Chapter 20 His Darker Side

Chapter 20 His Darker Side

Naida

I had never seen him so mad before. He had always been patient with me, but right now, it seemed his patience had run thin. What did I do? What the hell was going on.

He pulled me nonstop, and it struggled to keep up with his fast steps. I didn't know what I was doing. All I knew was that there was definitely something wrong, and maybe it was all my fault this time.

We finally got to the room, and by the time he did, he pulled me inside, pushing towards he bed, before slamming the door so hard that the door shook.

“What the hell were you thinking letting another man touch you like that huh?”

I swallowed, sweat forming on my forehead as I tried to contain my heartbeat. I tried my best to be able to contain the way I was feeling inside, but my temperature rose with fear.

“I'm sorry…” i finally said in-between his ranting. That was the only thing that I could say at this moment, and it seemed to work, maybe it did because for a while he paused.

Maybe it was because he was shocked to hear me say something like that, maybe it was because I wasn't the kind to apologise. Well whatever it was, we were already here, and we were ready to ensure that things went smoothly.

“You are saying sorry to me? Do you think this is about sorry? I would have killed the moron! He's not supposed to touch you, only I am supposed to, only me!"

I had never seen him so possessive before but I npticed how he inched closer to me his eyes fixed on me.

“You really shouldn't have to lie to my face. That man is definitely more than a friend to you, and that's why you care about him so much. You even let him touch you."

It was at that moment I frowned. “You're crazy, you know that? Do you think you're the only one who cares about that? I knew he was shocked to see me, but there there was nothing I could do. We met a today, and he wanted to see me again. We didn't really catch up well.”

He scoffed, eyes glaring at me.

"You seem to have some level of likeness for him. You don't even let me hold you that way. What do I even mean? I haven't even touched you the way he doe, and it's fine. I don't fucking care.
But what I won't take is a man touching you like that.”

Wave patterns formed on my forehead, and I noticed veins on his head as he screamed.

"You have a lot of things to deal with I can tell, but then you don't have to feel like this. I already told you what he is to me. You should choose to believe it not, but I won't take is you yelling at me!”

He immediately raised his ed brows, and then went silent, staring at me for a few seconds before heading for where I stood. I backed away, bumping into the bed which caused me to lose my balance.

However, he didn't give up, standing over me while I laid with my back on the bed.

"You don't have the right to question me. You belong to me, don't you forget that.”

Was that supposed to be a threat, or something I wasn't aware of?

I was stunned but dared not to speak. My eyes locked with his, and I noticed how he lowered himself down slowly.

My eye darted around, my thoughts going hay wire. " What was he about l do?” I didn't know but I was hoping it wasn't happening I was thinking because I didn't know where I would have started from.

I blinked, trying to escape, but he held me bound. I didn't know why, but I knew that he did which shocked me.

“Let me go, let me go!” I yelled, but he didn't listen, planting soft kisses along my neck.

His lips were soft, and the moment they landed on my neck, I felt a chill pass down.

"Shit!’ I yelled, and tried to fight back. I noticed how a he let me fight, but didn't let me go, sniffing me like I was a meal ready to be devoured.

“You don't know how you make me feel, and how I have been holding myself back. No matter what you do, can you make sure that no man gets this close to you?" He asked.

This time, he didn't seem angry but possessive. I swallowed, nodding with tears in my eyes. Wellz anything at this moment to do him off me.

“Good…” he muttered, using his tongue to tickle my ears before he finally was able to let me go.

As soon as he did, I felt this relied. I didn't want him back on me again, so I jumped out of bed, and immediately tried my best to be calm.

"You should see your face now my little dull. You seem like you have just seen a ghost.”

He smirked. "Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt you. I just want you to miss me a little, and this should help.”

I swallowed, but didn't say anything. I just wanted to be alone, to think.

Everything was becoming so overwhelming.

“Well, you need to be alone now, don't miss me too much,” he said, dabbing his tongue over his lower lip, and i could have sworn my wolf purred.

I felt the lump in my throat increase, but I refused to pay any attention to it. He was free to go, and I didn't get.

Well, it wasn't long before he left, and I exhaled, rushing to bold the door, before allowing my back to rest on it as I slided down slowly.

Luciver and Jayden had a fight, and I noticed Jayden bleeding from his nose, but I couldn't help him.

I wish there was a way to check if Jayden was actually doing okay.

But one thing bothered me. Was he right about Luciver? And why was Luciver so threatened by him?

So many secrets I wasn't aware off knocked at my door, and I had to answer soon enough.
