After we all ate Lutin and I formed a circle with everyone. We did it this way so we all could go at once and not in small groups. We all wanted to make sure no one is left a lone without some kind of protection. Once we knew everyone was ready to go we flashed back to my home town. We flashed back to my apartment so we could get a few things before we went to Sable’s and Justin’s house, Once we were there Mia put her stuff in the spare room and whe was in awe with what she was looking at.

“Ginger how did you get all of this by yourself?’ Mia asked

“I worked hard and focused on what I wanted for my life.” I replied

“You did this all without a mate and most of it without your other part. That is amazing. You have shown me I can still be someone till my true person comes along. That I don’t have to settle or wait for me to be happy.” Mia explained

“I learned watching humans that you have to be happy with yourself first. Where you were brought up believing in the moon goddess, I was brought up to believe in God. Come to find out that they are the same person just different names in your beliefs. Where there are a few things different in who is who and what their roll is in this world, but it’s important that you be the best version of yourself that you can. Because one you meet your maker are you going to be able to look at him without regret or guilt.  All we can do is live how we think he would want us to live.” I told her

She looked in thought when Lutin walked up to me and tapped me on the shoulder to let me know it was time to go. I grabbed my bag and we formed the circle again and this time we were at Sable’s house. We were out by the garage so no one would be able to see us. Just looking at the house we could see three walking around the house, but none of them came to look around the garage for some reason or they was just to stuiped to do that. I pointed to the door and we walked in to the garage, Sable hasn’t gotten around in fixing that lock. 

“Lord Roddrick you will have to move around to the front and walked down to the house and let them show you into the house. That way you will be able to inform us on how many is in there and what they want. Here is a recording device that looks like an ink pin. You will be able to record by clicking it and then click it again to shut it off. Once you feel you no longer can handle what is going on then say water. Like you wanted a drink and we will find away to get you out.” Ginger explained the plan that she came up with on a fly.

“Okay I can do that, but when this is over you are going to have to tell me where you find some of these cool devices you keep coming up with.” Lord Roddrick said as he walked out of the garage and made his way to the front of the house to start the plan. Once that part was done she looked around to see if there was a safe place for Mia to sit and watch from a good vantage point. There was a small loft so i climbed up the later to see that it had a smal window and a good place to hide where no one would know that she is here. 

“Mia can you please climb up here?” Ginger asked in a sofe voice.

“Yeah just give me a minute to adjust my bag.” Mia replied and started up the ladder. Once up there she could already tell what Ginger had plained for her. Ginger sat up a commanding station. It was small and it had all the devices where she could listen or speak back to everyone if she needed to inform them of something.

“Here is your spot through this window you should be able to see everything. You will be able to inform us if anyone else shows up or hear if we need help. Here are the numbers you call if we need help. One is to my father and the other is the police and all you have to do is give them my name and they will come.” GInger told her

‘Got it. It should also keep me hidden well enough. Once you go down I will pull the ladder up here so no one can get up here without having to work for it.” Mia said with a smile. Ginger climbed down and handed the other a device to put in their ear and you could hardly tell it was there.

“I have to agree with Lord Rodrick. I want to know where you get this stuff as well.” Lutin said while laughing.

That’s when we heard it that there were six people on the inside that he could see and that he is sure that there is more in hiding. So total that we know of at this time is nine maybe more. Okay we will wait for his signal to go in.

“Do I know you?” Lord Rodrick asked tryihng to get information then the guy talked and Iknew who it was.

“You may have heard of me, but no we haven’t met. You also may have met my son.” The starger said to Lord Rodrick

“What is your name and what is the name of your son?” Lord Rodrick retorted even know he knew who it was..

“ I am Jimmy and my son is Mark.” Jimmy told him with and smirk

“Why did you want me here instead of waiting for the others to get home?” Rodrick asked with his eyebrows raised

“I want you to be my informant. I want you to tell me everything that my niece is up to and how much power she has. I want you to inform me about her mate and their where abouts. I will pay you and let you keep your place on the council.” Jimmy said

“How much are we talking in pay and why do you want me to do all of that?” Rodrick asked with an eye roll

“It doesn’t matter the amount it will be enough and for the reason isn’t your business to know at this time. Roll your eyes again and you will be limping out here. You won’t need both legs to do the job that we want you to do.” Jimmy replied

“I will have to think about it. How do you I know that you won’t change your mind once you get what you want. Or if they find out I was working for you they could kill me instead. So I will take a week to think this through and get back to you. Do you have a number where I can reach you?’ Rodrick was stalling for time and information. When he said all that he said

The look on Jimmy’s face was one of angry and superiority and he didn’t like being told he needed to think about this.

“I will give you a week and I will also give you something to also to think about.” Jimmy said with a evil smirk on his face.

Then two men grabbed me and a third stabbed me with a silver knife and I screamed out in pain. Then Jimmy walked over and stuffed a business card into my hand. Then the man twisted the knife as he pulled it out.

“Get out of here and you have a week to respond and if it’s not what I want to hear the next stabbing of silver will be to where your heart is.” He said and the three men threw me out the door laughing. I had to hobble away to a good area so Ginger could come and help me.

“Ginger I'm at the corner where they can’t see me. I am laying in some bushes. They stabbed me with a silver knife and the knife is still in me.” I told her through the device

“We are on the way. There seems to be a lot of yelling coming from inside the house. They must have something else going on.” Ginger replied

It only took them about ten minutes to get to me and another minute for Ginger to pull out the silver knife. Good thing she is not affected by silver. I thought to myself. 

“It’s going to take you a while before you heal completely so Lumar is going to have to hold you up when we go to flash back to my apartment. There I can fix you up a lot better.” Ginger told me with a shake of her head.

“Once back I will call dad and let him know what happened and find out how much longer they have before they are back.” Lutin said

“That’s fine. Mia when we are back you need to see if your dad has called or texted on the other matter. Then get on with your studies, it’s going to be a little while before we go anywhere else.” Ginger told Mia and she just shook her head and then we all were back in the apartment.

Once we all got settled there was a knock at the door. We all looked at each other. We all knew we weren’t expecting anyone to be coming over to see us. Lumar went to the door and opened it. The person on the other side of the door surprised us all. I think it surprised Ginger most of all. Lumar didn’t know who or what to think.
