MARIES DARK SIDE

***JAX***

Damian exploded, his voice filling the room like a thunderstorm that no one saw coming. “Enough!” he screamed, his eyes blazing with rage, his entire posture threatening to break apart, but he held on to the edge of the abyss. “You're a damn liar, Marie! A dirty little... whore!”

I wanted to intervene, to stop him, but before I could do anything, Damian tore his shirt off. The fabric flew aside, and the room seemed to vibrate with the raw energy he radiated. His skin was tense, the muscles under his skin twitched with adrenaline and anger.

“Do you see this?” he shouted, his voice a dark, menacing rumble as he turned around. A broad, grotesque scar stretched across his back, stretching down until it disappeared into the waistband of his trousers. ‘Look closely, Marie!’ He turned halfway to her, his finger pointing at the scar with an almost brutal gesture. “Do you recognize this? Hm? Or do I have to help?”

Marie took a step back, her eyes wide open, and I could see her shaking. But she said nothing. Not a word came over her lips, while Damian stood before us, panting, his chest rising and falling like a predator that had just been cornered.

“Speak, Marie!” he roared, his voice almost breaking with the intensity of his anger. ”Do you have any ideas about this? Or are you so damn cowardly that you don't even have the balls to face your own shit?”

“Damian, enough!” I finally shouted, my own anger threatening to boil over. I stepped between the two of them, pushing Marie slightly behind me, although she hardly moved. ‘You stop this now! Stop attacking her like that!”

But Damian laughed, a dark, bitter laugh that echoed in my head. ’Oh, Jax, of course you'll take her side. Of course you believe her. I'm the depraved brother, aren't I? The one who's always to blame. But she... she's no saint, Jax. She has her own demons, and she's just as deep in the shit as I am.”

I felt my jaw tighten and my breathing became heavy. “Damian, stop. Now.”

But he ignored me, his eyes fixed on Marie, who was now starting to cry softly. “Tell him, Marie,” he whispered, and the quiet, cold intensity of his words was almost worse than his shouting. “Tell him what you did. What we both did. Tell him why you really left.”

Marie sobbed, her shoulders shaking, but she just shook her head, unable to speak.

“Damian!” I called again, louder this time, my voice leaving no room for discussion. ”That's enough! If she doesn't want to talk, you'll leave her the hell alone!”

He looked at me, his eyes full of pain and anger, but he paused, his shoulders dropping slightly, as if he had suddenly lost all his energy. “Of course,” he said softly, almost a whisper. “You're defending her, Jax. As always. But one day you'll learn the truth. And when that happens, you'll see that I'm not the only monster here.”

With those words, he turned around, grabbed his shirt and stomped to the door. The silence he left behind was almost unbearable, and I felt the tension inside me break down.

I turned to Marie, who was still shaking, her hands pressed tightly to her chest. “Marie,” I said softly, my voice now gentler but still urgent. “What happened? Tell me. I need to know.”

But she just shook her head, the tears silently running down her cheeks. ‘I can't, Jax,’ she whispered. ”I can't.”

Damian stormed back into the room, the door slammed against the wall with a bang. His eyes glowed with anger, but also with something darker – something that made the air in the room stand still. He looked at me, then at Marie, and his smile was anything but friendly.

“Oh, she can't?” he asked scornfully, his voice full of venom. ”Well, then I'll enlighten you, Jax. If she can't do it, I'll take over.”

Marie took a step back, her face pale, her eyes widening in horror, but she said nothing. Damian didn't let himself be stopped, his words were like blades cutting through the silence.

“When we were in the room, she was blown away,” he began, his voice was rough, almost a growl. ”She tied me to the cross. Yes, you heard right. She was in control, she was in charge. And at first... at first it was exciting, yes. She slowly started kissing me all over, exploring my body like a damn animal.”

His words were raw, brutal, and I felt my heart beat faster. My eyes drifted to Marie, who was now trembling, her hands wrapped tightly around her own arms, as if to protect herself. But Damian wasn't finished yet.

“But that was just the beginning,” he continued, his voice louder, more aggressive. ”At some point she went to the cupboard... no, wait. It was the kitchen. She came back, and she had a knife in her hand. A damn knife!”

He laughed dryly, the sound empty, without humor. “Do you know what she said? Hm? She looked at me with those crazy eyes and said, ‘A little juice will make you taste better.’ And then... then she put the knife to my stomach, slowly drew it down...”

I felt my throat tighten, my fists clenched involuntarily, but I didn't say anything. I couldn't.

“She took every damn drop of blood, Jax,” he continued, his voice deepening, becoming more menacing. ”She licked it off me like it was a damn feast. And then... then she kept cutting. It made her completely crazy. She was like in a bloodlust. But that wasn't enough, was it, Marie?”

His gaze shot to her, his words like a dagger. Marie trembled, her lips quivered, but she couldn't utter a word.

“No, it wasn't enough,” Damian said, and his voice swelled, full of anger and contempt. ”She cut into my damn cock, Jax. She cut it before she smiled and licked every drop off it like it was the best damn wine she ever tasted.”

My mind raced, my hands now shaking with suppressed rage and confusion. “Damian... stop,” I said softly, but he ignored me.

“And when I screamed?” He laughed bitterly. ”Then she laughed. She smeared my face with my own blood, as if it were damn war paint. Do you want me to continue, hmm? Do you want me to tell you the whole damn truth, Jax? Or is that enough for you?”

The silence after his words was like a vacuum that sucked all life out of the room. My eyes slowly wandered to Marie, who now had tears streaming down her face and her hands were shaking. She looked like she wanted to say something, like she needed to say something, but she remained silent.

“Marie...” I whispered, my voice shaking. ”Is that... is that true?”

But she didn't answer. She just turned away, buried her face in her hands, leaving the words in the room like ghosts that haunted us all.

The room exploded with emotion as my own voice cracked. “Answer!” I shouted, my anger and desperation like a flood that knew no bounds. My heart was pounding so hard it made me dizzy, my hands shaking with suppressed rage as I stared at her.

Marie turned to me slowly, her movement seeming like slow motion. But when I saw her face, it felt like the ground was pulled out from under me. It was her – and yet it wasn't her. Her eyes sparkled darkly, her features contorted into an expression that was an unholy mixture of triumph and rage.

“Yes,” she said softly, her voice a cold, cutting knife that sliced through the room. ”Yes, Jax. It's true.”

I couldn't breathe, couldn't move, while she continued, each of her words like a dagger in my chest.

“And you know what?” She took a step forward, her eyes fixed on mine with an intensity that made me shiver. “I enjoyed it.” A dark, bitter smile flitted across her lips. “It was delicious.”

“Marie...” I whispered, my voice barely audible, but she continued to ignore me, her words growing more intense, almost manic.

“Drinking his blood...” She licked her lips as if she could still feel the taste. ‘The best blood I've ever tasted. Warm, metallic, pure. It was...’ She paused, her eyes closing for a moment as if reliving the memory. ”Indescribable.”

I felt my hands clenching into fists, my nails digging into my palms, but I couldn't do anything. My throat was dry, my thoughts a chaos of anger, horror and despair.

“And when he fucked me with that stuff,” she continued, her voice becoming softer, almost sensual, which only intensified the horror of her words, ”it was... heavenly.”

She laughed softly, a cold, rough sound that filled the room. “The pain... that mixture of pleasure and agony. I've never come so hard, Jax. Not even close.”

“Stop it!” I screamed, my voice breaking, my control snapping like a thin thread. “Shut the fuck up, Marie!”

But she came closer, her eyes burning with a dark, incomprehensible joy as she looked at me. “Why? Because you can't stand the truth? Because you don't want to understand that what happened between us, Jax, was just another game?”

I felt everything inside me tearing apart. Damian stood silently in the background, his eyes fixed on us, but he said nothing, his face was like stone. And me? I no longer knew what was true and what was a lie, who was a monster and who was a victim.

The atmosphere in the room was electric, the tension so thick that it made every breath difficult. My voice still echoed in my ears as I threw the words at her like a blade: “Get out, Marie... now!”

But instead of showing fear or remorse, she laughed. A cold, malicious laugh that seeped through the room like poison. Her eyes sparkled dangerously, and her posture was provocative, almost triumphant.

“You want to get rid of me, Jax?” she asked, her voice dripping with derision. She took a step towards me, every movement a provocation. ”Don't forget that you fucked me. You're responsible.”

My jaws ground, my breathing quickened, and my hands clenched into fists. But she continued speaking, unstoppable, every word a challenge. “You promised me, Jax. And do you know what happens when you break a promise?” Her voice grew lower, more dangerous. “Do you really want to risk that?”

“I didn't promise you shit, Marie!” I spat, my voice low and threatening, like a suppressed thunderstorm. I stepped towards her until our distance was barely existent. ”And listen to me carefully: you better not threaten me.”

She tilted her head slightly to the side, her lips curving into a dangerous smile, as if she was enjoying my anger.

“Oh, really?” she whispered, her voice a breath that unnerved me. ”What are you going to do, Jax? Nail me to the cross? Or maybe... try something even darker?”

My breath caught in my throat, my self-control hanging by a thread. But I didn't let her provocation catch up with me. Instead, I leaned forward slightly, my eyes fixed on hers. “I'll have you eliminated, Marie,” I said softly, but every word was a promised judgment. “Faster than you can say my name.”

Her eyes widened for a brief moment, but she quickly regained her composure, her smile returning, albeit forced. I could see that she understood the undertone in my voice – I was serious.

“So get out,” I continued, my voice now cold, almost emotionless. ”And don't ever show your face in this town again. If I see you again, Marie, it'll be the last thing you ever experience.”

The silence that followed was stifling, her eyes searching mine as if she were looking for a last spark of hesitation or doubt. But I gave her nothing. No mercy, no chance.

She laughed again, but this time the laughter was hollow, without the conviction she had displayed before. “You'll miss me, Jax,” she said before turning around and walking towards the door. Her footsteps echoed like the darkness she left behind.

I took a deep breath, my chest rising and falling heavily. But I knew this wasn't over yet. People like Marie don't just disappear. They were like a shadow that keeps returning, no matter how deep the night is.
