Thalia practically lived at the police station.
Beautiful, high-maintenance, and a pain to deal with.
She called the cops every few days.

"Call Ethan and get him back here," the officer said as soon as he saw the scene. Ethan was the only one who came to mind.
The officer walked over with a headache, trying to cover Walter with a jacket.
Thalia watched, her voice icy. "Go ahead, I dare you."
"It's not right to go out like this."
"Do I need you to tell me what's right?" Thalia snapped back coldly.
"A cop's job is to handle the situation, not to worry about some scumbag. If you're so compassionate, go help some old lady selling veggies on the street."
Someone nearby spoke up for Thalia.
Suddenly, the officer remembered what Ethan had said: "When dealing with Thalia, just do your job and don't meddle. Usually, it won't be a big deal."

Ethan looked at Thalia, sitting across from him with wet hair dripping water. Clearly, she had just been pulled out of a shower and hadn't had time to dry her hair.
"And you ended up at the police station?"
"Yep!" Thalia replied lazily, "To stop them from making up stories, I had to ask you guys to be witnesses."
Ethan ruffled his hair, shaking water everywhere like a dog. Thalia leaned back, looking disgusted.
"For witnessing, shouldn't you have called me to the scene first? The scene's already over, and now you want me to witness? That's kinda pointless."
Thalia rolled her eyes, already knowing what Ethan was thinking.
"If you want to watch a show, just say so."
Ethan chuckled awkwardly, about to say something when Layla walked in with the company's legal team.
The sight of the legal team shocked Ethan. Was William about to lose favor?
Layla sighed in relief seeing Thalia unharmed.
Before the statements were finished, Wesley arrived, tossing a bag with clothes to Walter.
"Put these on."
Wesley was completely disappointed in Walter. If he weren't so old without another heir, he wouldn't even bother with Walter's antics.
He found a good match for him, but Walter didn't appreciate it.
He went out and messed around without even covering it up.
"Thalia, can we talk?" Thalia was chatting with Layla when she heard someone call her. She turned to see it was Wesley.
Thalia's eyes darkened.
But she still greeted Wesley politely.
"This situation is indeed our family's fault. I hope you can give our family another chance."
"The opportunity isn't mine to give; it's yours to earn. When things happened, you took your family and left quickly. Now you're here asking me for another chance. Your family did both the good and the bad, so where does that leave my family?"
"Under your feet?"
"Wesley, you know me. When I'm good to someone, I go all out. When I hate someone, I'll go to any lengths to take them down. I wasn't bad to your family, was I? But this is how you treat me? Two-faced, thinking you're the only smart ones in the world?"
Wesley was left speechless by Thalia's tirade.
He felt ashamed.
"Thalia, it's not all Walter's fault. You dated for a year and a half without getting intimate. Any man would have issues after that long."
"Blaming the girl for staying pure because he can't control himself? That's a new one."
"What? Walter has physiological needs from birth? A year and a half would kill him? Your family is all the same! No good ones among you."
Thalia's temper flared, and she didn't want to waste more words with Wesley: "Since Mr. Wood feels this way, I know what to do next."

"Can I leave now?" Thalia looked at Ethan.
Ethan got it, immediately handing her a paper to sign: "Sign this, and you can go."
