**Author's POV**
The kiss was like a wildfire, consuming them both in an instant. Her lips were soft, yet insistent, demanding and yielding all at once. Kael deepened the kiss, his hands tangling in her hair as he poured out all of his love and longing into her.
"Kael," she whispered against his ears, her voice husky with desire.
Hearing his name on her lips, spoken with such need unraveled him. He scooped her into his arms and carried her back into her chamber. Their lips never parted.
Lucian lingered in the shadows, his eyes fixed on the pair with a dark, seething intensity. His fists clenched as his body trembled with unfulfilled desire, his mind racing with forbidden thoughts, the nasty things he would do to Seraphina if he were to be in his grip.
"She’s mine," he growled silently. "I should be the one touching her, claiming her. She belongs to me."
His obsession burned hotter, and with a frustrated slam of his fist against the wall, he vowed, "I’ll take back what’s mine." Turning sharply, he stormed off to his chambers, determination simmering in his every step.
Inside, Kael sat her down gently, his hand shaking as he traced the curves of her cheek. "Are you sure," Kael asked, his voice thick with emotion.
She nodded, their eyes locking. “Yes, Kael. I want this again. I want you.
That was all the confirmation he needed.
He kissed her again, this time slower, taking the opportunity to savor every moment. His hands roamed around her body, mesmerizing every dip and curve. Her skin was warm and smooth and when she moaned softly against his touch, it was like music to his ears.
He laid her down on the bed, the moonlight streaming through the windows casting a soft glow over her. She looked ethereal, her hair spread out like a halo, her eyes dark with desire.
"You're perfect, Sera," he whispered, his voice reverence.
Then she reached up, pulling him down to herself. "Then show me. Show me how much you love me, Kael."
With wasting time, they peed off their clothes and stood naked. Kael pushed him inside her. Their bodies move in sync, every touch, every kiss igniting a spark that consumes them both.
Once they reached a climax, it was like the world shifted. Their bond is stronger than ever. It wasn't just physical-it was spiritual, emotional, a connection so profound that it left them gasping for breath.
Afterward, as they lay tangled in bed, Kael pressed a soft kiss to her forehead.
Thank you,” he murmured, his voice filled with gratitude.
“For what?” she asked softly.
"For forgiving me. For giving me a chance to love you and proving myself worthy of you."
She smiled, her eyes drifting shut. “Don’t make me regret it, Kael.”
“Never,” I promised, holding her close as sleep claimed us both.

The morning sun cast a golden hue over the forest, flittering in through the tall trees as Seraphina and Kael strolled hand in hand. Seraphina's laugh rang out as Kael playfully tugged at her, pulling her closer, her smile bright enough to rival the sunlight.
"Where are we going?" She asked, curiosity laced in her voice.
"We'll see," Kael replied, a teasing grin playing on his lips. They reached a clearing, the floor smooth against their feet. "I want to show you something."
Before she could respond, he stepped forward, his body rippling with power. Then some moments later, his form shifted, bones cracking and reshaping until a majestic black wolf stood before her. His fur glistened in the sunlight, and his amber eyes glowed with an otherworldly intensity.
Seraphina gasped, her hand flying over to her mouth. "Kael you are incredible."
The wolf padded toward her, nuzzling her hand with his snout. She hesitated before running her fingers through his thick fur, marveling at its smoothness. A playful growl rumbled from him, and he crouched slightly, nudging her leg.
"You want me to ride you?" She asked, her voice a mix of delight and surprise.
Kael's head bobbed in a wolfish nod.
With a giggle, Seraphina climbed onto his back, her hands wrapped around her neck securely. "Alright, big guy. Let's go."
Kael took off, weaving through the trees with ease. The wind rushed past her, and she laughed, excitement filling her chest.
After a while, they stopped by a stream and Seraphina slid off. "That's amazing," she said as she watched Kael shift back to his human form.
He pulled on a pair of pants he had stashed nearby, a playful smirk on his face. “I aim to impress.”
Her smile faltered slightly as she sat by the stream, dipping her legs into the cool water. "I wish I were like you -powerful, strong and free. But I'm..... just a witch "
Kael sat beside her, lifting her chin to meet his gaze. "Don't ever say that, Sera. You're more than "just a witch. You're extraordinary. Your magic is part of you and it's extraordinary."
Seraphina's eyes glitter with uncertainty. "What if I'm not enough?"
"You're more than enough," he said firmly. "You are everything to me. Whether you are a wolf, witch or anything else, I will always stand by you."
Her lips curved into a soft smile, and she leaned into his touch. “Thank you, Kael. You just have a way of making me feel better."
Kael gave her a grateful smile, his eyes blazing with affection. They lingered by the stream, basking in the peaceful moment together until Kael broke it. He couldn't ignore the questions lingering in his mind. He needed answers- to be sure of his stand.
"Sera," he called, glancing up at her. "Are we together now?"
The question caught her off guard and she was speechless for a while. But before she could respond the sound of footsteps disrupted them. Kael’s posture tensed, and Seraphina turned to see Lucian emerging from the shadows.
“Lucian,” Kael growled, rising to his feet protectively. "What are you doing here?"
Lucian didn't respond, instead, his dark eyes flicked between them, his jaw clenched. “She’s mine, Kael,” he said, his voice low and menacing. “Seraphina belongs to me.”
