Luca caressed the side of my neck and deepened our kiss. Even though my mind was protesting, I couldn't move to push him away. I was just hugging the back of his neck, then slightly pulling his hair while kissing him back with equal fervor. I didn't remember how we ended up on my bed... he was on top of me, kissing me passionately, with both gentleness and hunger.

"L-Luca... we should s-stop, uhm..." I moaned when he gently bit my lower lip.

"Try harder, baby... Come on, push me," he muttered in a husky voice and caressed my thigh.

"Luca... S-Stop now," I mumbled in between our kisses.

Luca lightly kissed my lips and cheek before pulling his face away from mine. He stared at me and smiled. "I’ll stop now," he whispered, then stroked my cheek.

I just swallowed while staring at him. To be honest, I was a little scared. He might lose control and not listen to my struggles... though I admit, I liked his kiss and his touch, but I didn't expect him to stop. He listened even though it was obvious from his face that he wanted to kiss me more.

Luca stared at me. I just bit my lower lip while trying to catch my breath. I bet I look like a drunk woman asking to be kissed. I just gulped and avoided his intense gaze... It feels like I'm about to melt.

"Crescent... I'll just go to the bathroom," Luca whispered, then immediately got off me.

I just blinked and sat up when Luca went into the bathroom. I heard the sound of the shower there... I just hugged my knees while waiting for him to come out. My cheeks felt incredibly hot.

My heart is not calming down. I touched my lips and took a deep breath... It feels like this is the first time I've been kissed. It's been so long since I felt this way from a simple kiss. My hands are still trembling, not because of nerves but because of a different feeling.

I flinched when Luca came out of the bathroom. My forehead just creased when I noticed his hair was wet... he also wasn't wearing an upper garment. He wiped his hair with a towel before coming closer to me and sitting on my bed.

"W-Where's your shirt?" I asked, stuttering. My eyes went down to his muscular and tattooed body.

"Ah, it got wet," he just said and looked away from me.

I just held the bedsheets tightly. Now, it's awkward. I honestly don't know what to say now. I can't say that I didn't like what happened... I know he knows that I liked it.

"Ahm... o-okay, we should sleep now. Y-You can go out," I just said, then looked away from him.

I don't want him to leave yet... but I don't want to tell him either.

"Crescent... can I sleep here? Beside you?" Luca asked in a soft voice.

My eyes widened. I looked at him with disbelief... though I wouldn't deny the fact that I don't dislike it.

"W-Why?" I could only ask.

"I just want... to hug you. Can I sleep beside you, hmm? Just for tonight," he muttered and looked at me... he looks like an innocent puppy.

I blinked and looked at the door. "C-Close the door first..." I mumbled.

Luca quickly stood up to close the door. I just covered my mouth to hold back my laugh when he quickly came closer to me and sat beside me. He smiled cutely at me... "Wanna cuddle?"

"What are you talking about, 'cuddle'? I'm just letting you sleep here!" I just said, then lay down and turned my back on him. 

My heart beat faster when I felt him lie down beside me too. Even though I couldn't see him, I could feel him staring at my back right now. I just bit my lower lip and faced him.

"S-Stop staring... go to sleep," I whispered while staring at him.

"I want to keep staring at you," he whispered, his eyes fixed on my face.

"H-How can I sleep if you're staring like that?"

"Don't sleep yet... Just hug me first, come on," he said, sounding like he was whining, then patted the space beside him.

"You're being abusive," I just whispered, but I also moved closer to him.

Luca immediately pulled me and held me in his arms. He kissed the top of my head and hugged me tighter. I feel like he's excited in a way I don't understand. I just bit my lower lip and discreetly smelled his neck... He smells so good.

"Crescent, stop sniffing my neck... It's turning me on," he said, sounding like he was struggling, then stroked my hair.

"N-No, I'm not," I denied even though I was already caught. My face seemed to get even hotter from what he said.

We both fell silent. I discreetly hugged his waist. He wasn't wearing a shirt, so I could really feel the warmth of his body. I slightly moved my face away from his neck, then looked at his face; he also looked at me.

"You're not wearing a shirt. Aren't you cold?" I asked.

Luca just smiled at me and kissed my forehead. "I'm not cold, I'm even hot."

I just gasped and hit his hard chest. Luca just laughed and held my hand, then lightly kissed it. I just looked away from what he did, but I didn't stop him.

"I love you, Crescent," he whispered and kissed my cheek.

I just stayed silent and bit the inside of my cheek. I tried to calm myself down, but it had no effect. I just cleared my throat and looked at him, who was smiling and staring intently at me.

"Can I court you now?"

My eyes widened at his question. "W-Why are you suddenly asking that?"

"I want to court you," he whispered again while still staring at me.

"I-I don't agree," I just said.

"Why?" Luca asked... he really looks like a puppy now.

"B-Because I don't want to," I just whispered.

"Okay... I won't give up until you want me to... I love you," he whispered while still staring at me.

"Y-You're being too cheesy." I just hugged him tighter and buried my face in his neck.

"Ahh, that's it, my baby... Hug me more," Luca whispered, then hugged me excitedly.

My cheeks got even hotter, but I just tried not to show that I was affected by what he was doing and saying.

"Crescent..."

"Hmm?" I asked and closed my eyes.

"I love you," he said again.

"Yeah... Let's just sleep."

"I can't sleep, though," he whispered.

"Why now?"

"I'm giddy because we're hugging... and we even kissed earlier."

I moved my face away from his neck and stared at him. I laughed when I noticed that his face was slightly red, going down to his neck. I covered my mouth to stop myself from laughing out loud.

"You're really giddy? Why are you giddy?" I asked, laughing.

"Don't ask..." he just said.

I laughed even harder. "You're cute sometimes."

Luca just creased his forehead, then pulled me closer to him... "Why won't you let me court you? We're already flirting."

"What are you talking about, 'flirting'? I'm just giving in to you now."

He smirked. "Oh really? You were even jealous of Miri earlier," he accused.

"Hey, I-I wasn't jealous!" I said, stumbling over my words.

Luca chuckled sexily. "It's okay, Crescent. I like that you're jealous. Don't be shy with me," he said, then lightly kissed my lips.

"Y-You're getting too comfortable, huh. W-Who told you that you can just kiss me?" I slightly pushed his chest.

"I can't?" he asked; he looks like a cute puppy again.

I just cleared my throat and avoided his gaze... "Y-You can, sometimes," I whispered.

Luca chuckled and pinched my cheek. "You're cute."

"T-That's enough!" I just snapped, then buried my face in his chest.

Luca hugged me even tighter and smelled my hair. I just closed my eyes when he started stroking my hair. It felt so comfortable and really made me sleepy.

I heard him humming and caressing my back before I finally fell asleep... and it was such a good sleep. It was so comforting.

I woke up early. Luca was still beside me and hugging my waist. I just bit my lower lip and held back a smile while staring at him. His face looks so different now compared to the first time we saw each other again... His eye bags are gone, and his aura seems to be brighter... I can't help but smile. I love seeing him happy.

"Stop staring at me too much, please... I love you," he mumbled and pulled me closer to him.

I just blinked and removed his arm from me. "G-Go outside now. Miri and Vanna might see us," I just whispered and slightly pushed his chest.
