Chapter 71: The Genie Part 2
                                                 Caleb’s P.O.V.

I can’t believe that me being with Sofia was all a scam for power of authority, even though I would never have had my son if it isn’t for her, I’m still upset it’s because of her that me and my family had to suffer, not so much Louise what she did is all on her.

“Now what?” I asked Kristoff.

“Well, we have Tammy’s information and now we have Jasmine’s on a certain bitch named Jenifer Mills. I say with Jasmine, Tammy, Curtis, Emerald and myself we have all the magic ability users we can get. Now if we can combined our magic, strength and knowledge then we can beat them for sure. Caleb any objections on possibly killing your son’s mother?”

“Of course not, whatever we have to do!”

“Are you sure?” Tammy asked me.

“I am!” I answered her with a soothing smile. The pack comes first before evil family members, that is what I think anyway and hopefully so will the others.

“We had a meeting with the new pack the Blue Moon pack last night with Tammy, she informed them of what she had told us. Will you be willing to do the same?” Kristoff asked Jasmine.

“Of course, I will do anything that I have to do to make them pay, but I will warn you that in a few hours to a day or two you may have an unwanted visitor. I have a feeling that Jenifer will show up her offering her help in destroying the cousins.”

“Ok, so noted. Is there anything else that we all should know about?”

“No, but if there is more that I remember, if you don’t mind, I will wait for the meeting with the other pack.” She says as if she has a choice when she can give him needed information that is crucial in this fight or battle whatever it may be.

“Ok, I will contact Axel and set up an appointment ASAP. If there is nothing else then you all can be dismissed.” They all exit the office, but I chose to stay behind.

“You can go on ahead, I want to discuss something with the Alpha and Luna.”

“Ok, I will go catch up with Jasmine.” I nodded even though right now I am not pleased with their friendship.

“Did you have something that you wanted to talk about?” Kristoff asked me.

“Yes! Jasmine, can she really be trusted?” I say a I look towards Emerald for confirmation.

“Yes she can, she’s not an evil Genie, plus there are no such thing as I know of as evil or good Genie’s, it is on the one that have rubbed the lamp, but I can summon my mother and get her feedback on this!”

“Please! I am not comfortable being around someone who played cupid and in my opinion any one that plays with destiny can’t be trusted.”

“Ok, I see your point so, I will give you a second opinion now.” She says as she closes her eyes and I the next moment a bright light lights up the whole office.

“Hi my darling daughter, hello gentlemen. What can I help you with?” Moon Goddess Diana says to Emerald.

“We have a Genie amongst us, and we would like to know if she is trustworthy, I sense no evil coming off her so Caleb here after being through what he has would like a second opinion.”

“Sorry about everything that has occurred, Caleb everything that happened to you was not supposed to happen at all. Tammy the light witch was and is your true mate, but something in our mist has blinded my foresight so I didn’t know. It must have been the Genie. Tell me about her.”

“With everything that she has told us she was obligated to grant a she-wolf three wishes and the last one was to have the not only the Alpha Of the Crimson Blood pack her true mate she wanted their Beta as well.”

“So, with no choice she had to grant her the wish no matter how greedy it is. I see, where is she now?”

“She’s with Tammy.” I answered her.

“Gemini, come introduce me to her.”

“Yes, of course.”  They both leave us men in the office and went to go see Jasmine.

“So, what do you think she is going to do?”

“I don’t know, you want to stand outside the office and find out?”

“sure, why not.” I answered him curious on how she is going to accomplish this task. We went outside the office door and standing there with the office door opened we watch on as the Goddess goes about her task at hand. As they get finished talking to her they turn to come back into the office so Kristoff and I reenter the office and shut the door behind us. Going back to the spot we were in when they left. They walk back into the office and Emerald goes back over to Kristoff, and the Moon Goddess comes over to me.

“I am happy to say that Jasmine herself doesn’t have an evil bone in her body, she can be trusted.” She told me, hearing her say that she can be trusted I breathe in a sigh of relief.

“Ok, I will try not to hold what she did against her.” I say to the three of them before leaving the office.

The clearing

I came out to my favorite spot, even though there are some horrible memories, this is still the place I like to come to when I need to think. There is a full moon hanging in the sky just like the one that was there when I turned eighteen and got my powers from the moon. Looking up at the moon I think about all that has happened in the pass forty-eight hours and I need to come up with a new plan of defense for when the time comes. Thinking to myself I hear footsteps behind me, sniffing the air around me I know exactly who it is. Turning around, he stops in his tracks.

“Sorry, I was worried about you. I figured you would be here since you blocked your link to me and the pack.” He says as he starts walking towards me again. Looking up he speaks again. “Running towards the moon again I see. I noticed you always come here when you are upset or need to think.” He says.

“Yes, I love looking at the moon especially when it is full, it clears my mind and helps me figure out what I need to do or it calms me down, depending which one is needed at the time.” I explain to him.

“I am glad that this place is here for you then.”

“Did I ever tell you that this is the place where I received my powers at midnight of my eighteenth birthday.”

“That must have been that strange sent that I smelled then, I had to stop what I was doing because for reasons I didn’t know until now, my heart just wasn’t in it.” He explained that night to me without going into many details, it isn’t hard to figure out what or I should who he was doing at the time I  was here receiving my powers.
