Annika struggles to speak, shivaay stops her before she speaks
Shivaay - No, Annika, I know your marriage is fixed. I want to let you know what I felt for you. I hurt you a lot, and I don't deserve you.
Before Annika speaks, the doctor comes.
Doctor - Annika, how do you feel now?
Annika - Fine
Doctor - Your brother came in time
Annika - My brother
Shivaay and Annika was puzzled
Doctor - Yes, your brother donated your blood
Shivaay - He is my friend arnav, he is not Annika's blood
The doctor was puzzled now

Annika and arnav hug each other and cried in each other's embrace. Shivaay gives them space, and even Annika's adopted parents.
A few hours later, arnav was furious; he holds shivaay by the collar and punches him on his face.

Shivaay - I am sorry, Annika. I thought you were going to reject me
Annika - I love your pea-sized brain

Shivaay hugs her tightly, and they both cry in each other embrace.
Annika's marriage with Rehyan was called off.

Annika was sitting on Shivaay lap. They both were remembering what happened in the past year. Annika suddenly starts laughing.
Shivaay - Why are you laughing?
Annika - You were dressed up as a woman.
She gets up from his lap and takes her phone, which was charging. She unlocks the phone and shows him the photo. She was continuously laughing, looking at it. Shivaay was embarrassed.
(Annika made shivaay dress up as a girl, his punishment for hurting her)
Shivaay, with eyes turning dark, moves towards Annika and holds her by the waist. Annika stiffens. He traces her cheeks.
Shivaay - Laugh Annika
He kisses her shoulder, neck.
Shivaay - Laugh Annika (He whispers in a husky voice)
Annika - Shivaay (She moans)
Shivaay - Will you marry me Annika?
Annika's eyes widen in shock.
She sees Shivaay on his knees, holding a ring for her
Shivaay - Will you give me a second chance Annika in my life? Will you be my soulmate Annika? Will you hold me when I fall weak? Will you correct me when I make mistakes? Are you ready to spend your whole life with me, Annika, in every situation? Will you marry me, Annika?
Annika - Yesssss shivaay. A million times, Yesss
He slides the ring into her finger. He kisses her passionately.
