Unexpected

"Hello, mother."

The one woman I didn't think about seeing for awhile was our Mother, she has been away designing clothes or whatever she does. She never tells Alex adn I, her plans. We never thought she would pop up at our hideaway.

"I am visiting my sons and there is a gun pointed at me." She laughs sarcasticly

" We weren't expecting any visitors for awhile."

The fact that our mother is here means something bad has happened.

"Nik and Alex, I am afraid that your father has died" that was all she said before turning and walking out of our home. Luna ran over and hugged us both but something about her hug didn't make me feel better. I broke down crying and Alex kept hugging her, I couldn't explain it . I had never cried in front of a woman before but the moment she touched me after hearing the news I wanted to be away from here. I wanted to run away from my all of my problems, I looked at her and pulled her ring off her finger and ran.

She was shocked but I can't marry her now, I am too broken to marry her. Alex was shocked when he saw me pull the ring but he held her whilst she was crying and trying to chase after me. We both can't have her but we both want her something has got to give, Alex can have her because I want to be alone now more than ever. I called my mom but I got voicemail that cold woman never talked to us unless it was bad news.

I looked at my phone one last time before swerving my car to hit a tree, and then there was darkness.
