The Alpha and the Exile

Spin off to The Alpha and the Mistake, I'll do my best to make this a stand alone book so it won't be necessary for you to have read the other book. At eighteen and recently graduated from high school, Alice was ready to have some fun. Just two days before her epic road trip, tragedy struck. In a cruel, heartless twist of fate, her family was ruthlessly murdered, leaving her as Luna of Willow Pond Pack. A position she never trained for or never wanted. Untrained and unmated, no one believed Alice is capable, except her father's beta, of being Luna. With no time to mourn, she's struggled to secure her position and protect the pack from constant threats from rogues and ambitious alphas. Six months have passed, and the situation is as dire as it was the day her family was murdered. When Alice discovers her mate among some captured rogues, at first she thinks the goddess has finally given her a break, until she realizes he's none other than Michael Howe. Son of Alpha Ryan, and he's the known tormentor of the future Luna of Blue Crescent pack. Can Alice reform this violent, abusive man into a strong Alpha, who'll help her save her position and pack, or is he just the last piece to guarantee her downfall?
