. Perhaps I can speak with her alone when I get there.
I pull up to the front of the mansion, and Carrington has valet parking. Of course, he does — nothing but the best for Carrington. I walk in the front door and walk into organized chaos. There have to be 20 people working on decorating for the big day tomorrow. I catch my pretty little Red over with Morgan. She doesn’t look up at me at all. I wanted to run over to her, take her in my arms, and steal every one of her breaths with my kisses. I will bide my time, though.
“Samuel!” Carrington exclaimed. “Great, everyone is here, now we just need the bride and groom. Come have a drink.”
“Am I late?” I asked, puzzled.
“No, not at all, Samuel,” Carrington chuckled, handing me a crystal glass of scotch. “Everyone was just majorly early.”
About five minutes later, the happy couple arrived, and we ran through the ceremony before heading to the dining room.
I hung back, hoping to catch Tiff, but she and Amelie had disappeared into the bathroom.
Supper is completely uncomfortable. Nathan’s mother keeps touching me and flirting with me.
Then something unexpected happened.
“Samuel,” Tiff spoke. “I understand you’ve been dealing with the Western expansion of Michaels Investment Group. How is it going?”
Amelie and Nathan looked at me.
I grinned, “Yes, it has been challenging, but very rewarding. You’re starting in the marketing department in a week, right?”
“Yes, I am,” Tiff said, smiling — God, that smile.
“I hope we get to work together on some projects,” I smirked.
I saw Tiff blush.
After dinner, I was hoping that I would catch Tiff in the movie room, but she wasn’t there. Amelie said she was going to bed early. I excused myself and went home, replaying every single minute of my interaction with Tiff since I had met her to figure out what I had done wrong.
I park my car and walk over to my place, opening the door. As soon as I’m inside, I get a text message.
Tiff: Hey.
Samuel: Hey, Red.
Tiff: Do you really want to do all the stuff on the contract to me?
Samuel: What are you talking about?
Tiff: Your, sick, perverted, twenty-page contract.
Then it hits me. I ran upstairs to the Dungeon and noticed the contract was missing from the desk.
Samuel: Red, that contract is not the kind of thing I do to all people; it’s a list of all the different things people want or choose for me to do to them. You circle things you want.
Tiff: Oh.
Samuel: Do you really think I would do all that stuff to you?
Tiff: I hoped not.
Samuel: My pretty little Red. I am at your command. I don’t know what spell you have cast on me, but I’m willing to live in vanilla land with you if that’s what it takes to have you.
Tiff: You’d give up all of it for me?
Samuel: Yes
Tiff: I wouldn’t make you. There are a few things on the list that I’d actually like to try.
Samuel: Oh, really?
Tiff: Yes, a bunch.
Holy shit! She does? I can’t believe what I’m hearing.
Tiff: Samuel?
Samuel: Sorry, Red. Someone was at the door.
Tiff: Can I just circle stuff on this paper?
Samuel: Yes, Red, but make sure you write next to each thing you circle if it’s a yes or a maybe.
Tiff: Ok, I’m going to bed now.
Samuel: Sweet dreams, my pretty little one.
Tiff: You too, Samuel
I walked into my room and stripped off my clothes. I still can’t believe Tiff wants to try some BDSM things. The thought goes straight to my dick. I’m going to need a cold shower to calm down or a regular one to take care of business. Either way, my next stop is the bathroom. I grinned as I walked that way.
Tiff’s POV
The next day, there is a flurry of activity. Amelie and Nathan’s wedding is the event of the year and is so incredibly beautiful. The ceremony and cocktail parties were absolute perfection. The reception is an over-the-top, stunning event with luxury and opulence at every turn. The ice theme makes the entire ballroom sparkle and shimmer with an aloof air of sophistication.
I’m walking back to the table after getting a drink from the bar when I see Vivian accosting Samuel. Does that woman not know when to give up?
Samuel is way too nice entertaining her. I walk up to them and shimmy up to Samuel.
“Darling, there you are,” I said, hugging him from the side and kissing his cheek.
“Who are you?” Vivian sneered.
“I’m Samuel’s girlfriend,” I advised.
“Oh, Samuel, you have a girlfriend?” Vivian asked, puzzled.
“Yes, Vivian, this is Tiffany,” Samuel revealed.
Vivian huffed and then turned, walking away.
“My beautiful savior,” Samuel grinned at me.
“You’re welcome,” I giggled.
“Well, since you’re my girlfriend, as you so poignantly announced,” Samuel smirked. “Shall we dance?”
“I would like that very much, boyfriend,” I snickered.
Samuel led me to the dance floor and spun me into his arms.
“That was very smooth,” I stated. “Are you always so… perfect?”
“Only with you, because you make me want to be a better man,” Samuel advised.
“Oh, Samuel,” I sighed and leaned into his chest, resting my head.
“I want you to come with me to California the first week of January, if you don’t have any classes,” Samuel stated.
“I would love to come, but I have work with Michaels Investment Group,” I responded.
“Don’t worry. I’ll get Nathan to assign you to my team,” Samuel informed me.
“Do you think he will?” I asked.
“Of course, he’s a sucker for a good love story, now that he has Amelie,” Samuel grinned.
“Love story?” I questioned.
“Yes, the one we’ll tell our kids about,” Samuel replied.
