CHAPTER 34
Klara's pov
The preparations are finally done and the day is finally here. I am nervous as wreck what if something happens and Lorenzo doesn't like the preparation.
Its his life changing decision after all.
Its been four years since i have reunited with my family. I couldn't help but feel nostalgic, time flew by. One day i was so abused and heartbroken and here i am standing in a full energetic girl.
Just received a call from the event planner that the work is done. I sent the text with a quick thank you.
Sitting in the your class room is boring as hell and since i haven't seen Azrael i am getting more annoyed. My brothers are here too but they with their friends and my besties Lia and sophia didn't came to school today.
Sophias reason was justificable she was having cramps like eating raw onion with ginger.
And lia? She yesterday watched The Originals and is still bothered that why Klaus and Elijah had to die.
She is hating Hope on next level .
She is a big drama queen .
I grumpily walked out of my class because i was not at all interested in this bi*ch class. Our Physics teacher hate De Lucas a lot, i even didn't do a shit but she hates me too because i am De Luca , she hasn't said that but her reaction says it all.
Apparently Anthony did a horrible stunt to her , something with filling her office with slime or like that and she has be on our head since then.
I wasn't clearly watching where i was going when i bumped into someone.
"Woah woah princess what got you so angry" there stood the love of my life looking absolutely stunning.
"Azraelll hii" i yelled and hugged him.
"Someone missed me, but come outside we don't want whole campus to know about our relationship now do we?" He said and i am damn sure that i am looking like a red tomato.
Speaking of tomato, i was eating raw tomato from the last three days and i didn't even noticed that i started having acne, i really didn't knew that raw tomatoes gives you acne.
He placed his hand on my waist and we both went outside.
"Did i ever told you?" He asked
"What" i asked leaning my head on his shoulder as we were sitting by the fountain.
"That i love you and you look amazing in school uniform too" he smiled .
I smacked his head.
"Stop being so romantic mr romeo"
He just hummed.
We both sat and talked for half an hour when we decided to leave.
"Come on i want to go to home, i have to see final lookout for the proposal" i said.
"Why do you have to go. Stay here please" he murmured as he was trying to sleep in my lap.
"Come on sleepyhead."
Finally after so many attempts i made him go to his home.
I seriously love to spend time with him.
Soon after i reached home and thanked Stuart (De Lucas driver) .
As usual mom was in the living room , dad and my elders brothers in the office and the other ones probably were just hanging around .
"Mom i am home" i yelled knowing that i was going to yell the guards were already placing their hands on the their ears.
Seriously?
"Your habits really don't go princess" dad said coming in the living room.
"Daddd hii you are here" i said and hurriedly went towards him and hugged him.
He chuckled and started caressing my hair.
"Hi princess, come on lets eat i was waiting for you"
"You don't have work dad. Its not like i am being rude but-
"Why do you overthink so much. Come on" he ended my rambling .
My mother chuckled.
"Like father like daughter"
The rest of the day , i spent with boring stuff like doing homework and selecting the dress which i have to wear .
God knows what Lorenzo told to others because everyone came home and started getting ready.
Before i was going to get ready lorenzo came.
"Hi princess! Thank you for doing my work" he smiled.
Lorenzo really does smile very often but when he smiles his dimples pop up.
"Why are you thanking me lolo, after all i am your only favourite sister"
I dramatically said.
He chuckled.
"Oh and don't worry, i said to others that their is something i am going to do and to get ready formally"
"Oh. I am one hundred percent sure that they will guess it. You shouldn't have said that lolo." I placed my hand on the head.
He just shrugged. I showed him the final pictures and he smiled telling me how awesome it is .
I decided to wear a red velvet color dress.
It was so cool on me and i unfortunately looked good.
Soon we all were ready , Lorenzo and i left a bit prior and explained the guards to what to do with the family.
Lorenzo's PoV
For the first time in my whole life i am feeling nervous as hell. What if she rejects me, what if she is not ready for the future of us.
I sent her a lavender color dress , which was specially customised for her by professionals.
She was asking why and what is the reason , so i just told her to wear this and follow the guidelines of the guard which i left for her.
The place looks amazing, there was small little house behind venue and my family will watch the proposal from terrace and then if she agrees, they will come down.
A tire screeching voice was heard, she is here.
According to the plan, the lights were turned off .
It was pitch black.
Only one lightbulb of the house could be seen.
And here she comes.
Lily's pov
Lorenzo just texted me and said that to come in this location, he sent me a guard and a dress.
The dress looks so lovely and its so beautiful that i cried when i saw that dress.
It was like it was made for me.
I love Lorenzo a lot and i want us to be one step ahead in our future lives.
The beautiful lavender color dress was so amazing.
It had frills and gave ball types of look.
How hard did i fell for this Italian Mafia Don?
There was pitch black in the area, i was scared
"Its okay madam, nothing to worry about just take one step at a time"
The guard said.
There were different types of stones in the pavement.
As soon as i took one step the one bulb ignited.
If someone's not recording this moment i am going to kick their a*s because this feels like i am in a movie.
I was able to spot a small house but wasn't able to look inside.
My view came in front of a pool,
Suddenly Lorenzo turned around and all the lights ignited.
Someone please pinch me, because this is a dream come true.
The love of my life on his one knee and behind him the message
'Will you marry me'
I gasped and placed my hand on my mouth.
"Lily Rivera, i knew that when i first saw you in the hospital you were the one, you respect me and everyone specially my family. I love you so much and i would like to spend my whole life with you . So will you do me a favour and Marry Me please?"
I started crying!
"Yes yes yes a hundred times yes" i said and jumped over him.
Which by the way was very difficult since i am wearing this heavy dress.
He stumbled but held me closely.
He then placed me down and slided the ring on my finger.
It was so beautiful.
I am engaged.
Suddenly every rest of the De luca came and hugged me.
"Yes yes yes yes !!! My plan succeeded" klara came in view dancing up and down.
Lorenzo chuckled.
"Lily she was the one who planned this. She really loves you a lot" Lorenzo smiled at the end.
I just went near her and hugged her.
"Thank you so much klara. I love you so much and i am so happy that i will be your sister in law because i will have you" I squealed and pinched her cheeks.
"Exactly!! I will tell you so many things, then we will have girls day and many more things" she too squealed.
WHY ARE WE SQUEALING!
"I am so proud of you lorenzo. I have seen you treating her so good. Congratulations to both of you"
Mr De Luca came and hugged me and lorenzo .
"Thank you Mr De luca" i smiled
"Oh hush lily. What is Mr! You are making me sound like an old man. Call me dad. Now you are too my daughter" he smiled showing his perfect white teeth.
"Congratulations baby. Welcome to the family" Mrs De Luca came and hugged me.
"Hey what about me!" Lorenzo asked
"Oh first i will say it to my daughter. And please same goes for me. Call me mom."
I smiled it is really becoming very hard for me to not to cry in front of them.
"Thank you mom" i hugged her.
"Aiden pinch me . Our big brother is really getting married. Is he the same Don?" Andrew whisper yelled to aiden but his whispering is so dumb.
Because we all heard.
"Shut up you fool. They all heard you . And i still too can't imagine." Aiden said.
Both of them got quiet when Lorenzo gave them a glare.
They did that hand zipping sign .
"Congratulations big brother and sister" Mario and Anthony came and hugged us.
"Finally someone's getting married. I can buy more clothes!" Grayson yelled coming in view and hugging both of us.
We both chuckled at his antics and he pouted.
"Thank you everyone. I never had a family before but i got you guys thank you so much" i said , tears continuously flowing through my eyes.
"Hey don't cry. Your makeup will be ruined" klara came and wiped my tears.
"Okay so we are inside. You two take your time and come , we will have dinner" Dad said , but i blushed and looked away.
How i am going to face my fiancé?
"May i have this dance" lorenzo asked placing his hand in front of me which i gladly took.

We danced perfectly, and laughed so much.
As the song ended our nose touched.
We both were smiling.
"I love you so much lily Rivera soon to be De Luca. You don't know how happy i am today"
"I love you too Lorenzo De luca and I can't wait to spend rest of my life with you"
Some sparkles started igniting . It was so beautiful. A girls dream is that a Prince Charming will come and will cherish her .
Some people exactly don't have a perfect childhood but if things go well in the future, all the scars and heart wounds will fade away.
They will become themselves again.
Same goes with me.
I had no parent, i grew up in foster home , i didn't had any friend but now i have a whole family and two new friends which i made in hospital.
And out these a boy who has stolen my heart completely.
Lorenzo's pov
She accepted me. She made me the happiest person on the whole world.
I am whipped man.
The dance was perfect .
With both of us smiling, laughing and enjoying our night.
Her dress looked wonderful on her.
She really does look like an princess.
"Come on lets go inside" i said taking her hand in mine and kissing it.
The ring looked perfect in her hand.
"Oh I forgot! I know you are dying in this dress come i have bought a spare dress for you. And all our today's memories have been captured. There were photographers"
"Thank you for this wonderful day. I love you so much" she said smiling snd looking so happy.
We both kissed. Her lips were perfect and soft.
And now the dinner.
Klara's pov
We all are so happy. I have never seen Lorenzo smiling and enjoying so much.
I am so happy . I love my family so much.
Is this the time to tell everyone about me and Azrael?
Absolutely No !
I don't even want to think about that.
There is going to be a lot of chaos.
Soon lily came in another dress , as a girl i feel her.
She smiled at me.
We all then had dinner and enjoy and talked.
Lily then told me that she had made two friends .
Gia and Thea . She told me so much about them.
That they both were too working at mafia hospital and are really sweet and caring.
A day spent well.
