"It is just Emma now. I retired." I told her.
She laughed.
"You may have passed down the job Emma, but you never get to retire. Sable told me your youngest found her mate and has twins now. Congratulations. Doctor Leigh coffee or tea for Emma?" She asked. There was nothing that went on in this pack that Hazel didn't know about. I will have tea with Leigh, " I told her.
"I been saving some of that special raspberry tea for you Doctor Leigh I'll make you some." Hazel said.
We sat down at the small table and within ten minutes there was more food then we could eat on it. Both Leigh and I talked and ate. It took me back to sitting in mom's kitchen only mom was back home in north America.
"Don't you have to be at the hospital Leigh?" I asked.
"Nope Kristen told me to stay right here with you until that wound heals over. Your own private doctor for a couple of days. When we are done here we can go sit by the fire in the family room with more tea and catch up more. I like this reminds me of when we were younger." She laughed.
"I have been thinking that since I got up," I told her.
"Oh I have an idea let's go and call Tammy and see what she is up to," Leigh suggested.
"Good idea, you know she will be luna soon.," I told her.
"Really, Drake is finally stepping down, Rachel must be happy about that." Leigh said
"Honestly with everything that has been going on I have not seen them much, how horrible am I. I will have to put in more of an effort when I go home. I hardly see Andrew either. I guess this trip was a good wake up call." I said feeling terrible that I had not stayed connected with everyone.
"We all get busy Emma it happens it is a two-way street right they are busy too. I will put in more of an effort too." Leigh said.
"Well good morning beautiful I thought I heard you talking in here." Ben said coming into the room. He came over and kissed me on the forehead then went to get a coffee from the coffee station.
"So how much did you take him for?" I asked Ben.
"I let him win a few, he is our host after all," Ben told me.
"That is not answering my question Ben." I said trying not to laugh.
"I just wanted to have a few friendly games it was Perri who wanted to do the betting" Ben said as he sat in a chair across from the couch Leigh and I were curled up on.
"So when did you let him win a few, before or after he wanted to play for money?" Asked him. I knew how Ben played.
"Emma, love what are you implying?" Ben asked grinning.
"You give him back his money, Ben Rae." I told him sternly.
"Ah, Emma I never took it. But if you want to play I will gladly take yours. " he laughed.
"You know there is a pool table at the cottage!" Leigh said smiling wickedly at me.
"Who's side are you on?" I said laughing.
"Who say you have to play for money!" Leigh laughed.
"Leigh, what has gotten into you!" I said laughing Ben started to laugh too.
"Ah this is where all the fun is!" Stella said coming into the family room with Zeth. They both grabbed coffee and joined us. As everyone talked I started to worry about Angel today she was going to meet her biological father. She would call tomorrow after she had seen her biological mother. I hoped she was doing ok. I was glad dad was going too for some reason. He had just said he had pack business with Alpha Lawrence.
"Emma I need to change your bandages and check that wound" Leigh told me.
"Oh, okay sorry I was thinking about Angel," I told her. We got up and went into the washroom and Leigh changed my bandages.
"I want to get a scan done this should be further along then it is." Leigh said putting things back in her bag.
"By the sounds of it we will be spending our two weeks at the pack house," I told her.
"Or longer if that does not heal properly, it would be dangerous for you to fly for hours with you head like this." Leigh said.
"I can't be away from Emerson and Angel that long Leigh they need me," I told her.
"Well your nit flying until I say your all good to go so suck it up sister of mine." Leigh told me. I groaned and she chuckled.

TYRON'S POV
Angel had gone up to bed they would call Emma tomorrow.  I was sitting with Emerson watching a show on television when that siren went off in my mind. I jumped up and kissed Emerson.
"What is it?" she asked.
"I'm being called up," I told her.
"I thought you were retired?" She asked getting upset.
"I am they would never call me if it was not an emergency, " I told her as I quietly change into my uniform and got out my weapons and put them on.
"Do you know what it is?" She asked from our bed.
"No, I just have the siren going off." I told her as there was a knock at our bedroom door.
"Hurry up Tyron!" Travis said from the other side of the door.
"I'm coming, I told him and kissed Emerson again and went out of the bedroom. I had just got the door closed when Travis grabbed my arm and snapped his fingers. We landed in a meeting room there were four other werewolves there waiting. General Peterson turned off the siren.
"Sorry Tyron we need you on this," the General said to me.
"Sir you know this leaves Angel vulnerable, Emma is away with Ben." I said.
"I will send others to watch from a distance; I had no choice but to call you up we need the skills that you have to help deal with this." General Peterson told me.
"Yes, sir." I said.
"Gather round boys. King Thorn of Seliva has been taken. He is being held at roxtroll castle under heavy guard. You must go in unseen unheard. You need to be fast. Take these crystals they are your only way out find the king and use the crystal we have twelve hours before they execute him and claim his throne. If your seen Nash extinguish them. Tyron and Travis your job is to get him out all other are to take care of any issues. Here is the stone for the King. Grab your gear we drop you on roxtroll castle in 5. Good Luck." General Peterson told us. We all grabbed our gear and put them on our backs then crouched down ready for the drop. We had no idea where we would land or where they were holding Thorn.
