Chapter 277 I'll Go with You
After Yara left, Andrew helped Olivia sit down on the sofa.
He poured her a glass of water, which Olivia quietly took and slowly drank.
Andrew asked from the side, "Feeling bad?"
Olivia's reaction was slow. After a long while, she nodded, then shook her head.
Andrew found it amusing and asked with a smile, "So do you feel bad or not?"
Olivia frowned, taking several seconds before saying, "Feel bad..."
Andrew continued asking, "Where do you feel bad? Does your head hurt?"
Olivia shook her head and said, "No."
Andrew was very patient and asked again, "Then where do you feel bad?"
Olivia stayed quiet, as if thinking.
After thinking for a while, she pointed to her heart and said, "Here. It hurts here."
Andrew was a bit surprised.
However, he seemed to understand why she felt bad, but still deliberately asked her, "Why?"

He smiled and said, "Don't want me to leave?"

Her tone made it hard to tell if she was drunk or not. If you said she was drunk, her thinking was quite clear.
She said, "You're from Harmony City. You have your own things to do. Emerald City is just a place where you're staying briefly. You've already helped me and Bianca so much. I can't be selfish, and I have no right to ask you to stay."

"Did someone tell you something? Or did you hear something?" Andrew persisted in asking.

Andrew couldn't bear to pressure her.
In the end, he could only say helplessly, "Fine, rest first. I'll take you back to your room. As for what we were just talking about, we'll discuss it after you sober up."
Olivia's awareness was slow. When he reached out to hold her hand, she didn't pull away and just let him lead her back to the room.
Andrew helped her lie down and tucked her in. She just stared at him.
"Sleep now. Good night." After Andrew said this softly, he turned off the light, leaving only the small night light by the bed, and turned to leave.
Olivia watched his back. Her heart felt empty, as if once he left, she would never be able to catch that shadow again.
She suddenly felt a bit panicked. Before Andrew could leave, she anxiously got out of bed and grabbed the corner of Andrew's clothes.
The sudden action surprised Andrew.
He instinctively turned to look at her and asked with concern, "What's wrong?"
Olivia's tone was a bit anxious. "Are you going back to get engaged?"

They had only eaten together once in Harmony City.
