Sarah's POV
I head home after eating with my parents, and I feel uneasy because at the meeting, Theo mentioned the masters and the selling of teens and others.
"Fuck, I need to find Amber so we can escape from here," I called to the rogue I always fucked.
"What?" he answered his cellphone, annoyed.
"I'm going to need help to bust my mother out of prison," I start talking fast.
"Where is she?" he sighed.
"At Savage in their prison," I said, and he stopped talking, making me think he hung up.
"Hello," I barked into the phone.
"You're out of your fucking mind, Sarah; we aren't fucking with Savage. If Amber is there, she is as good as dead by now. "I'm not risking my pack for a flesh seller," he adds, and I huff.
"I can pay you. I got her money from the secret accounts. I can give twenty million. "I have more than that, but we need it to start over. He sighs.
"The answer is still no, Sarah. We aren't willing to risk our asses no matter how much you offer," he growls, and I feel my gut sink. I promised Amber I'd get her out.
"Fine." I hang up and sit on my bed. It looks like I'm going in alone. I should leave her there, but she is my mother, after all, and I feel wrong for ignoring that fact. Natalie will get us a cool ten million if I can lure her away and sell her. I lie down when I think of James and how I rode his cock at the graduation party. I almost came, but he came to and literally tossed me onto the floor. He yelled viciously at Mr. before storming out.
"He had a huge cock, and from the she-wolves that fucked Theo, he had one just as big. I wanted to be their mate and carry their pups. I must have fallen asleep because I wake hours later, and it is dark out. I hurry to dress so I can figure out a way to get into the prison.
Theo's POV
After a few more hours, we get sent home so Natalie can heal and rest. Unfortunately, our pups are staying in the hospital until they are doing better.
"I just want them home, Theo," Natalie sniffles as she cries in my chest.
"I know, angel, but both need extra time to get stronger. We can visit every day, my love," she sobs harder. I feel bad that she didn't get to spend much time with them because both were extremely tiny and needed time in the pup unit.
"Darling, please." James kisses her head. "They are safe. You are safe. Everyone is safe. Please relax for us," he kisses her shoulder.
"It is hormones." She sniffles again. "I'm sorry, guys, I will try to reign it in. I just hate them being there without us," she snuggles closer, then hisses in pain. I sit up and hand her to James.
"You're in pain," I state as I grab her meds and give her two. She reluctantly takes them, but I don't miss the sadness we see in her gaze. When Natalie is sleeping, I motion James to follow me to the office. Once inside, we sit, and I pull up the live footage. We see Sarah running in the dark towards the prison, and she looks pissed.
"She was mad earlier announcing our pups' names," James says, watching her stop as patrols walk by.
They know she is there. I told them to ignore it and see what she does.
"She's just mad that her sister is our mate and she doesn't get us," I say as she ducks down behind trees.
"I'm sorry. I never mentioned her taking advantage of me, Theo. I just wanted to forget it ever happened. That is why I distanced myself each time she was around us. She is no good like Amber," he adds, and I agree. We sit there watching her move closer before I tell the guards to act like an alert went off so we can see what mother and daughter discuss. Amber is in rough shape, but maybe she will let it slip who else we have to hunt and kill.
Sarah runs in, and I switch to the prison cameras.
"Mom," she gasped out, and Amber turned to her voice stiffly.
"If Tyler finds you here, you're dead, Sarah," she says with a hiss.
"Don't you get medical attention down here, Mother?" Sarah asks, and Amber nods no.
"You're kidding, right? Theo ordered this. Sarah, your fucking crush, ordered me to beat and not heal. I'm suffering because of Natalie and them. Find the keys and let me out now," she orders.
