The abandoned wife

After ten years of building a gang with William Reid, we finally established our foothold in City A.

He fell for a girl who looks just like me.

She’s innocent and timid, can't even use a gun, unlike me—I’m all about fighting and killing.

They attended various events together, and even when they messed up a deal, William couldn’t bear to blame her.

I turned a blind eye, comforting myself that he was just caught up in a whim.

But when we were both kidnapped, he didn’t hesitate to abandon me.

“Kill Amber Willis, and I’ll take Erin with me.”

Gunshots rang out, and I bled out on the spot.

Later, when William found out I was still alive, he went crazy and took me away.

He held a gun to himself:

“Amber, is one bullet enough for you?”
