He's just jealous.
« You need to learn that you're no princess here. I'm the boss. » He ignored me.
I scoffed. « Seriously ? You're just sour because I-« I cut myself off, before I could piss him off further.
He just turned to give me a death glare.
Gulp.
« What I meant is, I know you're in control here Mr. Kidnapper, and I don't expect to be showered in flowers and chocolate, but you can't just starve me ! » I cried.
« Oh don't worry, you'll get fed. » He gave me a sickeningly sweet smile.
I didn't notice too much, because I didn't care what he'd give me, I just wanted food !
« It's on the table. » He said, turning back around to pour more batter onto the pan. That was his sixth pancake. Was he seriously going to eat that all by himself ?
I quickly walked to the dining room, seeing a bowl set on a large wooden table.
Jackpot.
I walked over to the bowl and peered inside.
I just stared at it for a couple of minutes, confused and disappointed, then let out a huff and marched back to the kitchen.
When I said I didn't mind eating anything, I hadn't meant I'd be ok with eating freaking dog food ! What the hell is wrong with that ass hole !
« Hey ! I want real food ! » I snapped, walking up to him.
He kept his back to me and I saw his shoulders slightly shaking.
He was laughing. That bastard, I swear I'm gonna strangle him.
« I gave you your food. Now go and eat like a good little mutt. » He said, and I could hear the smirk in his voice.
My jaw dropped and my eyes went wide at what he was implying.
This means war. He was gonna get it. Oh he was gonna get it real good.
He sure had some balls to be calling me a dog and treating me like one too.
I suddenly got an idea and smirked evilly. He wanted to do some animal jokes, I'd show him a VERY funny animal joke.
I saw the rag that he had used on me earlier lying on the counter and quickly grabbed it.
I took a few steps back and got ready to go in for the kill.
I was probably going to regret this after, and I'd probably get shot in the head for this, but I wasn't going to let him call me a bitch without regretting it.
I let out a warrior cry and charged full speed at him.
He turned around looking alarmed, just as I tackled him to the ground.
He fell on his stomach, which is what I was hoping for.
I rolled off him and waited for him to get on all fours.
« What the fuck you crazy bitch ! I swear-« he started, but couldn't quite finish.
I jumped onto his back and straddled it. Next, I pulled the rag around his mouth and yanked it back.
« Giddy up donkey ! » I yelled, smirking in victory.
Okay, maybe this was a bit too extreme, but then again, he had called me a bitch, twice…
He tried to say something but I couldn't quite make it out, because of the rag in his mouth.
I pulled back the ends of it, causing his head to tilt back and face me.
« I'm sorry, I couldn't quite catch that, ass. » I said innocently.
His eyes widened as he suddenly realized the joke.
He called me a bitch and gave me dog food, I called him an ass and rode on his back like a donkey.
His eyes narrowed as he gave me the most petrifying glare I'd ever seen.
But it didn't make me run, because I was the one in control.
« Who's the one in control now, ass-hole ! » I yelled in his face.
He started to yell things at me that were muffled by the rag, but I could tell they were cuss words directed to me by the look on his face.
I laughed and did the terrible mistake of letting one end of the rag go.
That's when all hell broke loose.
As soon as the rag was out of his mouth he started to talk.
« You're going to pay for that… » He said in a deep voice.
What scared me even more was how calm he sounded.
As soon as I had gotten to my feet, I felt myself going back down and landed on my back, staring up at the psycho that had just tackled me, for the second time.
I struggled under his heavy body and let out a defeated sigh when I realized he had the weight of an elephant and I would need fifty John Cenas to lift him up.
His green eyes stared into mine, narrowing slightly.
« Hmm… Should I tie you to the balcony railing and let you hang upside down for five hours, or should I go with the tooth fairy pliers ? » He asked me as if I were to just pick between two colors.
My eyes widened in fear and I shrunk back into the ground as far as possible.
I knew my plan would end in a bad way.
Why hadn't I just spat in his OJ or dipped his toothbrush in the toilet ?
I felt tears start to form in my eyes as I realized I was about to be tortured painfully by my pissed off kidnapper.
I slowly closed my eyes, not wanting to look at him in the face and give him the satisfaction of showing him how terrified I was.
After a long moment of silence, I cracked an eye open, wondering if he had fallen asleep or something.
I saw him staring at me intently in a strange way.
« Skylar. » He said softly, looking at me sadly. « What will it take for you to believe that I'm not gonna hurt you ? » He pleaded.
« For you to let me go back home. » I said quietly.
He let out a sigh. « You know I can't do that. I'm sorry you had to be kidnapped, but I promise, I won't hurt you. I've never hurt a girl in my entire life. » He said sincerely.
It shocked me how honest his eyes were and shocked myself even more by nodding slowly.
I don't know why or how, but a small part of me believed him.
He gave me a small smile, before standing up on his feet and offering me a hand.
I had trusted him on not hitting me, but I wasn't going to let him treat me like a friend.
