All the way home I was thinking about Olivia, I couldn’t believe I’ve never seen through her, the fact that I was so rude to Jojo and Martin because of Olivia, I just couldn’t believe it. As I drove into the underground parking and put the car in park I turned to Jojo who didn’t say a word on our way home. She was probable giving me my space to work through whatever that was at the Hotel. “I’m sorry Jojo.” She looked at me a bit confused “What on earth for?” “For being so rude to you the whole weekend and today at work.” “I understood Coop you don’t have to apologize.” “No, I have to, I had no right to take out the weird feelings I had built up in me on you or Martin.” “If I was you, I’d rather keep my apology for Martin he was very angry with you.” “I know and he had all the right in the world to be. The lift open and we walked straight to the kitchen. “Probable the only word that would describe it completely yes. I thought I did something so horrible that no one will ever be able to love me again I mean leaving someone at the day of your wedding in front of a church full of people you would think that the reason for doing that is at least better than I’m bad in bed and I don’t like your parents. At least I’m out from under her spell and can see the truth now.” I took out some chicken curry the chef made today and warmed it up, shaking my head because I still can’t believe what Olivia said, boring in bed, what a joke.

Coop and I was in the kitchen he was warming some food, and I was setting the table, with the dress I had on I couldn’t sit on the floor and eat so I opted for the kitchen table. I got Coop a whiskey and a Diet Cherry Cola for me. Coop dished the food and brought it to the table. It was quiet between the two of us while we took a few bites. “Did you get closure?” I asked him eventually. He looked at me and then to the ceiling. “No Jojo, I’ve heard her reason I don’t get it, but I heard it, but in my mind, I had to have done something that was far worse.” I reached over the table and took his hand in mine. “Coop don’t go look for things where there is nothing.” “I can’t help it it just doesn’t make sense.” “Well tonight hasn’t made much sense to me either but it’s over for now.” “What do you mean for now?” “I can promise you she will find out who I am and she will be back Coop; Olivia is going to try and win you back.” “She won’t.” Coop said like it was a given. “Listen to me she will, she’s going to make our lives hell.” He squeezed my hand. “Don’t think about it like that angel I’ll never take her back.” “I know that and you know that but she’s going to fight, the women that walked out of that Hotel tonight was someone that had something to proof and right at this moment she wants to proof that I trapped you into this relationship and that the baby is not yours. One of the two is correct and she will run with that fact.” I was actually afraid for what Olivia might do, the person I met today was not in her right mind she seemed a bit unhinged. That is my opinion.
My phone went off and when I looked down, I smiled and then showed Coop the screen, it was a message from his mother “Did you banish the wicked witch of the South?” Coop started to laugh when he read it. “Is that what my mom calls her?” “One of the things I would say.” Coop was actually in a very good mood for someone that met his ex, heard she thought he was boring in bed and didn’t like his parents, threatened to expose me and didn’t get closure. I wasn’t sure if he was pretending and if he was really okay. “Tell my mom you did.” “That’s a lie I didn’t.” “Well angel when you walked into the Hotel towards us, all the stress of the evening fell away, when I saw you, I forgot about Olivia that was sitting right across from me all I had in sight was you and that is how it will stay. I’m done with Olivia, I will get the court order to make sure she doesn’t smear our name through the tabloids, but I’m done with her.” The only thing I could thought about was ‘but she wasn’t done with us.’ And for some reason Coop didn’t want to see that.
