Chapter 84

Damini's POV.

I went to the washroom and changed. When I came back, he gave me a big box covered with beautiful gift paper. I smiled and opened it. it was a beautiful framed, collage of many pictures of us together. From our Sangeet, Roka, Gautam, and Maurvi's wedding,  Bhoomi poojan, and a few from the play we did in our school days.

" Wow!!! Sagar this is so beautiful. Really I loved it.  How did you get it done so soon ?? I mean we had our Sangeet only yesterday. "

" Someone helped me... "

" Who??  "

"  Let it be. it's the first night after our wedding. Let's not talk about anyone but just us. " He said and made me sit on the bed and went towards the table.

I saw him coming with a paper bag. He took out one of the gifts which his friends gifted him and also gave me one to open.  We removed the packing paper and my jaw hit the ground. I closed my eyes and hid my face in my hands.

He laughed and kissed my both hands and removed them from my face. but I kept my eyes closed.

" They are literally a bunch of idiots..." He shook his head.

" And you are one of that bunch," I said with my eyes still closed.

"  But hey, we are man and wife now, so what is the problem??  I showed you this now I want to see what is in that bag. No secrets." He laughed at what I said and went back to the table to keep the paper bag there.

Suddenly he went to the pink bag.

" No ... Don't "

Before I could stop, he opened it and saw all the tiny pieces of clothes. I was embarrassed as hell. He held a few things in his hands and said, " Do you mind wearing this?? I want to see you in this.. "

" No... " I said

" Please. "

" Sagar !!!!! "

" Damini!! Please love. "

" No!! Why did you open this??  Sagar, you are getting shameless day by day. " I said and turned my back towards him.

" Shameless??? Wait, I will show you how shameless I am." He came towards me, picked me up, and threw me over his shoulder. I shrieked and he started going towards the tables.

" What are you doing? Put me down, leave me, Sagar. Have you gone mad, we will fall. Sagar, you are behaving like a caveman. " I said but he held me by wrapping his hands around my legs. Then he picked up a remote. He switched off some more lights with the remote. Only a few lights were on now and it made the room look even more beautiful and romantic.

" No!! What did you call me just now?? Caveman ??  Shameless?? "

"  Yes, who else in their right mind does this? "

" Oh. So I am not in my right mind as well ?? Hmmm ?? I will show you today. Just wait and watch.." he said

" Ok, No. Sorry. You are not... Now leave me. " I said

" No. Now you will pay for this and all those days when you kept me away. " he carried me to bed.0

He placed me there on the bed and then he hovered over me to stop me from getting up. Hel was looking at me with his dreamy eyes but they were almost as dark as dark chocolate.

The intense look in his eyes was drawing me in. I was hypnotized by his eyes. He bends towards me and captured my lips with his. It was a very hot and urgent kiss. He bit lightly on my bottom lip and when I gasped,  he deepened his kiss.

All those beautiful songs he once sang for me were playing in the background and were having their effect on me. I was not tensed now.

I was just like musical instruments in his arms... He was playing his beautiful love tune and I could not help it as I was drowning in his passion and finally reached a point when I didn't want him to stop. He finally upgraded the classes...

We had a very blissful night.

I woke up and was a bit confused as that was not my room. I tried to get up but It seemed as if something heavy was lying on me. I was a bit shocked when I saw that Sagar was holding me possessively even while sleeping. Then I realized that I was in Sagar's home and we got married yesterday.

I pushed his arm away with all my might and got out of the bed. I turned to look at my handsome husband, he was sleeping like a child. He was looking so good sleeping with a sweet smile on his face.

I touched his hair with my fingers and combed them a bit. I smiled at the memory of how he was sleeping on my couch while my parents knocked on the door. That was so scary...

I got up and went to the washroom did my morning routine and took a bath.

I thought to wake him up as I didn't want his friends coming into our room and tease us again.

I shook him but he did not even stir. Oh god, this man is just too much.   He always slept like a Kumbhkaran.

I got up and turned to go away, but then a few drops of water fell on his face as my hair was still wet.

" Ummm what?? " He said. I turned again to look at him. He raised his torso a bit on his arms.

" Why are you up so early?? "

" I always get up early.. "

" It is too early. Come let's sleep. I am still sleepy. "

" No, you will get up and take bath. "

" No "

" Sagar... Get up and go to the bathroom."

" No. You come here.  "

" No, you will get up and take bath. "

" Make me... "

" What??? "

" Make me take bath... "  He winked at me.

" You are so shaming.... "

" Think before you speak... Baby.. don't say that unless you want me to show how shameless and caveman I can be. " he was smirking at me. My face turned red just the memory of his way of me.

"  Sagar get up your friends might come...you know how are they going to tease us if they see you like this. " I said pointing at him as he was in his birthday suit.

" They will not be able to. We will elope as Gautam and Maurvi did. "

" Sagar please yaar. "

" Ok, but how about one more round of...  "

" Oh god!! No... "

" Just one... " he teased me and my face was so red already.

" Get up and see I have even taken the bath.

" C'mon yaar you already broke one vow... We took only yesterday. " He said.

" What?? What did I do? "

" We were supposed to share everything then why did you take bath alone. "

" Oh god... You have become a pervert.. this is too much. " I could not even look at him.

" Shameless, caveman,  not in the right mind and now pervert... Don't you have some good adjectives for your new husband? C'mon, don't pretend that you did not enjoy our wedding night. "

" Sagar !!! " Oh God, Please stop it." I hid my face again and he came near me and nuzzled on my neck and shoulder. No. Not again. I turned to see him standing with a bedsheet covering his modesty.

" What?? "

" If you don't stop teasing me,9 I will not talk to you... "

" Ok... Love,  don't turn into a Kashmiri apple. I feel like eating you.  I am going to take bath but next time, we would share..." he said pointing at me and went into the bathroom. His clothes were lying on the floor. I picked them up and kept them properly.

" Get ready, I am going out. " I went near the door of the bathroom and said to him. Took out some clothes for him to wear, opened the door, and went out.

I realized that maybe everyone was sleeping till now. Maybe everyone was tired. All the functions back to back must have made them tired. I came back to our room.

Sagar's POV

I was combing my hair when she came back to the room ... I caught her hand and started pulling her out of our room and then towards a back door.

" Sagar what are you doing?? Where are we going.. "

" Hush ...we are going out before my friends irritate us. "

" But what about your parents ?? What would they think about us?? " she asked again.

" I will talk to them... Don't worry. I don't want them to tease us mercilessly. "

" But why from here?? "

"  Gautam used that door to go out with his wife... Nobody came to know...if we go from the main door, someone might see us... I know what I am doing... follow me, love. "

I opened the door and pulled her out. I was so happy that we made it but then we froze.

All my friends and Sahil were standing there, smirking at us.

Oh god !!!! They all were looking so amused while I cursed under his breath.

" See, I told you. He will try this. " Gautam said.

" How did you know? " I  asked.

"  It was an obvious copycat. You are not as smart as me.. so can't think of an original idea as it is you were dreaming about Damini all the time. I had a bet with them that you will escape from here. " He laughed.

" Ok, Mr. Smart Doctor, now let us go... " I said but he shook his head

" Forget it... You are going with us sightseeing. "

" That is not fair Gautam. "

" I know... But you have no option.. come Damini. " Gautam caught Damini's hand and took her inside the home. I followed them...

" Hey ...... That is my wife... Go out with yours. "

" We all are going out... You stay in the house alone... Sahil calls everyone." He said.

" Sure everyone is ready.. let's go... brother..." Sahil patted on my back and Finally we, all went for the family and friends picnic.

This was the first day of my wedding life... I had not planned to spend it like that. But I was happy to see all the happy faces around me. I was really very happy that I could find and get married to my long-lost love….
