Alexus Turns Twenty Four

Alexus Turns Twenty Four
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIL SIS!” Morgan and Rachel screamed! Alexus grinned brightly.

"Thank you!”

As she looked around O’Mally’s she felt super special. All of Dark Moon and Moon Stone in attendance, even a few from the Clan. Still, she felt that something was missing, and she knew exactly what. And though she kept looking around hoping it would change, she knew that it wouldn’t.

“You alright?” Rachel asked, Alexus quickly plastered on a smile.

“I’m just so grateful that you all would go through all the trouble for me.”

“Lexy, you deserve it! Not to mention you know everyone loves you.”

Warm smiles and happy faces looked towards her and some even toasted in her honor. Music blasting, she felt Sam grab her hand. “Dance with me.” He smiled. Nodding, she let him lead her to the floor. Whipping her around, he pulled her to him, and grabbed her hips. Running his hands from her exposed stomach to the bare portion of her thighs, he murmured in her ear. “You feel incredible.”

She swallowed her spit. “Sam-people are watching…I-“ He breathed against her ear.

"Nobody can see us….and if they can...let them watch. You’re my mate and I want to dance with my mate.” His hand found the hem of her skirt. Slowly, he slid up one side. Alexus quickly pulled at it and turned to face him.

"Stop.” He scoffed.

"Jesus, I can’t even do that.” She shook her head.

“I already told you how I feel.”

“So I can’t claim you, we can’t have sex, and I can’t even pleasure you on your birthday?” Alexus retched her head back.

"Why are you pressuring me? If I don’t want to do anything until we’re married, you should respect that. I told you before you proposed.”

He ran his hand through his hair in frustration. “Maybe you shouldn’t wear such clingy things around me then. It’s like flaunting the goods and getting mad because I want to have a taste.” She glared at him hard.

"What the fuck did you just say to me?!”

“I didn’t mean it. I’m sorry.” She turned away from him, and he grabbed her arm hard. Alexus snarled at him.

"Let me go Sam.”

“Alexus, I’m sorry. I promise I didn’t mean it.”

She pulled herself free. Saying nothing else, she stormed away to join her sisters at their table. “What’s wrong Lexy?” She shook her head.

“Nothing.” Sterling's face went cold.

“Did Sam do something to you?”

“No of course not.”

Sterling blew steam from his nose, and he looked to Jordan and Elijah who eyes were burning yellow and filled with rage. They didn’t know what he did, but they could sense how uncomfortable she was, and their eyes locked onto Sam. She tapped Jordan.

“Please, I promise I’m fine.” He tried to calm himself. Looking around, Alexus tilted her head, at the sight of a box. “What’s that?” Morgan shrugged.

“I don’t know. Stacy brought it and said it was for you.”

“But she already got me a gift.” She said, pointing to her outfit. Grabbing the medium size box, she realized how heavy it was. Alexus sat it on the table and slowly opened it. Her eyes widened, as she pulled out what was inside. Rachel scrunched her face.

"I-is that a purple microscope?” Alexus could hardly speak. It was lavender, her favorite color, with her name in gold trim.

“It’s beautiful.” She whispered. Morgan reached into the box.

"Here, there’s a card.” Opening it, she read it, seeing the small rose and tulip sticker inside.

"A mad scientist needs a microscope that’s as unique as her. One that will discover all the things that I know her intelligent mind will uncover. Happy birthday Alexus, may it be one that fills you with the same feeling as bluest water you’ve ever seen. - Demetri"

Alexus hands shook as she looked from the microscope to the note. She stuffed both back into the box.

“Get rid of it.”

“Lexy” She looked at Rachel.

"Get rid of it Rach.” Rachel nodded, and grabbed the box, watching her sister walk away.

“We’re not throwing this away.” Morgan nodded.

“She wouldn’t want us to.”

Alexus found herself on her fourth shot, trying her best to avoid her sisters. With every drop of liquor that coursed through her veins, the blue eyed Primus slowly faded away.

Why would he give me that?!

She was angry, and another emotion she didn’t want to admit. One that didn’t make any sense, as she hardly knew who he was. She didn’t care where Sam was, or the fact that after their fight he’d disappeared. By her eighth drink, she didn’t care about much of anything. And that was what she’d remembered the most about drinking, the reason she used to drink until she was no longer in control. Woozy, she slipped from the side door to catch her breath, but she could hardly stand. And before she could make it back to her sisters, Alexus completely blacked out.

-----------------------------------------------------

“I’m coming, I’m coming.” Demetri groaned, looking at his Rolex. Running his hand through his hair, he felt nervous about what was the late night emergency. He opened the large doors, and his eyes widened as he saw Alexus standing outside. She was shivering, and as soon as she saw him, she cocked back and hit him hard in the chest.

“BLOODY HELL!” He shouted. It didn’t hurt, as more so shocked him. She wobbled.

“THAT’S FOR NOT COMING TO MY BIRTHDAY PARTY!” She hit him again. “AND THAT’S FOR GIVING ME THAT AMAZING GIFT!” He could see the tears in her eyes. And he grabbed her shoulders.

"Alexus, are you drunk?” She shook away from him.

"WHY DO YOU CARE?!” She swung into his chest, and he grabbed her, holding her until she calmed. Laying against him she whispered through her tears.

“Why didn’t you come for me?” Looking to the sky, he shook his head.

“I’m sorry.”

He knew she didn’t drink, not after what happened to her. And yet here she was at his door alone, crying in his arms. “Did you walk here by yourself?” She shook her head, hearing him blow steam in anger.

"I’m sorry…I didn’t mean to make you mad. I didn’t feel good…and I just started walking and somehow I ended up here.”

Demetri covered his mouth with his hand trying to process her words. Saying nothing, he picked her up and carried her inside. The room spinning Alexus laid her head on his chest and breathed in his scent.

Demetri carried her to the bathroom and sat her on the floor. “Do you need to vomit?” She nodded.

“I don’t want you to see me though.” Moving her hair from her face, he gave her a stern look. He held her hair as she vomited until she couldn’t anymore. Standing, he walked her to the sink and gave her one of four purple toothbrushes. She chuckled.

"Why do you have purple toothbrushes?”

“I keep them around for personal reasons.”

Nodding, she tried her best to steady herself, while brushing her teeth. She heard his voice. “Are you okay to take a shower? I’ll grab you something and call your sisters.” Nodding again, she turned on the water and turned in his direction.

"I’m sorry for being a burden.” He grabbed her.

"Alexus, look at me. You are NOT a burden okay?” She shook her head feverishly.

Exiting the bathroom, Demetri covered his mouth again with his hand and paced around the room. “FUCK, FUCK FUCK!” He screamed, slamming his hand into the wall. He picked up the phone and dialed Morgan’s number. “Hello…yes she’s here….I don’t know, she just turned up…Morgan, she’s really drunk. Where’s Sam?” His eyes reddened, hearing Sam had disappeared, but he tried his best to stay calm. “Yeah…okay. I’ll bring her to you in the morning.” Hanging up, he grabbed one of his shirts and threw it on the bed before summoning one of his servants.

“Please have this dress cleaned and dried before the morning.” Returning to the room, his eyes widened, seeing Alexus in his shirt.

“It’s a bit big.” She smiled, feeling relieved when he smiled in return. Liquor still coursing through her veins, she stumbled towards the bed. Demetri rubbed the back of his neck.

“Sleep well. I’ll escort you to your sisters in the morning.” She panicked.

“Can you stay please?” He looked at her and shook his head no. “Please….” He saw a small sad pout form on her lips, and he closed his eyes and inhaled deeply. “Just until I fall asleep?”

“Just until you fall asleep.”

Satisfied, she crawled under the covers and looked to Demetri as he joined her. She tried her best to keep her eyes open, not wanting him to leave. She felt her eyes close and she snuggled into him feeling his body still. Alexus wrapped her arm around his waist, and Demetri looked to the ceiling. It had been so long since she’d been in his arms, and he felt truly at peace. His eyes closed, and hearing her snore lightly, he moved to slide out the bed, but she grabbed him and pulled him closer as she’d done many months ago. And before he knew it, Demetri had fallen asleep as Alexus laid on his chest. In her sleep she felt him kiss her forehead, and she too felt a sense of peace.

----------------------------------------------

The next morning

“God…I’ve missed you Little One.” Demetri said as he dreamed of Alexus.

Hands in her hair, he yanked her to him before sliding his tongue into her mouth. She groaned and returned his intensity, her body pressed close to him. He didn’t want to wake up, the feel of her body more realistic than all the dreams he’d had before. Their tongues danced, and she ran her fingers through his hair. Biting her lip gently, he felt her shiver. She murmured sensually.

“Demetri…” And his eyes opened. Alexus in his arms, her brown eyes darkened with desire, her lips plumped from his kiss.

“SHIT!” He backed from the bed, falling off.

Springing up, she watched him stand and grumble expletives. His blue eyes looked at her. “I’m sorry Alexus. I was dreaming…but that still…fuck I’m sorry.” She said nothing, but touched her lips and continued to look at him. She pulled herself to her knees and pushed her body forward. Demetri couldn’t understand the look in her eyes.

Alexus grabbed his shirt, and pulled him to her, covering his lips with hers. Demetri's body stilled until she pulled him on top of her. Kissing her back he moved down to her neck, hearing her moan as she arched into him.

She ran her small hands under his shirt and dug her nails into his back. Alexus wrapped her legs around Demetri and grinded against his erect manhood.

“Shit..” She heard him groan before pinning her hands to the bed. He took her lips again, and extended her fingers, linking her hands with his. Demetri stopped, as he felt the engagement ring on her finger. He stood and covered his mouth.

“I can’t do this. You’re engaged and I might be a lot of things, but I’m not that.”

Tugging at her shirt, she looked to the bed in embarrassment. “I-I don’t know what’s going on with me…” She murmured as her tears hit the comforter. “I don’t even know you, and yet I-I don’t-I feel-“ He saw the sadness in her brown eyes. “The only thing I do know for sure is that your arms feel like…home.” He inhaled sharply and she stood. “Tell me why does it feel that way? Why I feel safe with you?…why do you look at me like you-“ She looked down the floor, her face red. “God, I’m so stupid.”

“Alexus, you’re NOT stupid…this is all my fault.” She shook her head.

“No…you’ve been nothing but kind to me. You took care of me when I was sick…and I-I took advantage of that.”

Alexus looked around, the weight of the room closing in. “I shouldn’t have come here….I’m so sorry…” She quickly grabbed her dress. Not caring if he saw her, she briskly changed her clothes. Her tears laid another crack to his already broken heart. He heard her whisper.

“She’s so lucky.”

“Who?”

“Whoever you were dreaming about. Your Little One…the one you kept calling for in your sleep…the one you wish that was here instead of me.” She saw his lip quiver and she darted to the door. “I’m so sorry.” She called over her shoulder, ignoring his calls for her not to leave.

Returning back to Sam’s home, she found him coming from the shower. She shook her head violently. “I messed up…I really missed up…” He pulled her in his arms.

“Hey…no I messed up. I shouldn’t have said what I said…I shouldn’t have left you.”

“No, you don’t understand! I kissed-“ Sam silenced her with a kiss.

“Do you still want to marry me?” Alexus shook her head yes. He wiped a tear from her eye. “Then let's leave it there okay? You made a mistake. I don't need to know, I already forgive you. It’s the past and I don’t care as long as you completely here with me now.”

Alexus wrapped her hands around his waist and pulled him in close. Kissing her temple, and murmured against her. “I made some breakfast, why don’t you go eat? Shower in the other bath and we can spend the day together if you want? Let me get dressed and finish what I was doing.” Kissing him again, Alexus grabbed some clothes and made her way to the kitchen.

Sam walked back into the bathroom and shut the door before smirking as he pulled his secret guest into his arms. Lifting her to the counter, he entered her and covered her mouth to keep her silent. Thrusting hard into her, he groaned into her neck as she tried her best to stifle her moans. She tightened her walls, and closed her eyes, as her legs shook from her orgasm. Feeling his release, the two stared at one another breathless listening to Alexus move around in the kitchen. She wrapped her legs around him and bit her lip, as he moved inside her, growing erect once more. Hearing the shower from the other bath, he yanked her into him as the two started all over again.
