EPILOG
ALICE
A year had passed since my little Star was born, she is physically my copy, but her personality is all Luis, sweet with her sweet way, always cuddling everybody. The agency is great, Luna went back to work as soon as her maternity leave ended and as we have a day care center there, little Harry stays there full time just like little Star and always at feeding time we go there to pick them up and then take them back or the secretary picks them up and takes them to us. Annie decided that she wanted to cut down on her work hours, so now she would only come in the mornings, because she wanted to dedicate her life to the girls and her married life. Of course, once in a while she needs to change her schedule and come in the afternoon or even stay the whole day, but we avoid disturbing her routine as much as we can.
Tom has cogitated about passing the direction to his son in about five years or so, but Matteo says he is not ready, and in my opinion he is, but he has to let the boy enjoy a little more the life of a father and Luna. Luna and Matteo decided to wait until Harry was older so that they could enter with the rings and have their honeymoon.
The wedding will be simple, neither of them wanted anything too big despite being well-known people in the social world and on the Internet, the wedding will be here in the Beckermann's country house just for friends and family, the garden is all ready, Tom will celebrate the wedding, there was no better person than him to celebrate the wedding of his children.
He and Luis are with Matteo and the twins in the garden receiving the guests while Annie and I are here in the bedroom with Luna who looks beautiful in the dress Sol designed for her.
Dona Martha and Alê are here with us helping Carol, Harry, Estrela, Clarice and Melissa.
Alice - daughter you look so beautiful I think this time Matteo really faints - we always joke with him about the fact that he almost fainted when he received the news that he had ruptured Luna's purse.
Annie - I can't believe my little girl is getting married - crying

Me, Ale, Martha and the children went to our seats leaving Luis and Luna alone. Soon the groom's entrance started, I entered arm in arm with Matteo and I was already crying, I never imagined that I would cry so much in my life, Tom went to the altar and the ceremony started, the children made their entrances very well, it was the cutest thing, our babies with one year old entering with the help of the older ones. When the wedding march began to play I looked at Matteo and was sure that my daughter was doing the right thing the look he gave my daughter was the same look I got every day from Luis, and hers was the same look I gave her father. I was happy to see that although my daughter had been through many trials she didn't have to eat the devil's bread and find her love fifteen years later. Luis handed our daughter over to Matteo and they hugged each other in an emotional embrace, there wasn't a single person there who wasn't crying.
The ceremony was very beautiful Tom knew the exact words to say to his children, he was as proud as me and Luis, Harry with the help of Melissa and Clarice came in delivering the rings and I wanted so much to bite him, he is so cute, yes I am a very babona grandma, after all he is my first grandson. Everything was going very well, everyone was having fun at the party and Luna didn't want to dance the waltz but did a crazy choreography with both parents, with me and Annie.
I definitely felt complete with my family, I wouldn't have anything to complain about, I sat at our table alone watching everyone and stayed there for a while thinking about everything that I have lived, for many years I was the worst person you could imagine if it wasn't for Annie and Tom I don't even know what would be of Luna. For a long time I blamed myself for this even though I got along with her, but today I don't blame myself anymore. Our relationship was the last one to work out in my journey, but when we found out that we would be mothers together something that we didn't even know was broken was rebuilt and our love for each other has only grown more every day. Lost in my thoughts I felt the arms of the man I love hugging me and giving me a crisp kiss
Luis - a glass of wine for your thoughts - he says playfully
Alice - tempting but I can't drink
Luis - arches an eyebrow - and why not?
Alice - because I think it's time you had your vasectomy, we're like rabbits
Luis - no kidding! - smiling like a fool - Are we pregnant? - I nodded and he started to shout - I'M GOING TO BE A FATHER, I'M GOING TO BE A FATHER, WE'RE PREGNANT - he picked me up and started to roll me around - I laughed, patting him to get me down
Alice - This way you will make me sick baby
Luís - Sorry, but I am so happy, I love you so much Alice, so much that it doesn't fit inside me - Everyone applauded and congratulated us, as soon as we managed to escape we went for a walk around the farm hand in hand
Alice - I love this place, we need to come here more
Luis - Whatever my Queen wants, but what were you thinking?
Alice - How my life has changed, my love, after so much suffering and years apart, I never imagined that I, you, our children, and now our grandchild would be so happy. I don't need anything else in this life and this is all thanks to you. Thank you for not giving up on me, for fighting for me, I love you Luis.
Luís - I thank you for allowing me to come back into your life and give me the most beautiful children in the world.
