Chapter 63 63

Chapter 63 63

Rhea’s POV

"Rhea. Are you okay?" A distant voice said to me. Everywhere was pitch black.

'Where was I?'

"Rhea. Rhea...open your eyes goddamit." The voice said again, this time shaking me.

My eye lids felt heavy, so did my joints. Everywhere ached and I felts drained of all energy.

"Little mate, you're scaring us." Another voice said. I recognized that voice. It was Lucien.

I finally peeled my eyes open but had to shut them immediately because of the bright light that seeped through the open window.

"I think we took things too far last night." Lucien said. Damian grunted in agreement.

I felt my body being lifted and I let out a whine. In less than a second I was pressed up again what felt like a hard surface.

The hard surface turned out to be a Lucien’s body.
“Rhea.” Lucien murmured gently.

“Open your eyes for me, little mate. Please.”

I felt something cool touch my lips.

“Easy, it's water.” Damian said softly. “Try taking a sip.”

I obeyed on instinct, swallowing as water trickled into my mouth. It took a second for my throat to remember what to do and when it did, I drank greedily until the cup was empty.

“That’s it." Damian praised. “You're such a good girl."

Lucien’s hand brushed my cheek his thumb stroking slow circles.

I finally found the strength to open my eyes. It took a fee blinks for my eye to adjust to the brightness in the room.

When I finally came to, I was staring into a pair of silver eyes.

"Hey you. Gave us quite a scare for a minute." Damian said flashing me one of his famous grins.

Lucien placed a soft kiss on my exposed collar bone where my scar was.

"How are you feeling?" He asked.

I tried to open my mouth to speak but I couldn't. It hurt too much. The twins were quite large and there's only so much the human mouth can stretch.

Damian leaned down and pressed a gentle kiss to my forehead.

“You know, if not for how far we pushed you last night...” he murmured.
"I'd take you right here, over and over again until you pass out from the pleasure.”

I felt his hands run up from my thigh to my clit where he made slow circles. I moaned from both pain and pleasure before he stopped.

"Next time. You're too swollen right now and you still have training to do." He said smirking.

Understanding settled in fully, bringing heat to my cheeks and a knot to my stomach. My whole body ached, my throat sore and my mind a hazy mess but I was sated.

Last night was enough to silence even Nyra. After the 'punishment' which was mainly spanking that turned me on more than it hurt, the boys took turns filling me up however they could and bringing me to the brink of pleasure.

I smiled at the memory of it.

“I…” My voice came out hoarse.
Lucien immediately leaned closer. “Easy,” he said. “You don’t need to speak yet.”

His hand slid over mine, fingers lacing together.

“We’re here." he added quietly. “And we’re definitely not angry anymore.”
Damian chuckled but nodded in agreement as well.

I let my eyes close again and I drifted off into a dreamless sleep.

When I woke again, the room was quiet.

I shifted slightly and immediately noticed the absence of warmth on either side of me. The space where the twins had been was cold, the sheets fairly creased.

For a moment I was disappointed but then I remembered. They had duties to fulfill. Even though I'd want them to lay in bed with me all day, it wouldn't be possible especially with the Lunar Festival coming up.

I pushed myself up slowly, hissing under my breath as my bones protested the movement. Every muscle felt heavy, tender, like I’d been wrung out dry and pieced back together like some jigsaw puzzle.

I was in a large white tee now. The sheets of the bed had been changed too. My skin felt washed, like it had been wiped down with a clean cloth. I swallowed past the sudden lump in my throat.

They’d taken care of me before they left.

I ran a hand through my hair and winced when my scalp pulled uncomfortably. Deciding not to fight it, I gathered it into a loose bun instead, securing it with the elastic I found on the bedside table.

Standing was an effort, but I managed to do so slowly and walked to the dresser. I pulled on an oversized sweatshirt and a matching pair of sweatpants.

My stomach chose that time to rumble with hunger.

It was past midday and other than water that Damian fed me, I hadn't had anything else.

I sighed and grabbed the doorframe as I stepped into the hallway.

Moving was… uncomfortable to say the least.

Every step sent a dull reminder through my body, my thighs brushing together in a way that made me wince. I took it slow, one stair at a time, gripping the banister like it had personally offended me.

By the time I reached the bottom, I was tired again.

“Oh thank the heavens. Rhea!”

Lillian appeared out of nowhere, grabbing my arms before I could react.

“You’re alive.” she exclaimed. “Okay. Good. Because I was starting to think they’d actually murdered you.”

I blinked. “Good afternoon to you too.”

She ignored that entirely.

“So,” she said, lowering her voice. “how did last night go?”

I opened my mouth. Closed it. I wasn't quite sure what to say honestly.

'How about we tell her how her brothers fucked us sideways till we passed out?' Nyra chirped happily.
I resisted the urge to roll my eyes and just ignored her.

“It was… okay.”

Her eyes widened. “Okay how?”

“Lillian...”

“Because when I tried to check on you." she continued

“But your terrifying mates blocked the hallway like a brick wall.”

I winced. “They did?”

“Oh, they did.” she confirmed. “Lucien gave me a lecture so calm it was somehow worse, and Damian...”

She shuddered dramatically.

“Damian decided it was the perfect time to educate me on personal safety, and why I should’ve been the voice of reason when you suggested leaving pack grounds.”

I rubbed my face. “Oh no…”

I glanced toward the kitchen. “They weren’t wrong though.”

Lillian softened immediately, guilt flickering across her expression. “I know. I just… wished I didn’t let you take all the blame.”
“It's fine.” I said quickly. “I chose to remember."

"What did they say about the vampire we bumped into?" She asked.

I honestly couldn't remember so I said the next best thing.

"They said not to worry and leave it to them to handle."

She studied me for a long moment, then sighed. “You look exhausted to say the least."

I snorted. “I am.”

Her gaze dropped briefly to my legs, then back up. “You need food.”

“Yes, that I do." I agreed. “Before I collapse again and traumatize everyone.”

She looped her arm through mine carefully. “Come on then. I’ll get you something to eat.”
