Chapter 45 Remembering

Chapter 45 Remembering
Angela

"I'm sorry." I blurt out.

He just looks at me, not saying a word, not reacting. I know I said it in a whisper, but I know he heard me.

From the doorway where I stand, I start walking towards him slowly.

"Sergio, I'm sorry." I say loud enough for him to hear me properly. "I was out of line, I involved myself in your business without knowing the repercussions. I'm sorry I disrespected you infront of your people." My words come out so fast that when I stop infront of him I'm already done talking and out of breath.

He hooks his arm around my lower back, pulling me flush against him. The world feels almost right when I'm in his arms like this, with him gazing into my eyes like he can see the soul of me.

"I forgive you. But you need to understand that every decision I make is to keep you girls safe. And as far as I know, my business is your business too. Everything I own is equally yours. I would never do anything to put you both at risk. You're my whole world, Angel. There's nothing I wouldn't do for you." He finishes his speech with a kiss that I melt in.

I push him back as to stop the kiss but he pulls me closer to him still. I disengage myself from him, putting some space between us. If I want to finish this conversation then there needs to be space between us.

"There's something else that I need to tell you. There is a third warehouse, very similar to the other two but it's also a bit far from them both." I tell him.

"What do you mean there's a third warehouse?" He asks clearly confused, so I tell him what I remembered while sitting in the car.

"And you have no idea where it's located?" He asks after I finish speaking.
"No sir, but it's almost an hour's drive from the first warehouse, but I'm not sure of the direction." I tell him.

He is silent for a while, thinking, then he takes out his walkey-talkey and radio's Bruce.

"Look for a third location and hours drive from the first warehouse. Possibly more than that." Sergio says into the walkie talkie, and to me asks, "anything else?" To which I shake my head no.

"I was already looking into that. I just didn't know where to begin. I'll get back to you in a few hours. That being said, we need to change our location, especially after today's events." Bruce suggest to Sergio.

"Agreed. Is there somewhere you were suggesting? Somewhere that's not our property, something that is out of our potential eye maybe." Sergio answers.

"Give me thirty minutes and I'll get back to you." Bruce says and then the connection is cut.

Sergio is on me as soon as the connection is cut. When I try to stop him, it only makes him hold on to me tightly. We're moving, I don't know where he is taking me, up the stairs and into a room. I'm laid gently on a bed and his hands start moving.

When his mouth leaves mine, I release a breath I'd been holding. When his hands slide down to pull down my pants, I feel my insides flutter. When his mouth touches my core, I moan out so loud I suspect the owner of this house heard me.

This is the part I like, when he goes down on me. Eating me out like I'm the only thing that can make him full for all eternity. It's like I'm his favourite meal in the entire world that he'd never tire eating.

He's inside me when my first orgasm takes me, driving into me with so much force that I suspect he's trying to make sure I won't be able to walk for a few days. He's a man on a mission. His thrusts are powerful. When he pulls all the way out and slams into me again, I have to hold on to the headboard so I don't bump my head. When he cums inside me, it's with a roar I've never heard from him.

"Fuck I could never tire being inside you." He says after we've both calmed down.

I can only agree with him, but sleep is already taking over my body. It's so weird that I sleep so peacefully after all this, because it was never like this when I was young and being taken advantage of.

When I wake up an hour later, I'm alone in bed with blankets covering me. It's getting dark outside. I wonder if Sergio has gone to pick up Angelica. I wonder if she's ok where she is. I know she's safe, that's for sure. That little girl is loved by everyone of these guys, I can never imagine them letting her get hurt or hurting her themselves.

I get dressed and head down the stairs, it's quiet here. In the kitchen, there's a covered plate on the counter with a note written my name with Sergio's handwriting. Thank God for him because I am definitely hungry. It's after I eat that I decide to go around the house to look for my husband and maybe someone in the house.

The house is as big as our house from the view of it. It is also entirely similar. The only difference is that this one feels more feminine. Which makes me wonder if Sergio and the owner of this house used the same contractor.

Using the similarities to my advantage, I find the library very easy, which is empty. I wonder around it looking at the books on the shelf. Where Sergio mostly had business books, this library is full novels. It only solidifies my suspicion that the owner of the house is a female.

I don't know any man who would read an Jane Austen book. Or any man who has a full collection of Christian Grey books. Vowing to come back later, I go find the office. The door is closed, I knock because I don't know if there is someone inside, but also because I don't know who is inside.

The door opens and the first face I see is Bruce. I immediately think to apologise for the earlier incident and I think he sees it on my face because he smiles at me and says 'its all good'. He moves out of my way to let me come in and there my husband sits. Comfortably behind a desk as if this house belongs to him.

"How was your nap?" He asks with a glint in his eyes and I shoot a glare at him.
"Where's Angelica?" I ask instead of answering.
"She's at our new location with Holt." He answers.
"Oh, Uhm. Well, I'll get out of you guy's way, let you talk." I tell him and turn towards the door only to be stopped by him.
"Sit down. This includes you too." Sergio says.

After what happened today, I don't see myself fit enough to sit through their meetings, let alone have a say in their conversation.
