"But God, who is rich in mercy, out of the great love with which he loved us while we were still dead as a result of our sins, gave us life together with Christ; by grace you have been saved." - Ephesians 2:4-5

Elisa told me I needed to find myself and here I am, after all I was lost, I think I've found myself now, not because Brian is here, but because of everything I've realized so far. Amidst this fluffy white sand and the immensity of crystal-clear waters bathed in moonlight and transformed into a perfect landscape.
In fact, I think I've finally found my safe haven, I am my safe haven. I've understood that I don't need anyone but myself and the Lord to be happy, basing my happiness on someone else only brings pain and disappointment.
I'm on the verge of feeling complete and only then will I be able to try something with Brian, it's like Elisa said, I need someone who overflows me and not completes me, I need to be complete. Lorenzo deceived me and hurt me a lot, all that will remain of our relationship is hurt, and I don't want that, we have two daughters and they are the only good things we've done and this can't die like this, in time I'll forgive him and I hope he can help my daughters with that. In the light of all this, I've realized how much I'm on the right track and I intend to stay that way.
- So, how are you feeling?
- Well, these days have been invigorating. I'm finally happy.
- Do you feel complete?
- Not yet, it's a long way off and everything will fall into place.
- I think so, I really wanted to kiss you.
- Brian...
- I know, and I told you I'll wait as long as it takes.
- It's not that, I want to too. I'm feeling like a teenager for this. - I said and we smiled.
When our lips touched, a kind of electric current went through my whole body, it was as if I was having my first kiss, the sound of the sea waves, everything around us seemed in perfect sync, it was a real movie scene. I felt alive. Then we broke apart and smiled at each other, our foreheads still pressed together and we stared at each other like two fools in love: "God writes right, by crooked lines."
THE END.
