Chapter 104 With Roman

Chapter 104 With Roman
Elena.
My hips are in Roman's hands, and I slowly ride him, running my fingers up and down his neck. His gaze darkened with lust, and he grabbed me tightly, pressing me against him as I slid down his shaft. Every time he’s inside me, it feels like the first time.
It’s incredible that no matter how many times we have sex, he manages to make me feel the same incredible emotions as before.
I reach up to wipe the sweat from his forehead. Roman arches his hips, hitting me at an angle that makes us both moan.
“Fuck,” he whispers.
He lifts me slightly before pulling me down for another thrust. I fall forward, muffling my moans into his neck. Roman doesn’t seem to be letting me take the lead anymore. He moves relentlessly upward, fucking me hard enough to make me scream.
But I don’t. Because we have a baby in the living room, and an aunt who definitely knows what we’re doing and was kind enough to take our daughter away and give us some much-needed space.
Roman kisses my lips and whispers, “Cum for me, little wolf.”
His voice spurs me on, the perfect trigger for an explosion. I feel boneless and completely sated as I collapse onto him, taking in easy, ragged breaths. He’s not far behind.
“Elena,” he groans, coming over too.
As soon as I start breathing deeply, I kiss Roman on the cheek and climb off of him.
“I need to take a shower,” I tell him.
“Take me with you,” he suggests.
My eyes narrow. “No, if you come with me, we’ll be there for the next hour. And I just don’t have time for that.”
“Okay,” he says, letting out an exasperated huff. I smirk as I head to the bathroom. Twenty minutes later, I’m freshly showered, dressed, and ready to go. Roman pulls on a pair of boxers and a shirt before following me out the door.
Kiara is watching a TV show at an insane volume. She declines when she notices our presence.
“I see you’re done,” she says with a mischievous grin.
“That really wasn’t necessary, Ki,” I state, gesturing to the TV.
“I decide what’s necessary. Who knows what I’ll hear from this room?” she says, wincing abruptly.
Not wanting to elaborate, I reach for Cassie. She giggles as I pick her up and throw her in the air, only once, because her dad is a control freak and gets scared easily. My favorite baby is over four months old now and growing up fast. And while I'm a little sad, I'm also so damn grateful that she's so healthy.
"Hi, baby," I say quietly.
She reaches for my face with her tiny hands. Her hands are so soft. After holding her for a few more seconds, I hand her to her dad, who's been watching us with an intrigued expression. His face softens, though, as she's in his arms. I stand on my tiptoes to look at Cassie’s face.
“Mom has to go somewhere. Dad is giving you and your aunt a ride,” I tell her. She smiles as she understands. Then I look at her dad. “See you around?”
“Yeah, I’ll pick you up when you’re done.”
He gives me a quick kiss on the lips, and then I turn to face the last person in the room. Kiara looks at us with disgust.
“You three are so fucking perfect it’s a little nauseating,” she sighs.
I laugh. Roman rolls his eyes.
“See you later, Ki,” I tell my best friend.
She waves her hand at me in obvious refusal and leans back on the sofa to continue her show. I take one last look at them before heading for the door.
Surprisingly, Tony is already waiting for me in the car downstairs.
I raise an eyebrow as I get inside. “Since when are you so punctual?”
“I’m always punctual,” he replies.
It’s on the tip of my tongue to name at least three instances that prove this isn’t true, but I push them all aside. We’re on the path to reconciliation; I’d rather not get into a fight.
“Of course.” Silly me. You're great at being on time, Tony. The best.
His brown eyes narrow.
"Sarcasm isn't appreciated," he says, though I notice a small smile on his lips.
We say nothing more as he starts the car, driving us to our family home. My father has called us both and asked us to join him for lunch. I'm equal parts nervous and hopeful. I haven't seen him in weeks. Roman told me to give him time, and that's exactly what I did.
As we pull up to the house, Tony turns off the ignition, but neither of us gets out. I look at him, willing the tension between us to dissipate.
“Before we go in there, I decided we needed to talk first,” he says roughly.
I nod, my mouth forming a thin line. Though his actions implied his forgiveness, he hadn’t actually said the word. I think now is the time.
“I’ll start with this, Elena,” he says, looking at me intently. “I’ve held you personally responsible since the day you were born.” No one asked me to do this, and as your older brother, I’m technically expected to, all I’ve ever done is protect you.
My chest tightens.
“I know,” I say with a sharp intake of breath. I do not doubt that Tony would do anything for me.
“Really? Because when you needed me the most, you didn’t come to me. You didn’t even think that I’d be there for you.
No amount of apologies in the world can fix what I did, okay, so I stay silent. I don’t say a word, letting him continue to speak his truth.
“I’m not angry anymore. I just feel so fucking empty.” I hate that I put you in a position where you felt like you couldn’t trust me.
“No, Tony,” I shake my head. “I trust you. More than anyone. But you were in the same predicament Roman was. He needed you.”
He exhales, and I see the understanding etched into his features.
“I’m sorry I said you were dead to me. You’ll never be dead to me.”
“I know, bro,” I say warmly. “But I’m not your protector anymore. You have to live your life, Tony. Without expectations, without worries. I can take care of myself now.
I hesitate before adding, “I also have Roman to take care of me.”
His jaw tenses. “I’m still not a hundred percent okay with your relationship. But I guess my opinion doesn’t really matter. And honestly, all I want is the best for my little treasure.”
He’s talking about Cassie, whom he fell in love with within minutes of meeting her.
“That’s what everyone wants, Tony,” I state.
“Okay then,” he says, rubbing his hands together. He grins, and suddenly the car doesn’t seem to be a little one. It was like he had flipped a switch, and I had my big brother back. I knew, without a doubt, that we were okay. “Let’s go see what dear daddy wants.”
