CHAPTER 37

Klara's pov 

All the whispering, the darkness, the eerie feeling it's triggering my past memories. I haven't seen sunlight for quite a few days now. I don't even know where i am.

 Hope begins in the dark, the stubborn hope that if you just show up and try to do the right thing, the dawn will come. You wait and watch and work: you don't give up.  

I haven't given up, they continued to abuse me, the pain was not tolerable at all but then i didn't feel anything. 

I have to escape and i will escape, two guards are there at the gate, they only come in to give me food and its going to be here soon. 

I have to come up with something, think about the training klara. 

"Hey you brat! Eat up" the creepy looking guard said. I glared at him but he chuckled.

"Aww kitten is angry! I am so scared. What will you do huh? No one loves you. Where is your family? Where is your pretty boyfriend?" He mocked me. I have to stay strong nothing will happen to me now. 

Flowers grow out of dark moments.

The second guard was at the gate, i had my previous days plate i smashed it at his head and he screamed. 

The another guard came and held the gun at my forehead, i tried to kick him , punch him but he was very heavily trained. 

I have to do something, i took the gun from the first guards pocket and shot the second guard. 

Straight out of a movie scene. 

Irish mafia. 

Fckn idiots.

The stair were too creepy , there is barely any light in the hall, it was very hard for me to go somewhere but somehow i managed. 

There was a very small room at the end of the hall, 

Please god let the luck be on my side. 

I peeped through the door and saw no one was there, time to do some research. 

There were many files, binders , on top of the table something unique caught my attention. 

It was a file with a girl's name and i know that i have seen her somewhere. 

Think klara! 

There was pacing outside the hall .

There were multiple shouts

"Where is she" 

"Where the fck did she went" 

"You god damn as*holes" 

Blah blah! Can't i just go with my family for god's sake. 

I hid under the table as Someone was approaching.

Hours went by but to no avail no one found me. 

Azrael's pov 

"Sir we found her" 

That words gave me a smile, after so many days finally i can see my queen. 

How much i missed her ,

Her smile, her voice, her eyes, her cologne, her happiness. 

"Get our members ready, we will attack in one hour" i ordered sternly. 

I have to inform the De Lucas, 

Dialling Mr Leonardo's phone i just remembered something, something which i have to do for klara but i am so scared. 

"Mr Leonardo we found Klara's location we will attack in one hour. Please come fast" i said 

"Thank god. Thank you so much Azrael, we will reach at your base in ten minutes" he replied back 

And ended the call, before i could say no problem. 

Time passed and everything was ready, now i just have to check everything. 

"Are vehicles ready?" 

I asked jake

"Yes" 

"The guns? The smoke grenade? The-

"Calm down Azrael, everything is fine now we are ready to go" 

Jake is my best friend, he knows how nervous i am . 

I nodded and he left. 

Klara's rest of the cousin from spain too came back , all her fifteen brothers are here. 

Great Azrael just great. 

Her brother from france too just came a day before, no female of her family except her mother is informed about the incident because they will start panicking. It will cause them stress and there will be chaos.

But that said now

I am getting you back my love.

Leonardo's pov 

My daughter's location has finally been found, those fckn john and elena how dare they kidnapped my little princess.

How much i would love to chop their fingers, burn their fingers and slit their tongue. 

She is my little baby , but if we see it from another point of view i am a terrible father, if only i would have made her security tighten she wouldn't have been kidnapped. 

"Calm down dad, we all are just as furious as you are" my second oldest son Mario. 

"We will torture them in the ways they never thought. Those fckn bitches" Anthony gritted . 

"Dad i can't just stop thinking that why, irish mafia is not taking any action! 

I just think that bastard SEAN OISIN MURPHY is somehow related to this kidnapping. If that bastard is involved i will not hesitate to kill him in an instant" Lorenzo said very aggressively, he is so pissed that even monkeys will go away from him. 

"I would kill that fckn irish don if -

Before aiden could complete the sentence i smashed his head.

"Aiden. You are still a baby to me stop cussing and now everyone lets go . The Kings are waiting for us" i ordered . 

We reached the base of kings , Azrael getting serious and tensed is what bothering me , what does klara mean to him ? 

I guess only time will tell. 

Amelia's pov

My daughter is missing , i have cried so much i can't do anything, there she is living in hell and i am doing nothing. 

I just have to depend on Leonardo and my sons. 

Veronica is trying to cheer me up but how can i be happy when my daughter is suffering. 

She already has suffered so much and all this things happening to her will break her. 

She is just eighteen for gods sake! 

I was holding a picture of her , she was happily playing piano and all her brothers were watching her , she is a pure bliss.

I didn't realise i was crying when i felt few tears on my hand. 

"Its okay Amelia, i am with you . And don't forget about that in future she is going to be my daughter in law" she winked.

I chuckled. 

"You really care for her Veronica" i smiled .

"Of course i do, i lost my daughter Susan right? I am now not crying . I am being strong for my family so you also have to do it amelia. If you will cry then what will klara say huh?" 

"Okay okay i get it . Don't remind me of susan or i will cry more , she too was pure angel" 

All i can do now is wait. 

Azrael's pov

"We will do our best . Inform as soon as you see klara" i said through our Bluetooth device. 

"We will get her for sure" Andrew said. 

"Okay we are reaching the destination in two minutes" grayson said , he was tracking the location which we found by very hard effort. 

"There are three teams- Delta , Alpha and beta . 

All the italian and spanish mafia members are delta. 

All the American mafia members are Alpha . 

And French and Russian mafia is beta." 

I said , there were multiple people replying yes sir. 

Feels like i am on a soldier mission. 

The warehouse was coming into view, it was quite big and it was located in a totally deserted area. Few guards were at the front gate, 

"Delta will cover the front, Beta will cover right and left and alpha will cover from back. Everyone knows Rendezvous , our first priority is finding klara" Lorenzo said. 

If he was of my age there would have been quite competition between us but he is my girlfriend's brother nothing can be done. 

Just as Lorenzo said everyone started doing their task, i was in the front of backside . 

There were around ten guards, 

"Xax smoke the gate, jake then you throw some grenades" i ordered 

"Rest wait for my sign to attack" i shouted 

Xax and jake did what i told them, three were down by bomb , i waved the sign and firing started. 

By their dress up it was clear .

THEY ARE PART OF IRISH MAFIA. 

Lorenzo was right. 

Damn these motherfckers. 

I was so much consumed by rage that i started firing angrily. 

I will kill you SEAN OISIN MURPHY. 

Their alarm started , more guards came! 

"Jake and his team handle the guards , i will look for klara. Xax's team you have to back us up." 

Just hang on love, i am coming. 

I feel like i am in a movie, all the yelling , firing. 

"Make sure that Elena and John are alive. We will torture them to their death" Mr Ivan said, ivan really looks klara as his little sister. I was wrong about his intentions. 

First we went to basement , there were guards laying down on floor , definitely klara did. 

Where are you? 

Klara's pov 

Gunshots! Firing! Bombs. You name it everything was there. 

They are here. 

Finally they are here. 

Four -five days without my family, it feels like eternity . 

It is true that Homesickness is not always a vague, nostalgic, almost beautiful emotion, although that is somehow the way we always seem to picture it in our mind. It can be a terrible keen blade... It can change the way one looks at the world.

I was jumping up down, completely forgetting about my injuries, great klara. 

I hissed in pain.

"Oww oww oww damn you injuries" i yelled banging the table. 

"You know the table isn't the one to blame for" 

I turned around and saw the love of my life looking directly at me .

"Azrael ! You are here" i yelled and jumped in his arms , and kissed him. 

"Hey love. Sorry i am late" he murmured 

"Shut up you fool. You are here and that is all that matters. You don't know how much -

"Okay wtf is going on here" 

I didn't even get the chance to complete my sentence when my brother from france and Mr Ivan from russia were there, gawking at us. 

"Mr ivan , Ethan oh my god you are here too" i yelled and again jumped from Azrael's arms and went to hug both of them, again completely ignoring my injuries. 

"Hey there k bear" both ruffled my hair. 

I huffed.

"Now tell us what was happening-

"Oh hush you both give me break, i will explain everything to you later, i have to meet others too" i made puppy face which i definitely know they can't resist.

"Where is my dad and brothers" i asked. 

"Don't you hear all these amazing sound outside this room, they are making it" Ethan explained.

"Mr Leonardo we have found klara" Azrael said in his Bluetooth device, it made me go wide eyed. 

I took Azrael's arm and dragged him towards corner of the room

"Don't tell me that all my family members heard our conversation" i whisper yelled.

"Relax love, only my team heard it because i was on my team channel" he chuckled caressing my cheek. 

"Okay now i am gonna cry if you do more of your lovy dovy talks . Now as the mission is completed lets go back to base" xax yelled through his Bluetooth device. 

Way to ruin a moment Xax.

"No xax we still have to find elena and john" Azrael said. 

"The delta team found them." Jake replied . 

Azrael gave me the extra device so i was able to hear all their talks. 

"Okay lets go" Mr Ivan said.

I was holding Azrael's hand , the sight outside the room was terrific. 

Bodies were on the floor, blood was everywhere, the walls were hardly there, the lights were hanging. 

"Don't worry i am here" Azrael said . 

"Go your family is at front gate" 

He said , i ran so fast despite of my injuries, i want to see my brothers , my father my father .

How much i missed them. 

"Dad" i yelled and went towards him, his clothes were covered in blood but fck that .

"Oh my princess" dad had tears in his eyes we both hugged each other i again hissed in pain

"So sorry princess" 

"Okay we are too here sister. Are we ghosts or what" andrew said . 

"Andrew aiden" i hugged both of them. 

"Hey baby sister" how much i love these idiots. I too had tears in my eyes. 

"My turn." Gray said 

"My monkeyyy !" I hugged him too

"Where are those three" i asked looking for them. 

"They will be here, they are just doing some work" dad replied. 

"Hello jake, xax , mike and rest of people" i shouted. 

Because they were quite far away. 

Now who smashed my head 

"Oww what was that for dad" i asked

He shrugged. 

"Well well if isn't a very good family reunion" someone came and from behind me and started clapping . 

Honestly he was looking so scary and creepy that it gave my goosebumps. 

"I knew it . If isn't SEAN MURPHY" dad said. 

"Klara run" Azrael said. 

"Hahaha too late little lover" that sean guy said. 

He held me wrist and i cried in pain. 

He tilted my face with his very rough hands and held my jaw. 

"So pretty face but so sad that it have to die" my eyes widened. 

"What do you want from me!" I asked thrashing around in his hold . 

"What i want? Its to rule this whole world" he started laughing manically, i am hundred percent sure that joker too will be scared by his evil laugh. 

He took out his gun and pointed the gun at my ear. 

"Now now the tables have turned" 

"We will discuss it thorough negotiation Sean, just leave my daughter alone" dad yelled . 

"Shh my ears will burst. I already asked you that but you declined" 

"And tell what your demand was! It was that i hand over italian mafia to you" dad gritted his teeth. 

This stupid sean. Who does he think he is! Asking my dad for his mafia. No way in hell he or anyone would give that up! 

"I already told you , if you don't agree the consequences will be tough" damn this sean Murphy. Stupid irish leader. 

Now he is pissing me off, i kicked him where sun doesn't shine and punched his jaw and raw towards Azrael because he near and dad was at a distance, why i had to greet everyone! Stupid me! 

"Klara behind you" Mr Ivan shouted but i was late Azrael was on the floor taking a bullet in his stomach. 

"Azrael" i yelled. 

"You bastard how did you shoot him !" 

Taking the gun from Azrael's hand i shot Sean thrice.

One on his stomach

One on his brain

One on his shoulder 

How dare he shoot the love of my life.

Everything was like in slow motion.

"Azrael, hey hey hey wake up , nothing has happened to you. Please wake up" i patted his cheeks and held his body crying nonstop.

"K-klara, i- i love y-you so much. I-if i don't make it r-remember i have always loved you" he whispered and closed his eyes.

"Azrael! Nooooooooo" i yelled and started hitting the floor. 

It was too much, i am draining, i am loosing it.

"Hey hey its okay" Lorenzo came and held me.

But i didn't got to say anything as i wad consumed by darkness.

If you think happiness is about avoiding certain people in your life, be careful who you choose to be part of your happiness ; instead get rid of the darkness you accumulate and start spreading happiness and see what comes your way. Even the happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word 'happiness' would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. Loosing you anchor is the pain, the emptiness . He is my everything and absolutely everything. 

Lorenzo's pov 

She was exhausted , she didn't had any energy left. All the things made her faint. Sean shooting Azrael, Azrael taking bullet for klara , she getting kidnapped, she getting abused . How much she has to go through? 

Everyone are silent , right now everyone are in the cars and heading towards base, Azrael's father didn't came he was managing the mission from base if there was any emergency we needed someone to contact. Ryan too was with his father. 

I have no words for Azrael, though he is very hard in showing his feelings to others he is a very softie towards Klara. 

Dad too is in deep thoughts. 

"Dad its okay" i said . 

"No Lorenzo this time it is not. Why he had to take bullet for her" dad yelled. 

I placed my hand on my head and massaged it. 

"Dad don't you see. He did it out of love." I replied

His eyes finally hit the realisation. 

"All these times they loved each other didn't they" he asked calmly

"Of course they did dad. Mother was  always so ecstatic Klara and Azrael. They both really love each other dad. I am hundred percent sure klara would have done same for Azrael if she was in his shoes" i smiled. 

"These sneaky little love birds." He chuckled. 

My stupid dad.

Everyone were tired , the kings base was in view , the cars stopped and the members of Alpha quickly took Azrael to medical ward. 

The look on Mr Robert King was speechless. He was looking at the direction where the stretcher went taking Azrael, next then  delta team took Klara towards the same medical ward. 

"L-leo w-what happened" Mr king started trembling . 

"Come on Robert" dad placed his hand on his shoulder and they went away. 

Ryan came running outside with Mrs King . 

"Where is Azrael and Klara" she asked looking everywhere for them. 

"Mrs king and Ryan come with me" Mario said. 

How the fck will i explain everything to mom? God please no!

She will literally have a mental breakdown.

Now here she comes. 

Klara's PoV

Beep beep beep. 

Opening my eyes i instantly closed it, everything was white. 

I am dead right? 

I am in heaven or hell? 

Where am i. 

I blinked my eyes continuously to adjust the surrounding, it turns that i am in hospital room. 

My body was covered in bandages, and IV connected in my hand. 

"Azrael!" I shouted. 

I tried to take out the IV but to no abail it won't come out. 

"Mam please dont do this, you will get hurt" the nurse tried to stop me. 

"Where is he? Where is Azrael" i again started shouting, i have to see him. 

"Mam he is- 

The nurse was about to complete the sentence when the door opened and Mom came. 

"Oh thank god you are okay. My baby" she came and hugged me carefully. 

"M-mom" i started crying , how much i missed her. 

"M-mom where is he ? H-has s-something happened t-to h-him?" I asked trembling in fear. 

I cannot and will not loose him. 

"He is in coma baby. There are fifty -fifty chances of him waking up" she whispered. 

"N-no mom. I have to see him" i yelled . 

Mom nodded at nurse, she took out my IV and I  jumped out of the bed. 

I was wearing a hospital gown, at the lobby , no one was there except receptionist. 

"Where is he!" I banged my hand on the counter. 

"H-he is in ICU" she whispered. 

I ran straight towards ICU, there he was laying at the bed looking so pale and exhausted. 

Seeing him brought tears in my eyes. 

Mrs King was holding his hand and was silently crying. 

"Mrs king" i said and placed my hand on her shoulder. She looked at me and hugged me. 

"Thank god you are safe. Don't scare me like that again" 

I quietly chuckled, tears still coming out. 

"I will come in two minutes, you stay here" with that she exited.

"W-why! Why Azrael why! You didn't had to take that bullet for me! You stupid idiot hot jerk! Why can't you understand! Don't do any stunts like this again! I hate you so so much ! You are scaring the shit out of me! Wake up please! Wake up" i started crying banging side of his bed. 

"You are here because of me, please don't you dare die on me! Wake up please" i cried and cried holding his hand. 

"Its okay klara don't blame this on your self" Mrs king came and  caressed my back.

"No if only i had seen the bullet before him. He can't die Mrs King , he can't how can i live without him when he is my everything. Without him its like living in the world without soul. He has to come back for me , for you , for his friends" 

"I know baby, i know . He will fight the coma i know it." She said and caressed my hair. 

"Now go back to your room, be perfectly fine then stay with him. He wouldn't like you to be not properly healed right? Get well soon" 

I nodded and left.

The nurse again plugged the IV, 

"For how many days i was passed out?" I asked

"For one day mam. Your family is asking for you. Should i send them in" the nurse asked and i nodded.

"Oh princess. You are finally doing good" Lorenzo came and kissed my forehead.

"Hi baby sister" mario too came and kissed my forehead. 

"Heres my sweet pie sister" Anthony came and hugged me. 

I smiled finally. 

"Hi guys." I replied. 

"Oh MY GOD! Anthony, Mario , Lorenzo you guys came in here without telling us." Definitely grayson is yelling. 

"Stop yelling gray, my ears will burst out" i glared at him. 

Soon the twins too came and hugged me , dad and mom too later came and we talked. 

Oh shit i completely forgot about my friends. 

"Oh FCK what about Sarah, Lia and Sophia" i shouted gaining everyone's attention.

Lorenzo and Dad both smashed my head.

"Owwww" 

"Stop cussing and gray took care of it" dad said.

"Don't worry i told them about mafia. They were already getting suspicious" he murmured.

I 'accidentally' spilled out the juice.

"What the hell has happened in the past one day" i said. 

Everyone chuckled.

Azrael please be fine.

Mario's pov

Now that klara is finally fit n fine. She is at the hospital with Azrael, she really loves him. 

Dad and rest of my brothers shared a look and we went towards our Italian base. 

How much we will torcher That John, mother will take care of elena. 

They both weren't given any food for the past three days except two piece of bread and a glass of water. 

We would torcher them in the ways that they would beg us to kill them. 

They abused our baby sister. 

They treated her badly. 

They kidnapped her. 

They took her away from us for thirteen years. 

They had the audacity to threaten our mafia. 

Everyone were thinking evilly . 

"Lets go from youngest to eldest" dad said. 

Gray smiled and took his knife and went towards john's cell. 

I am supposed to watch these idiots if they would get too far, so that means i would get to see how much my brothers have grown up. 

Gray took out his special customised knife and within a second he stabbed the knife on his right leg. 

Then on right .

"How dare you hurt our little sister you bastard" he yelled. 

John yelled in agony, next gray chopped his fingers. 

Blood was spilling but gray was not at all scared. 

He tortured him for about five minutes when i stopped him.

"Its done Azrael" i said and he understood And left. 

"I-is that all" john started laughing. 

"Oh you wait and watch" i smiled evilly. 

Next came both the twins. 

Andrew came with very very hot water and poured it all over him, aiden then used his sticks to beat him up and andrew used glass. 

It was very terrific. 

Next was Anthony he used rods.

I used knife.

Lorenzo beat him with his hands and leg only. 

Dad used everything. 

In the end all of us shot him with our gun. 

He had to die with seven bullets. 

Thats for hurting our baby sister. 

No one messes with De luca. 

Mom didn't told us about her ways of torchers and she shot elena eight times. 

Serves them right. 

Klara's pov 

A week has passed and Azrael's health was getting better

"Wake up Azrael , now stop your drama okay! We are supposed to marry each other! We were going to spend our lives together. We were going to create our own clothing brand. Get up please.  I love you so much" 

I have stopped counting the times i cried in this week, i am fine now but this lover boy has to wake up.

I held one of my hand in his hand and other on his hair. 

I was starring at the wall when i felt something moving under my hand.
