After the long heartfelt kiss, Miguel slowly pull away and took Adriana’s hand, “She’s mine and this wedding can’t take place,” He announced making the guests almost pop out their eyes.

Gilbert balled his fist, “Adriana, remember the promise you made to me? Will you like to see one of your kids gone?!” Gilbert suddenly yelled, the guests gasped.

“Oh my, is he threatening the bride?”

“What a selfish man! Why is he being bitter?”

People started murmuring making Gilbert realize the mistake he had just made. Miguel scoffed and move closer to Gilbert, “Looks like you just dug your own grave,” He whispered with a smirk.

Gilbert gritted his teeth and his face changed to a cold one while Miguel took the ring on Adriana’s index finger and threw it at his face.

“If you know what’s best for you Gilbert, don’t show yourself around me ever again. You ruined our friendship the day you took Adriana forcefully, adios!” Miguel told him.

Miguel looked at Adriana who was staring at Miguel the whole time, “Let’s go my love,” With that Miguel walked out of the hall with Adriana.

Miguel’s driver ran over to the passenger door to open up immediately he saw them coming out.

“Henry? I will take the keys, I want to be the one to drive my love,” Miguel informed the driver with he oblige as he hand over the car keys to him and left.

“Riana? Let’s go,” He called for Adriana who was still struggling with her wedding gown and Miguel noticed that.

“I’m coming—“

Before she could say a thing, Miguel carried her like a princess and placed a deep kiss on her lips, “I got you another dress in the car, change into that,” He told her, dropping her inside the car then closed the door and waited out.

A knock from inside made him know she’s done dressing up he got into  the driver’s seat and then looked back at Adriana, “The dress looks nice on you, I’m glad it fits you perfectly,” Miguel added, with that he drove out of the hall.

Adriana kept glancing at Miguel from the rearview, Miguel noticed that and he smiled softly.

“This is the reason why I don’t want you to sit beside him, you probably have lot of questions for me right? Don’t worry, I will answer them for you,” Miguel muttered softly.

Adriana nod, “I’m ready to hear everything,” she replied.

Few minutes after the short ride, Miguel pulled over at a beach, Both of them were starting at the beach.

“Adriana?” He suddenly called breaking the silence and Adriana looked at him.

“Yes, Miguel.”

“I’m sorry for not being considerate and harsh. I let my emotions took away the best of me,” He apologize softly and then all of a sudden he went down on his knees.

“Oh my, Miguel what are you doing? Why are you on you knees?” Adriana asked.

“I want to show you how sorry I am and I shouldn’t have acted so cold to you when you needed me most. Now that I realized I have been fed nothing but lies by my father, I knew I made a mistake,” He plead.

Adriana quickly pull him up, “Please don’t kneel for me. I understand you, Miguel. If I was in your shoes I would have probably done that. I love you Miguel and that’s what matters,” Adriana expressed.

“Really? How do I know you’ve forgiven me?” Miguel asked while Adriana stare at his lips.

“Hmm, This?” She replied with a peck on his lips and move away shyly.

Miguel giggle as his cheeks turned red, “That’s not how to do it, Come here, let me show you,” Miguel grab her by the waist and interlock their lips leading to a passionate kiss.

Then all of a sudden, Adriana broke the kiss and gasps, “My,,,my kids!! I left them at the party?”

“Mummy!!!!” She suddenly heard them behind her as they run towards her, she ran to them and wrapped her arms around all of them sharing a big hug.

Miguel who was watching the whole scene scoffed, “Tsk, tsk, I was enjoying that kiss already,”

“I think we’ve gotten enough beverages, what else do we need, Maria?” Mrs Alberto asked her personal assistant who was pulling the cart behind.

The lady (AKA) Maria checked a list on her iPad, “We need gallon of oil, three packs of pasta and four cabbages,” She called out and Mrs Alberto started heading over to the gallon of oil.

Then she bumped into someone while searching, “Oh I’m so sorry, I-“ words got stuck into her mouth when she saw it was Gina.

Mrs Alberto rolled her eyes, “Excuse me,” She was about leaving when Gina grabbed her but quickly let go of her arm.

“Do you guys met? Have you reconcile?” Gina asked with so much worry on her face.

“And who are you taking about, Gina?” Mrs Alberto replied with a question.

“Your daughter of course, Julia. The one you’re looking for,” Gina said and Mrs Alberto narrowed her eyes.

“Are you trying to fool me? Weren’t you the one that show  Jessica Julia’s death certificate?” Mrs Alberto snapped.

“What death certificate? And who might Jessica be? What are you talking about, Vera?” Gina mumbled, perplexed.

Mrs Alberto was taken aback by her reaction and response, “You don’t know my second daughter?” She asked and Gina nod in response.

“Then, what about Julia’s death certificate she showed me? It states Julia died a very long time ago,” Mrs Alberto told her while Gina simply scoffed.

“The Julia I know which is your daughter is very much Alive. Adriana is alive,” Gina announced.

“And who are you referring to Adriana?”

“Your Daughter, That’s the name we gave her when she was still with us. Adriana is alive.”
