Guns and bullets and an emergency

It's been a few days since Sofia came back to Spain, She and Dera with Ruth have become the best of friends and they have neglected their boyfriends. "Santiago I love your sister but I just wish she would return to where she is coming from. Dera hasn't been giving me attention, they are always together." Andrew complained.

"And what do you think about me? I'm in the same boat as you idiota." The sound of his phone ringing brought him out of his anger only to put him back in it.

"What?!" His voice thundered.

"Boss there is trouble, the police are after us, Someone must have tipped them off the shipment, they had set up controls. They searched the truck and found coc in it, I don't know how it got there, We were able to take off with the goods but they were hot on our tails, and we didn't know how to get out of this one boss." Cortez and Epiphone wausy with the wheels while the others were exchanging bullets with the police.

"I'll be there, Head to the backup warehouse, I'll meet you guys there, We are going to do an exchange." He dropped the call and rushed to his room, opened his secret door, the room was filled with guns and masks.

He took his gun and bullets and a mask and rushed out of the house with Andrew following him, he also had a mask on as well. They ran past the girls without a word.

"Seeing him holding that mask and gun, I can tell there's an emergency, My dad used to hold the same just so he could get away from the police."

Her words frightened Ruth, She grabbed onto the hem of her dress, and he breathing suddenly became irregular. "Hey, calm down, Andrew and Santiago won't ever let you girls cry, they are going to return home without a single scratch. Have faith in them okay?" Although Dera didn't show fear she was scared.

Back at the ground where the chaos was happening, "They are catching up on us!" One of Santiago's men yelled. Epiphone looked at the side mirror and indeed they were catching up on them.

"Don't stop shooting!" He yelled and he stepped on the gas. Cortez opened the roof of the car and stuck his head out, he aimed at the person driving the police car, and he was able to shoot him, the car took a different turn and crashed on a pole.

"One down!" He yelled.

The sounds of gunshots filled the air, and civilians ran and looked for shelter. "Arson the cars!" He laughed.

They were able to give the police some distance, the short distance they gave the police was enough for them to do the exchange. Santiago and Andrew stood with their guns while they transferred the goods to a different van, the van took off leaving them behind.

They entered a different car and waited for the police to catch up, They took a different route, and the police started tailing them. Santiago opened the roof of the car, he pulled out two short guns, Andrew, held the handle above the door and pushed himself out, he was hanging.

Both of them fired at the police cars that were tailing them, but they didn't miss any target, as the aim, they shoot they catch. Andrew's target was the car tyres. He was able to shoot flat them, Santiago's targets were the drivers, and he was able to get them all.

"All done!" Santiago and Andrew yelled in unison. They entered the car and drove away, they were able to get away from the police.

They got to the backup warehouse, "How is everyone?" Santiago asked, he took off his mask.

"We lost a few men but we were able to get some police officers as well," Epiphone reported.

"How dare that bastard, set me up."

Santiago changed his sim card and called his business partner in Mexico. "How dare you?!" He roared.

"What are you talking about Santiago? You didn't get your shipment on time? I'll check on the port." The man replied feigning ignorance.

"Are you just going to sit there and act like you don't know what I'm talking about?" His grip on the gun in his hand tightened, Andrew pried his hand open and took the gun out.

"You messed with the wrong man Quevo, You are going to get what is coming to you." He said in a low tone and abruptly ended the call, he changed sims and got rid of the one he just used.

"Cortez, Epiphone, you know what to do." He mumbled.

Meanwhile back at home, Rude was sitting in front of the TV watching the news, She saw the chaos that happened, the number of people who died both Santiago's men and the police. A video of Santiago and Andrew shooting at the police officers was played, she grabbed the hem of her dress.

She was feeling anxious, she suddenly felt dizzy. Ruth pinched herself a couple of times so she didn't lose consciousness, The pinching wasn't enough to keep her conscious, she passed out on the floor.

"Ruth!!!" Dera yelled, The guards who were standing outside heard her scream, and they rushed inside the house.

"Call the boss and inform him, I'll take her to the hospital." A guard carried her to the car, and Sofia and Dera sat with her.

Back at the backup warehouse, Santiago's phone rang, "What do you want?" He asked angrily.

"Boss Miss Ruth has been rushed to the hospital, she passed out a few minutes ago."

Santiago didn't bother to finish the conversation, he rushed out of the warehouse. Andrew followed him, but he didn't ask him what happened, Santiago was in a bad mood, so giving him space was the best option.

They got to the hospital, and he was directed to the room where Ruth was admitted. "What happened?" He asked no one in particular, Dera took it upon herself to answer the question.

"We were watching the news, before she suddenly passed out."

"What were they showing on the news?"

"They...you know...." She trailed.

She rushed to Andrew and hugged him, they couldn't talk about it because of the people around them. But Andrew understood what the hug meant, he circled his hand around her.

"I'm fine." He whispered in her ear and kissed her hair, Dera sobbed, and the hug tightened.

Santiago didn't know how to act, he sat down and stood up just after sitting down. Sofia watched her brother look all anxious and scared. She walked to him and hugged him.

"She will be fine, don't worry. She was just scared.." She sooth his back with her hand.
